Cask Taproom

This was a fun spot to hit up after going to Beer Baron.I really liked their selection of beers and the bartender was good about answering some questions and giving some suggestions too.I forget what we had but we were both happy about them and we enjoyed hanging out here even though it was really warm.

This spot is attached to a really cool and nifty liquor store. Not your normal corner spot definitely more refined. Good mix of different liquor and beer. Next door is the taproom which has very casual vibe with a nice big TV in case you need a distraction while waiting for your guests or hanging out to pass the time. good mixture of beers and a hefty list of wines as well. Beertenders are super nice and know their stuff. Wish they had some snacks so id could stay all day but great spot to just chill and have a cold one...

Okay, so there's the Cask bottle store, and now there's the Cask taproom! This is the kind of place every neighborhood needs. Good beer, low-key place to hang out and catch up with friends, music set at the right level so you don't have to shout. They don't serve food so you can bring food in which is a huge plus to me.

Good service and ambiance. Prices are about average for the neighborhood. Great date spot.

first of all I really like this place the selection is good but be worn the three times I have been here in the last few months I've been charged the wrong price or my credit card been charged the lady that usually runs the bar is always confused and I would just watch your receipts my last visit I was charged somebody else's bill and she just brought me a receipt saying I refunded youbut still wants a tip

I really enjoyed this taproom before Covid--they had great selections, including always one sour on tap that was well-chosen and delicious. I'm excited to hear they plan to reopen soon, and I'll be the first one there when they do!

9 craft beers on tap plus wines. Chill bartender that's willing to talk with you about beers or a lack of interest in sports but not to the point where you're creeped out. He's also happy to leave you alone if you prefer. Happy to offer suggestions and pizza pairing options. Will hold your half beer so you can grab your pizza from across the street. Suggests sampling beers before committing to a full pour. Has a tv to watch the Warriors. Great beer. Great bar tender. Chill atmosphere. Allows puppers. Great, chill, local spot. Stop by!

A good friendly little place to get a drink. Pretty mellow with several small & medium-sized groups when I was there on a Friday night. A good beer and wine selection with local & regional beers. Music was good and not too loud for talking.

Cask's relatively new concept is great, and bartender Andy is the main draw for me and my girlfriend that complements their impressive selection of booze. Andy is attentive, friendly, charming and knows how to work a bar so that every single guest feels like a guest in his own home. Hats off to Cask for the amazing transformation and appropriate staffing. Great pricing on bottles too!

A nice selection of brews in a laid-back friendly room. Try their IPA. On the Oakland line.
