"The minute I walked in I was greeted. The menu had a multiple options of different kinds of sandwiches, and a build your own option. Also, the chips and drink options had awide array. I ordered the Cali club sandwich and it was amazing. For the price which was around $15, they definitely gave a lot of meat and condiments. Baras used to be a liquor store, but they eventually converted it to a sandwich deli which was a great idea. Everybody, I know who's been There says they love the food. The staff are nice and the deli is clean. I highly recommend this place If you like sandwiches and pasta. I will definitely be returning to Baras in the future."
"Unbeknownst to Crust, my closest coworker suddenly passed away this morning. I spent all morning vacillating between shock/numbness and crying. Eventually I decided to order Grubhub for lunch. I wanted something comforting, so I ordered my favorite chipotle chicken sandwich from my favorite sandwich spot, Crust. During my online order, I added a few requests and sent a note that I hoped they had a nice weekend. My order arrived swiftly and when I opened the bag, I saw that they threw in a cookie too. I almost started crying again because of their kindness, without even knowing how my morning went. The sandwich was perfect; crunchy yet chewy, perfectly tangy with the sourdough bread, hearty portions of chicken, delicious chipotle sauce. It never fails me. It's always my go-to when I'm feeling down.Thank you Crust, for adding a slice of brightness to such a heartbreaking day."

"Excellent food , sandwiches, soup, salads, hot food, fruit salad, bakery treats. Illy coffee is the brand they use (very good)Line gets long, but goes pretty fast. Everything is fresh and in house made (just look at the avocados in my sandwich)"
"We were in town for our son's water polo tournament at Encinal High School. During a break between games, we went out for a quick bite and found Santoro's about a couple minutes away.Santoro's is located on the corner of a residential area so you'll need to park on the street. However, the location is part of the charm as you feel like you've stepped back in time when you enter Santoro's. You're greeted by a friendly crew and asked to fill out your order slip. We ordered a couple of sandwiches which were bigger than we expected with layers of delicious roasted meat and all of the condiments. I had the chicken sandwich and highly recommend it.The staff was very attentive and checked on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our sandwiches. You can tell this is the neighborhood spot as locals came in to grab their usual orders and have a quick chat with the staff/owners."
"Bomb.com Got The Saint and... all I can say is it hit spots I didn't even know I had. The vibes inside are chill too with great tunes. Would definitely recommend anyone getting a sandwich stop in and eat. And the guys behind the counter were extremely helpful!"
"Was in the area, craving a sandwich and this little deli did not disappoint. We got two sandwiches and split them. Both were really good. Romano was more of a favorite. We also had a cannoli, not pictured but it was delicious. It's hard to find a good cannoli anywhere on the west coast! Service was quick, we did not have to wait long for our order. Really a cute little place, will be back when passing through the area."
"This place is amazing! The service is always good, Staff is very friendly, its in a good area, very clean and organized. The owner is always very welcoming and likes to check to see how you are doing. I absolutely love "THE RICH LADY" a sandwich with Turkey, Ham and Salami!? YES PLEASE!!! Another thing i love is the huge selection for drinks and chips. They also have cake and pies. I will forever recommend this place to everyone and i will continue to come here for a very very very long time! COME TO THIS PLACE NOW!!!!"
"Small market deli on the side of the road (down the road from Skates). Stopped here when exploring the Berkeley Marina area.Shared a hot dog, fries, and a crab salad sandwich. All were your standard foods with standard flavors (nothing stood out). Order your food at the register and then they'll call you to get your food and drinks. There's also a convenience store aspect with different things like candy, chips, etc. Good place to stop by if you want a quick picnic, quick bite to eat, grab some food to go to eat at Caesar Chavez Park, etc.Parking is available via a dirt parking lot behind the market. We saw families, couples, bikers, etc. Ambiance is super relaxed."
"I have to give yet another five star review to Ok's because of their kani katsu!!! I just tried it today and JFC... what a great invention. The patty has such a satisfying crunch and then it gives way to the creamy crabby middle. The shaved cabbage is the perfect vegetable to absorb the heat from the katsu yet still remain crunchy, and the house made tartar sauce has the perfect amount of acidity anti balance everything out. There's even a little lemon that comes on the side if you want more acid. The kabocha squash falafel has been my craving lately, but this one is the breakthrough hit until crab season is over."
"Best hot sandwiches in Fremont, great source for chicken with no antibiotics/steroids, and the staff is very kind. A must try for lunch if you're in the area. No seating, so its a to-go experience."
"Friend told me about this place. Had it bookmarked for a while and finally came in to check it out!Located in the Pelton Plaza with Itea, Ladyfingers bakery, Bell Vision & more. Metered parking here but you can go to the nearby Safeway plaza for free parking and walk over. So, I got the Italian sausage sandwich with potato salad. I was surprised it was circular instead of rectangular. Lol. The cashier didn't ask me what kind of bread I wanted but later on I found out they have other options such as rye or dutch crunch. My sandwich came with telera bread (google says it's white bread typically used on Mexican sandwiches). Anyway, tasty & moist sandwich! The roasted bell pepper sauce, meat & spinach went well together. The potato salad was a little on the bland side. The inside is pretty tiny, think there were 2 or 3 tables. They offer soups and salads too. Also saw some catering options: veggie/fruit platters and lasagna. Will return!"
"Love the vibe, paid $30 for two lattes with up charges, a burrito, breakfast sandwich, and a cookie. food was pretty good and my breakfast burrito was really big! my friends croissant looked small but he was full. i liked the size of my double latte at 12oz"

