Canyon view was excellent to host our 300+ guest wedding. Seneta and Jessica were both very helpful and professional, provided prompt responses, thorough paper work, and answered all our questions, exceeding our expectations.Our guest raved about our wedding and we couldn't be more happier. We had such a positive experience working with Saneta and Jessica for our wedding at Canyon View Event Center. What attracted us to this venue was the beautiful interior spacing with hanging chandeliers. The outdoor grass area for ceremonies also had a pretty fountain and a bed of roses overlooking a breathtaking view for those sunset photos. Our wedding was in the end of September and we got so lucky with the weather being in the bearable 80s for our guests. Saneta, the business manager, was so easy to work with given her extensive knowledge in the industry and her honest, direct approach with couples like my wife and I seeking guidance. I was really impressed with her awareness of different traditional practices and beliefs among other cultures than her own and what considerations you may or may not want to include in one's own wedding (common superstitions, respecting our elders, colors to avoid, additional ceremonies, etc). She also provided us with really helpful advice based on her own personal experience with her daughter's wedding. She suggested that we should place our projector screen in a specific location by our sweetheart table for best viewing of a slideshow for our guests and it turned out to be a great spot! Another great quality that we noticed and really appreciated while working with Saneta was how she advocated for her clients and put her efforts in making things fair between us and the vendors. It feels good knowing there's someone on your side you can trust and depend on. Jessica was very personable and helpful with staying in communication with us, answering any questions that came up, meeting us to collect our forms of payment, and giving us that extra layer of support and trust in making sure things went smoothly. On our wedding night, both Saneta and Jessica were sweet enough to wish us congratulations in person and made sure we had everything we need. My wife and I were so pleased with how everything turned out, especially with the setup and decor, the food, event staff, personalization, recommended vendors, & budget-friendliness. Highly recommend to consider this venue and working with Saneta and Jessica for your next wedding, event, or business party. Oh and did I forgot to mention, there's a beautiful waterfall structure called the Bollinger Canyon Fountain just 2 minutes from the venue that's perfect for your photographer/videographer to capture some more memorable moments from the beautiful couple and bridal party.

We had our wedding this month and Canyon View couldn't have been more perfect. When we got engaged last November, we immediately started looking for venues the following month. We noticed a lot of venues were booking up fairly quickly for the following year since people plan way in advance. Canyon View was on our list of venues to reach out to, so I decided to give them a call. Turns out a tour is needed so I made an appointment to stop by that afternoon with my mom. My first impression of the venue was that it was very spacious with a lot of natural light. I fell in love with the fountain in the back and also the view! Jessica gave us a tour and explained the different options that were available. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I had a couple of conversations with Saneta before we put down our deposit. She was very thorough and answered all the questions that we had. We are also very appreciative that both Jessica and Saneta were always very responsive everytime we sent them an email. On our big day, both Saneta and Jessica were there to make sure everything was perfect, and it was! I didn't see any hiccups throughout the night. I loved that our ceremony started outdoors and we then brought all our guests indoors for the reception. All of our guests raved about the beautiful view of the city and the gorgeous venue. We cannot thank Canyon View, Saneta and Jessica enough for making our wedding so memorable for us and our guests!! I'm sad that all the conversations with them are over now but glad to start the next chapter of our lives.

Canyon View is a hidden gem. Perfectfor weddings, business events, large parties. With a breathtaking view of the San Ramon Valley and beautifully decorated, it definitely needs to be considered for your next event. We had our wedding there nine years ago and I loved it so much that we had our large elite client event there this year and plan on doing it in the future. The staff is flexible and will work with you on customizing the event you're looking for. You can choose a buffet style meal or plated. The food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

