The sign says the best empanadas in the Bay Area!! They don't lie!!!! We've been back again and again and have tried the Fugazetta, Ham and Cheese, Chorizo, Chicken, Beef and Mushroom.The coffee, Chai and refreshers are also amazing!!! Wow wow wow everything is so good Chimichurri sauce is amazing. I've heard that some folks even buy extra so they can mix it with mayonnaise and make a secret sauce for their frites.They are even planning a spinoff called Burritto Queen. Can't wait to try those too. And they have a charming spot with outside tables, just fantastic.

Welcome to my 600th review!Whenever I hit a milestone, I hope to be in some spectacular place where I'll have lots to write about - the food, service, etc., but like the weather, these things can't be planned, nor should they be.Today was stormy, and I decided to grab something simple for lunch, like a breakfast burrito, sandwich, or empanada. Ive always passed this place on the way to the Home Depot or Doyles Cafe, and every time I pass, I always wonder the same thing, "Is it worth a stop?"The service is friendly, and the empanadas are good - I like the concept.I love when a manager cares enough to respond, and that in my opinion deserves a 2nd look.Thank you Martha F.BB

Authentic Argentinian empanadas with good variety of flavors. They're usually freshly baked. Limited indoor seating available but plenty outdoors given close by small park! Service is OK.Free street parking available. This corner shop is clean with decent bathroom. Mushroom one is my favorite!

I got a 12oz chai tea latte with almond milk (+$0.75), total price of $5.25 which is a fair price considering the area and contents. Personally, I felt that the latte was a bit disappointing and wasn't as rich-tasting as I would've liked. Indoor seating is very limited and felt cramped inside. I didn't feel comfortable at all lingering around too long inside the cafe more than I needed to.

Came here on an early Wednesday morning and it was pretty dead. It was myself and one other person as seating is limited. It is also around some medical buildings so I suspect that most people use this place as a grab and go as they serve both food and coffee. I wanted to crab a coffee and a light bite to eat so I went with an americano and a chorizo empanada. They have a variety of empanadas to choose from whether it be beef, chicken, chorizo, or vegetarian options. I will say that the empanada is pretty pricey. Almost $6 for one of them. The americano ranges in price based on the amount of shots of espresso you get. I would say that the coffee is a normal price for the most part and is average. The empanadas are also average and definitely not worth the price. I am aware that empanadas are probably not as common in the area, but I couldn't justify paying the price when you have other options in the area. This honest reality is that this is located in a place of convenience, so they can have the prices be fairly high, but since I was only passing through, I probably will not be back.

Suuper yummy empanadas here. A little pricey but definitely worth it if you are craving an authentic Argentine styled empanada. I like their chicken, caprese, and ham &cheese but all of their options look so good.I love how they come with a side of chimmi-churri and everyone who works there is super nice. Very cute and tasty place - highly recommend!

We did take out and these were the best empanadas! The chorizo was our favorite but chicken was also very good.

I ordered catering from here yesterday and it's always a big hit! It was our third time ordering from here since we've been back to the office and we have yet to be disappointed. All of their empanadas are packed with so much flavor and are quite delicious. I also appreciate the variety they have to choose from especially for folks that have different dietary restrictions. Their attention to detail when it comes to each empanada is also truly amazing. CBA takes the time to put labels on each item which is incredibly helpful so everyone can grab the one they want! I could keep going on but yes 5 stars, take it from me and give this place a try!

After fasting for my bloodwork across the street at 1Medical I popped over for some coffee and an empanada. These are the real deal, Argentine empanadas which we ate frequently while living in Spain. Really good coffee, friendly service and the emapanadas I crave. Highly recommend!

I used to really love this place. They have some great employees, really fun and engaging to talk to. Now they have this unnecessary kiosk that I'm always having problems. Rather than just speak to a person and tell them I would like a Caprese empanada with a 12 ounce coffee I have to use this little machine even though there is never really much of a line .This screen feels useless and often doesn't get my order 100%. I miss the good old days when you could just talk to people, order something yummy, pay for it and tip well.