Soooo sooo good!!! The bread had a crunchy outer layer, yet soft on the inside. I ordered the roast beef and it was two thumbs up!!! It had this sweet bacon jam spread that was yummm!!mmmmmy!!!!Dipped in the warm au jus, this sandwich definitely hit the spot! It is a must try! I will be returning to try the hot pastrami since I heard good things about it as well!!! Tucked inside an industrial section of Milpitas, Crust surely was a great find!

The owners of this restaurant also own Cam Huong. I've been a loyal customer since the 80s. My parents cane to the US around the same time and started both started their businesses in Chinatown. Banh mi used to cost $1.25!For years I resisted getting a banh mi over $10. Today I finally did because Ba Le and Cam Huong were closed. The pork banh mi is made with a super crunchy bread (dutch crunch like), good quality daikon and carrots, avocado, cilantro, tomato and ofc well marinated bbq pork. Wow. It was delicious. Fresh ingredients make a difference. Did I regret spending $14? No. Would I do it again? Probably. How soon? Not sure we will see! Do I recommend? Absolutely! These folks know how to run a deli business and that's a fact!

Always greeted with a hello, and a wonderful smile. Then next question is did you phone in your order? If you didn't phone in your order get there early! Now the SANDWICHED, SUBS or as I like to call YumYum for the TumTum are absolutely delicious! No skimping on meat or toppings, fresh ingredients! If I have to leave a complaint it's that they sell out almost daily! So plan accordingly or you'll need to make other arraignments for your meal.

Go eat these amazing sandwiches! They're huge and absolutely delicious. I just finished half of their Chipotle Cubano special and decided the very next thing I needed to do was give these guys 5 stars. Great local business that makes incredible food. Happy to support The Saint!

My dad showed me this gem today and I can confidently say this is my favorite deli in Richmond. This place has been here since 1930 & it's run by a 3rd generation family. While I was enjoying my food, the staff were extremely kind and took time to ask us about our experience and what we thought of the food. I am a very big sandwich fanatic & I adore a stacked sandwich; the turkey bacon avocado (also known as one of their best sellers), was delectable! Each sandwich is filled with yummy veggies that add a great flavor. I always ask for extra condiments on my sandwiches & they were so generous, I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich. They also carry my favorite bottled Jasmine Green Tea-- an extreme dream. If you're looking for a sandwich that will not disappoint you & fulfill your sandwich dreams, THIS is the place. Thank you Angelos for the warm experience. I will be back!

