It's in a "quiet" location but you can definitely see it when you are transitioning from 680 to 880 freeway and the new banner displaying their new hours will definitely catch your eye.[[ Food ]]Opted to try out their Donuts as they are a Donut House and see what the fuss is all about. I think most of the donuts are well priced between $1 to $4. I bought 6 donuts in total and it came out to $11.**Keep in mind there is a credit card transaction fee if you don't use cash which I think is around ~3.3% of the total price. I would bring cash....Overall, I think the donuts have that "mom and pop" feel and they definitely taste decent. None of the donuts will make you feel like you are eating the best donuts in the world but I believe they are generally tasty and the ones with fillings have a decent amount in them. I also like how they are not too sweet so its not like you are eating a mouthful of sugar. For me the only downside is that I think some of the donuts are too dense and it can sometimes feel that you are eating too much "bread" in the donuts.Favorite donut I got from the bunch is the small blueberry donut. Really strong blueberry taste and it was actually quite soft and fluffy compared to some of the denser donuts I ate.[[ Overall ]]I think I definitely will be back for some close donut action as well as to try out some of their breakfast items."

"Hello Donut Factory, how are we only now trying donuts and pastries from here?!? We loved all of the raised donuts, bar donuts, and cinnamon rolls. The dough was fluffy and fresh without being too sweet as the glazes took care of that. I also ordered old fashion and cake donuts, but these were definitely on the sweeter side. Prices were affordable, presentation was nice and packaged well, and they offered a good variety of donuts, pastries, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. The croissants were huge and good, but the bottom of one was a little doughy still, so I'd say stick with the donuts or order a breakfast sandwich where the croissant could be toasted more. Also, go early or order delivery early as everything was fresher that time versus the time we got them later in the day, but I guess that's kind of a given."

"I found this donut place randomly as I was looking for a particular 'Happy Donuts' in the Bay Area but stumbled on this place who makes strawberry donuts or added real strawberries in their donuts! It's located right off the freeway and easy to find. They have their own parking, too which is great. During Covid, they only allowed 4 people at a time as the inside is not too big. They had stickers on the floor for distance. The elder owner couple are so cute and very helpful and super nice. I came here mainly for their straw donuts!! They have real strawberry filled glazed donuts and strawberry frosted donuts. They were both good as it has real strawberries in it but the strawberry frosted tastes like regular cake frosting but with bits of real strawberries. It didn't have a strong strawberry taste as the vanilla frosting taste was strong. The best which I can have all the time is their strawberry filled glaze donuts!!Their other donuts are pretty good too and prices are very decent. Their bar donuts can be filled with custard if you ask. You can preorder their donuts as well as they make what they have till they are sold out. They don't open late so it makes sense. At least, I can pay with a credit card and not cash only! They sell other things like smoothies which I have to try their taro smoothie. They sell bagel and croissant sandwiches and coffee. "9:30 AM reminder, especially for any late risers reading: WAKE UP for your O'Henry needs. (Maybe there's a way to schedule a delivery, I don't know.) At 9:30 there are a lot of donut holes, no jelly donuts and maybe 1-2 of everything else. This is a holiday week, today is July 2nd, maybe more people buying donuts for their roadtrips. Maybe a typical Tuesday. Just wake up early to have the most choices. Their donuts are just as delicious as ever. Service is efficient and kind. Questions patiently answered. My late start means that today we'll be trying a chocolate-peanut donut and a blueberry donut for the first time. See pic for blueberry donut. I enjoyed it with a cup of coffee. It is a sweet donut. If you like sweeter donuts and enjoy a fresh fruit flavor, this is a good one to try. They are O'Henry donuts, I'm sure they'll be really good even if they don't replace the O'Henry jelly donuts as my faves."

"This location seems to be in the same place where Feng Cha is located. We came last night after kareoke with a group of 8. The entrance was Dessert Cafe, but inside on the wall it said Feng Cha. I don't know if you can order from the counter or not, because there were 3 self ordering kiosks available and no one at the counter. A majority of our group ordered croffles. They said it was tough and tasted stale; it was difficult to cut into. We have tried Dessert Cafe in Concord before and their croffles were fresh and crispy. The bathrooms "weren't working" either. There was a sign that said "No Public Restroom". Legally I think they're supposed to have their bathrooms open/fixed for customers to use if they are a food service establishment. It took awhile for our bingsoo to come out, even though there weren't many people dining in. Also, looking at other people's photos, our mango bingsoo did not look like theirs! The presentation wasn't the same and ours just look sad compared to what was advertised. No ice cream on top either. The bingsoo was good though."

"This Donut Shop is a liquor store stocked with drinks, beer & wine, candy, Chinese food, lotto tickets and scratchers in addition to donuts.I'm mainly commenting on the donuts which are spot on, a dozen assorted is still a little under $10. I enjoy most their maple old fashioned but haven't had a bad donut there.They also bake their own croissants, big butter croissants or ones that are stuffed with ham and cheese. With some of their fried stuff, they have these big chicken drumsticks, sometimes heading into work I get a croissant, a chicken drumstick and shred some of the drumstick meat into the croissant for a pretty decent make-shift breakfast sandwich.I work a block away so the main challenge is avoiding having them too often, but it's a good thing that my coworkers help me."

I let him know I placed my order on door dash and give him my name and he asked to see the door Dash receipt. When I show it to him he says he needs to see my name which door dash doesn't put. I'm the only order waiting and he just keeps pushing and insisting that he needs to see my name in the door Dash app. Finally he gives me my food and walks away. There are so many donut and bagel places, I will never come back."
