We were going to go hiking relatively nearby, well Dry Creek but we were meeting up with family so we decided since Niles was having their Farmer's Market, we'd do a quick walk around and then have lunch nearby.I've been wanting to try out Bronco Billy's Pizza for a while. I've heard wonderful things about it. So when we suggested it, our family said sure! So we finally got to try out their pizza. In short, the bread/crust *chef's kiss*....that's all I'm going to say.L O C A T I O NBronco Billy's Pizza Niles is located in the Downtown Niles District. There's street parking as well as a parking lot across but that can be taken over by the Farmer's Market so it's challenging on Saturdays. Street parking is only 2 hours long so we had to actually park, then repark as our time limit was up and didn't want to challenge the parking meter attendants if they're strict about it.I N S I D EWell first outside someone was selling their banana bread which was awesome. Inside, there's a few long tables on one side as well as bar seating on the other. There are tvs to watch and there's only 1 bathroom which was a challenge since I had to brush my teeth due to dental issues at the moment. It's more like a bar environment. I saw many locals who were just hanging out eating some appetizers and watching the game.M E N UIt's a pizza place so they have pizza. You can'd do substitutions for their specialty pizza so you might as well create your own with the toppings you want. There are appetizers, sandwiches as well as burgers. We opted for 2 of the specialties and one custom order of pepperoni and olives.We ordered 3 medium sized pizzas and it easily fed 6 adults and 1 kid and we had leftovers. I think we could've gotten away with 2 mediums and a small.Toppings were plentiful and the bread/crust was pillowy and crunchy and just something about it. I could just eat that crust all day. Now if you're not a crust person, you are not going to like this place. It's very crust forward. I would come back just for that crust.S E R V I C EIt was fine. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time considering everything is made fresh. They got us our drinks and pretty hands off after everything was served. We did call to see if there was space for us beforehand and they said they did. I don't know how busy this place gets so when we went there wasn't a lot of people and we easily got seated.O V E R A L LA good solid pizza place that's bread/crust forward with toppings galore. Bummer you can't substitute items but understand why. A little rough to park in the area and can't stay too long, but perhaps we'll come by and take food to-go. Man, I kind of want a pizza now. Maybe we'll get some soon. Do try them out!

Manager is a witch and has no customer service skills. They took our order once then 45 min later saying they lost the order. Then 30 min later manager takes our order and we told her they took it twice. She said they were not supposed to take our order. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our order. Manager then brought our bill and put on table and said nothing. Manager name us Alandea.No soft skills, no customer service skills, very rude.I have never had service like this ever here until today.Owner needs to know this. So does public.

This place has truly gone downhill. The quality of food was garbage, and the customer service was abysmal. It's a staff of kids that are either too green or poorly led by an inept manager that has no sense of accountability and service. Below is a brief timeline:* After taking our order, our waitress takes off without notice. We spend the next hour waiting for our order to arrive (a slice of Stage Coach pizza and a Tenderfoot Bacon Cheeseburger).* Our slice of pizza arrives, but not the burger. After waiting for an additional 20 minutes, I finally ask a staff member about the burger, and he checks with the cooks and comes back and confirms for me that they forgot about it and are working on it. When the burger finally arrives 15 minutes later, it's cold and barely cooked. To top it off, the fries that's supposed to come with every burger meal here are missing.* We see our waitress come back in, carrying grocery bags, and she checks on us. I tell her about our wait time, the poorly cooked burger, and the missing fries, and all she can say is that she had gone on her lunch break and wasn't aware of any of this. I respectfully tell her I'm not paying for the burger, but will pay for the pizza. Thankfully they were able to take the burger off the tab.This was my first time back here after a few years, and I was wondering if my experience was a one-off. I checked out the other reviews for this place, and all of the negative reviews were similar to my experience-- poor quality for the meal, and really awful staff (either bad order/queue management and/or lacking customer service).Warning: If you come in here, you're rolling the dice and hoping for a good or smooth dining experience. Who knows if the staff here can get your order right and out to you in a timely manner.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my family. When we entered the store, we were told to pick a seat anywhere. There are tables, but you could also choose to sit at the bar. There were a variety of options for pizza, sandwiches, and chicken wings. You could get each pizza in 4 different sizes: slice, small, medium or large. We opted for two slices and some lemon pepper wings for a group of four, and we were surprised by the amount of food! Each pizza came with 6 slices. The crust was well cooked and the toppings were generous. The chicken wings were nicely cooked as well, but the lemon flavor was very strong so it was a bit sour. The decorations were interesting and gave off a casual vibe. The staff were very friendly and gave us some suggestions on what to order since it was our first time. Since it's located on the main road in Niles, there's no dedicated parking, but street parking and a parking lot across the street is available. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

We got a take out from here. We had Garlic bread which was a bit dry so that could definitely be better. We had vegetarian pizza Sagebrush, which was good. Plenty of olives. I liked that one.

My sister had heard great things about this spot which has been in Fremont, Ca for over a decadeThe pizza was ok- the crust was thick and kinda soggy. The flavor of the sauce and cheese was good.

Bronco Billy's! A classic local pizza spot with huge pizza "slices". There are a couple other locations, but the Nile's location does it best. From the old pizza diner vibes, to the friendly servers, and great pizza/beer selection. The options they have for their specialty pizzas are unique and super tasty! I've had quite a few different kinds and all have been enjoyable. I've never had an unpleasant experience here myself. The staff is welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. It does definitely get busy here, so I understand if some people get impatient/frustrated. Come during an off time or during the week and you're sure to have a solid experience with yummy food!

The ambiance is casual and laid back. The customer service was prompt and very friendly. For $11.50, this is pretty much a whole piece of pizza. It is humongous! It was hot, crispy, and delicious. It came out quickly. The next time that I'm in Niles, I'll grab me a slice of that yummy, crunchy, goodness! ;-)

Pizza tastes good, staff are nice and helpful, owners are on another planet thinking 13$ a SLICE is reasonable in any reality. And the price is crazy for the rest of the menu as well. It's bread, tomato sauce and a few veggies/deli meats on top of your product not wagyu beef shavings and truffles