This is in regards to my too. Too good to go pick up from seabreeze market and deli. it was for a surprise bag of their leftover pasties from the previous day. It was a bag filled with so many of their baked goods and they were delish. I will say the thick cute of the cake with light frosting was very dry. Everything else was really good. I feel the bars were very well made as they have a cookie pie crust type of thing going on. It was so tasty and crunchy and sweet! I would def grab another surprise bag from them! They do have a huge whole menu that you can buy many other hot food items and other hot plates. Check em out for yourself!

"Very good sandwiches and many other goodies mostly Italian. Service is good also. Small outside place to eat."
"Cute little cafe by the water. The owners are always so sweet and when I ordered eggs with bacon, they even asked me how I like my bacon; crispy or soft? they have varieties of food from traditional American breakfast to salads, sandwich and some Korean food."
"Just moved to West Oakland and was craving Korean food. Joodooboo was perfect. Only a few indoor seating spots but next time I'm in need of some take out, this will be the place."
"Breakfast is amazing here. The service is top notch. Favorite place to go on work days."
"Very nice, I just love the old guys that work here. They're always very sweet and put a smile on my face."
"Okay best sandwich ever but you gotta do it a certain way. Hear me out.... It's kinda a portofino but not. -Sourdough sliced bread (double toasted) (if you don't get it toasted it'll be soggy) -deli Turkey - pesto -La Ensenada sauce -pickled jalapeños (for the extra spice because the la Ensenada sauce has a spice to it)-provolone cheese (melted)- finish with sprouts"
"I love the Little Italy sandwich, and all the Middle Eastern deli items. Their Gelato/Ice Cream is also good. They currently have the best sandwiches in Point Richmond."
"This is best sandwich that I've had since Genoa's on Telegraph closed - Authentically friendly service. Fresh produce. Quality meat and bread with large portions. Owned and operated by two brothers from the community. I usually travel ro downtown when I need a sandwich and hit Ratto's... but now there's an amazing deli in my neighborhood."
"Sandwiches are decently priced. Tasty and leaves me wanting to try more of their sandwiches. I ordered the Cali Special and Carlito's Way on dutch crunch since it was recommended by the worker. The worker was nice and always offered to help every customer. I like the Carlito's way more but both are good. Next time, I want to try their fries and burgers!"
"*** High XII Cafe & Coffee is back OPEN *** as of Monday, June 8th. Sadly, it's been closed due to the pandemic since March and then another couple of weeks due to the rioting/vandalizing/looting in Downtown Oakland. Senseless and definitely sad for small business trying to survive.I know everyone is on edge at this time, but High XII owner, Abby and staff, Jose and Leti (my apologies for not knowing the others) are wonderful, welcoming, friendly and help to start off your morning! Everyone there I might add, is doing a great job at following CDC recommendations: face masks, gloves, markings on the floor for social distancing, touchless payment, plexi, plastic drape to protect the food, employees and the customers while being ever so friendly and respectful... Definitely adding that extra star to this review! High XII Cafe has limited their hours (Mon-Fri, 8am - 1:30pm) and menu to a few breakfast items (some Starter Bakery goodies), Verve coffee with sandwiches and salad until they get back on their feet. This place is nothing fancy but great to grab a pastry and quick bite after getting off 12th Street BART station, with a short walk around the corner onto 11th.Show this business some love and support by stopping by, grabbing a bite (tip: the salmon and kale salad lunch is the best!) and making a small donation/tip for this business and hardworking staff! Pay it forward! :)"
"Excellent atmosphere and friendly service make this Mom and Pop type of deli a real treat. It's located right across from Ohlone College, and I recommend the beef gyro. The freezes are a treat as well, and they come with caramel, vanilla, or hazelnut syrup by request.I wish they were open on Sunday (for a relaxing day off with eats), but if you can make it during the week, or on Saturdays before they close, you won't be disappointed.* Note, there is no public restroom, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stop off and sit and eat, while socializing for a while."