I'm not one to write reviews because I was never interested in the time & effort in creating one. However, this place definitely deserves a great & positive evaluation. I cannot thank the manager, Saneta, enough for all that she does. Here's our story:When my husband & I got engaged, we were looking for a suitable venue for our wedding that applies to our convenience, guests, appearance, & pricing. We first went to Napa because he originally thought a vineyard was a great type of wedding. Unfortunately, that venue was too small, overpriced, & the location was too far. So that's when I decided to go on Yelp & look for a place that was closer. I came across Canyon View Event Center & the pictures look great & I reached out to Saneta & was greatly impressed w/ her timely response. When we first came to the venue & did a tour, my first thought was how great it would be to have a ceremony & reception in the same place especially for our guests who are older & came from different countries. When Saneta provided us the contract, my now husband was ready to pick up that pen & sign right away. However, I was still hesitant because I still want to keep our options open. After a few lookouts, I still cannot stop thinking about Canyon View & I'm so glad we chose this place for our wedding. PlanningThroughout the planning process, Saneta & her assistant Jessica will answer all of your questions in a timely manner whether it's from recommendations, ideas, payments, etc. They make things a lot easier when you are unsure of anything. Not only do they respond quickly, Saneta gives great advice on the necessary things of saving your money. You can expect great things from her when your event gets closer & you attend the monthly meeting to discuss all plans. I would also like to give props to Jackie, the recommended wedding coordinator of Canyon View. My wedding would not be possible w/out her! She is the main person to set up ALL items for tables, reach out to your vendors & provide you a specific timeline during the day. If you know exactly what to do w/ your event, she will accommodate your details & she will advise you if you need help. If you are looking for a place of convenience (ceremony & reception) w/ great recommendations for vendors, I definitely recommend this place. You & your guests will absolutely have great results. We just had our wedding reception here and I am so happy with Saneta's support and service that I couldn't wait to leave her a review. I am not an easy person to plan events with. I second guess everything and fixate on the smallest details. Saneta was there throughout everything. She sent friendly reminders and provided helpful advice for even the smallest things like soda cups and seating charts. Her calm demeanor helped me stay calm throughout many panic attacks. I really don't know what I would have done without her. Thank you so much for all your support and patience, Saneta. Our guests absolutely loved the venue. The view is just stunning. The built-in chandeliers also make the venue so romantic.Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon Canyon View Event Center by total accident planning our wedding reception, and we are so thankful we did!Saneta, Jessica, and the rest of the team there are top class. There are so many great words I could use to describe their work, but I think the best way to sum it up is welcoming. The atmosphere of the venue clearly shows their dedication to making you as their client feel welcomed with rapid and concise responses that keep you at ease. Our party was EPIC, thanks to all their hard work and beautiful venue. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking to throw an amazing event, the venue and this wonderful team will not disappoint!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my event that was held at canyon view. I held my Nikkah/engagement party and the staff and Saneeta and Jessica were SO helpful with us the entire day. They are both so kind hearted and beautiful inside and out! So many compliments from my guests about the beauty of the venue, the beauty of the outside and how it was by far one of the most amazing nights they have had. HIGHLY recommend having any kind of event here. Everyone is so helpful and kind, I wish I could do it all over again. thank you Canyon View for an unforgettable night!

By far, one of the best event centers I've been to. Seneta, Jessica, and the entire staff were truly amazing. Breathtaking view! Beautiful decore! Very helpful staff, from beginning to end. My guests were amazed by the beauty of this place. Inside and out! A daughters nikkah and engagement party is always very special but this place took it to another level.Thank you Seneta and Jessica for all your help.

Omg where do I even even begin! I am not one to write many reviews, but this venue & team deserves this!I knew I wanted to have my engagement party at a venue locally around the East Bay because it would be the most convenient for my family & friends. I live in the San Ramon area so I have become quite fond of the serene surrounding hills & landscape. Before my boyfriend & I even got engaged, I browsed on instagram, wedding knot etc for potential venues I could have it at down the line. Canyon View Event Center was at the top of the list to visit. Once the engagement prep started, I scheduled a tour for my mother & I. We were greeted to Jessica, a coordinator for Canyon View. Off the bat, I loved how kind, informative she was about every question we had; ie outside catering cost, whats included in the venue, how the day of would potentially look like, vendor recommendations etc. Jessica & I clicked immediately, and my mom loved her as well! After leaving that appointment I knew that was the venue I wanted our engagement at. The views are immaculate, I loved the all glass windows surrounding the venue, hardwood floors, chandeliers, even the piano in the front entrance had the classic charm I was looking for. The process from beginning to end was smooth sailing thanks to Jessica! She is really amazing to work with & even her co worker, Saneta who I spoke to a handful of times was extremely sweet. I can be extremely OCD when it comes to planning but Jessica really accommodated to all my needs & repetitive questions. I trusted her throughout the process and genuinely felt like I could!And omg the night itself was magical! All of our guests had a phenomenal time, they loved the venue, the service & views. They all made sure to get in their sunset photos! Jessica was so helpful in making sure we were good as bride & groom, bringing us water, asking what else we need, making adjustments to heat/ac, lighting. Everything was actually perfect . I really cannot thank Jessica especially & Canyon View enough for all the hard work!! I wish i could relive that night over & over again!!
