I decided to ask the staff if there was a change in management recently to which they shared that there is. "TLDR pricey and limited menu offerings I hope fellow boba fans will understand when I say this: there is your afternoon pick-me-up boba and then there is your dessert treat yourself boba, and this is definitely the latter. (I know all boba is technically always a dessert and a treat but hear me out...)I wanted a plain Thai green tea or matcha latte, but didn't see this option on their menu? There's a mango matcha... strawberry matcha... and Thai green tea float which I ended up getting. I say this isn't a daily boba stop for me because their menu is lacking the basics. Since they don't have more simple drinks, their everything on their menu is well over $6 (I think I paid $8 after tax and tip). The service was good and fast. The drink itself was sweet and rich with the green tea flavor. Their boba was nice and sweet. The ice cream scoop was really tiny (maybe I'm just bitter because I didn't want it in the first place but couldn't order without), but the flavor was good. The interior was cute and well decorated with limited seating. Not really doing anything wrong, but Berkeley has so many boba shops that I don't see myself being a regular here."

This alone has always caught my attention and made me curious about what kind of coffee they have to offer! I live pretty close to this area and will always pass by so when I finally decided to try it out, it has easily become one of my favorite little coffee spots! Their menu includes flavors like Red Velvet, Oreo, Matcha, their famous "Mad Ajs" and more! Today, I got the Iced Snowy Mocha Latte which is basically their take on a White Mocha and its really good. You can always adjust your coffee to your liking too as I asked for it with Oatmilk and added Caramel drizzle. I got a medium and this coffee takes me a while to drink (meaning it lasts me a long time) which I like so that I can happily drink it throughout the day! A medium is basically a large here compared to other places so keep that in mind!!! My cousin got the Iced Red Velvet Latte (also size medium) and our total came out to $13.75, not too bad imo for pretty big coffees. I really love this place because of how convenient it is, how quick they are, and how much variety they have on their menu. I want to try out so many things they have because their flavors are super eye catching. Their staff is always super sweet too. Definitely a must to stop by here if youre in the area!!!"

"I've visited most Vietnamese restaurants in Alameda, but many are not great. Coming from San Jose, where I've experienced excellent Vietnamese food. If I want good Vietnamese food in the East Bay, I go to Oakland. Mango and Mint opened last year, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I ordered the Lemongrass pork vermicelli bowl. The bowl has grilled pork, vermicelli noodles, lettuce, mint, cilantro, cucumber, jalapenos, fried shallots, peanuts, and fish sauce. The meat quality was flavorful and not super fatty, like in some places. The fish sauce you pour into the bowl before mixing everything up is delicious. I had their BBQ pork banh mi recently, and it was great, too. They stuff their banh mi a lot compared to other places, but it's also expensive. An average banh mi in Oakland is around $6-8 compared to $12 at Mango and Mint. Their vermicelli bowl is at the right price point, so I recommend ordering this."

My bf got a Chicken Italiano sandwich, and I got a half turkey avocado sandwich/half Chinese chicken sandwich combo with a mango green tea with mango star jelly. Needless to say, my lunch was delicious, healthy, and filling, and my partner enjoyed his meal. Everything is so reasonably priced as well- our meals plus drink were about $22, including the tip!