"Really great little cafe with a surprisingly good menu. Lots of vegetarian options, breakfast sandwiches, fruit smoothies and more. Good for grab and go drinks, too. Super nice guy behind the counter."
"Traditional sandwiches with fast, friendly service. It's a small establishment so they ask customers to wait outside till your order is ready. I didn't mind."
"My partner and I loved the ambiance and service of this place. An unexpected hole in the wall the food and coffee were just a bonus. Recommend 100 times over."
"After missing the ferry, my friends and I stumbled upon Dolma Deejis, and I'm so glad we did because their sandwiches are the best! We arrived on a Tuesday around 11am and were promptly greeted at the counter. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and it was truly exceptional. Crafting a sandwich is easy, but it takes serious skill to ensure all the ingredients are perfectly balanced in every bite - and this one never fell apart! My friend ordered the Malibu burger and said it was delicious. The seating was also very comfortable, making it the perfect lunch spot. I can't wait to return!"
"Killer sandwiches - little pricey but worth it. Pretty quick service, never really had to wait too long unless I had a large order. Recommend going at "off peak" times as it can get busy there and they're moving as quick as they can. Sandwiches have a lot of flavor, not the usual "fast food" bland taste. As I said... worth it. Cheesesteaks are good!!"
"Fresh ingredients and CHEAP!!! You heard me good quality sandwich that is cheaper than Subway.I came here after being so disappointed from Subway. It was the best decision I made, I have not been back to Subway."
"Soft, fluffy bagel, and lovely garlicky everything seasoning! Fair prices and seems to be mom and pop-run."
"I usually write extensive reviews for places I really like, but all I can really say is I love you pick-a-deli. If you like Ike's or Mr Pickle, you might as well take a dump, not wash your hands, then make a sandwich with expired deli meat, moldy cheese, and stale bread without condiments because that's what they offer compared to the premium quality sandwiches Pick-a-Deli provides. From the generous portions of the massive super club to the perfect saurkraut distribution in a reuben on dark rye, there is no other deli in the area that can compete. If you like regular sandwiches take your butt to subway because this place makes sandwiches for people who actually love great sandwiches. TL;DR - these sandwiches are bomb af, better than everywhere else, and made with love. Also I lied, this ended up pretty extensive."
"Unprofessional store - rude front desk clerk - always speaking rudely - the lady doesn't care - speaking arrogantly and intimidatingly Ordered food through app, they did not charge up their laptop so didn't receive the order and refused to serve me until I paid out of pocket"
"We went in for lunch. We got a NY Reuben, and NY cheesesteak. The sandwiches were a good portion, and very meat heavy, and the meat is good quality, if you like lots of meat on your sandwich you'll definitely love it here.I would have liked more kraut and sauce on the Reuben, it was a little dry, and was expecting a little more since Reubens are usually messy sandwiches. Husband said that maybe cheese or cheese sauce on the cheesesteak would have been nice. Or maybe a side of sauce to pour on the top?? The people who served us were kind and efficient and gave us free baklava. Like I said, good people, filling food, but the ratios might need a little dialing in, since the business is new. Maybe ask for extra sauce if you like a saucy sandwich. Overall a good experience!"
"The vegetarian burrito and sopes (I got one steak and one vegetarian) bomb, bomb, bomb. Only negative is I came by 2-3 times and there were closed. The store owners had no idea when she would return. She's back and she's friendly with taking and making the order."
"Really great food ..like seriously go try him out instead of going to Starbucks and chipotle every damn day try some real food ..try the one and only "Ali gourmet""
