If you're looking for a blend of excellent food and craft cocktails, Bridges Restaurant & Bar is the perfect spot! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the host who kindly guided me to my party. Our server was very attentive and made sure every request was fulfilled. Most of us got the special lobster tail with ribeye steak and it was the best choice recommended by our waiter. The steak was juicy and tender and the lobster tail was a perfect match with the butter on the side. I also had the clam chowder with a nice creamy texture, absolutely delicious! The chocolate molten cake with salted caramel gelato on top was divine but the crème brûlée was a perfection. I had a small piece from by friends plate and had to order another one for myself. Overall, my first time at Bridges Restaurant & Bar exceeded my expectations. It was worth an hour drive and will definitely come back, especially for the crème brûlée

Overall the experience here was just okay, nothing bad and nothing that really stood out. We can for an early dinner on a Tuesday and the restaurant was practically empty, the service was okay, and the food came out pretty quickly! To drink I had the Mrs. Doubtfire and it was probably the best thing I had here. I think I would come back just for this drink!! The food was just okay, and for the price it really didn't stand out to me. I have heard they have a great brunch so maybe we will be back to try that!

Ruined Christmas.Started with the table not being ready (even with a reservation), and a dismissive and unwelcoming staff. Upon eventually being escorted to our table, the surrounding area was filthy with food/crumbs/etc scattered on the floor. The Staff was also practically bumping into everyone and lacking any form or proper etiquette. While placing our orders, being told one menu item after another was unavailable. Even after receiving the orders agreed upon, the wait staff then returned to inform that some placed orders will also be unavailable. So having to settle, it came to no surprise the food was rushed or over-cooked, Inconsistent, and tasteless. A real shame because we used to love this restaurant. That basically ruined Christmas (and a piece of Danville) for us. We recently found out that the restaurant was under new management, and that solidifed our decision that we won't be returning to Bridges.

A nice sentimental restaurant that my husband and I have known for decades. Don't go on a holiday though. Valentines Day was overbooked, the food was mediocre and the poor service staff is frazzled.

We were the only people in the restaurant yet our server took 20 minutes to take our order. The food was average otherwise I would be able to overlook one day of service. It's a fun neighborhood and nice decorations outside.

This was, without a doubt, the most appalling dining experience I've ever had the misfortune of enduring. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that customer service was a foreign concept here. Our server, Ben--if you can even call him that--greeted us with an eye roll and a level of hostility that would make you think we had personally offended him just by showing up. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional at every turn. The nerve of this man to act like he was doing us a favor by bringing menus or refilling water!Let's talk about the bread, shall we? Plain, stale, flavorless white bread that could have come straight out of a 99-cent loaf from a corner store. It wasn't even served warm. It was honestly an insult to call this a 'starter.' More like a cruel joke that set the tone for the rest of this disaster. Now, onto the meals. I wish I could say they redeemed the experience, but no. It took over an hour--yes, an hour--for our food to arrive. Meanwhile, the restaurant was less than half full, as you can clearly see in the attached photo. There's absolutely no excuse for that kind of wait time. When I asked what the delay was, Ben shrugged it off with his typical disdain and didn't bother checking. By the time the food finally showed up, I was too irritated to even care, and the dishes weren't even worth the wait. Bland, cold, and utterly forgettable. And if you think the manager stepping in would save the situation, think again. He came over, but instead of an apology or any sign of concern, he brought more attitude, as if we were the problem. I have never encountered such a blatantly indifferent management team.In short: Avoid this place like the plague. If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant entirely. You can thank me later for saving you from this nightmare.

We made reservations for a Saturday night and were promptly seated when we arrived. It wasn't too busy around 6pm. Our waiter gave us the specials and took our drink order. I opted for the pomegranate sangria which was refreshing. We placed our order, I got the grilled salmon and my husband ordered lobster bisque soup and added a lobster tail and then got the fettuccine Alfredo. We waited for a really long time for bread to be served (I think we were going to get passed up) and then again a long wait for our meals. We were there for over an hour total time so it was very slow paced. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but we were trying to catch a movie and had given ourselves plenty of time but was starting to cut it close. Ambiance is very nice, always is!

Service was fine. Food was fine, nothing to really brag home about. Bridges will always have a soft place in my heart bc of the Mrs. Doubtfire movie, but to be honest, I almost wish they'd just lean into it more, bc I don't feel like there's enough else going on.

It's been a while since my last visit. I was craving for a good juicy burger and they have been advertising weekly burgers so it was a worthwhile stop. Coming in a little after 12 noon, I was seated straight away. A sunny spot on their outdoor patio. Ordered the weekly burger at medium rare with a side green salad rather than the usual fries and ice tea. The burger definitely not medium rare as it was on the dry side with the fixings and mustard made it tolerable. The green salad was pleasant with a mixture of fruits, nuts and green. Together it made it a very balance meal. The wait person didn't come often enough to refill the ice tea glass, sorry to report. It was a nice sunny warm day on the patio. A bit disappointing burger as memory serves me in the past it was much more juicy. I may return to try other items.

It's been years since I've been here, but it never disappoints. We came with a baby and a toddler, which is always challenging, but the entire staff was really accommodating. We sat out in the covered patio and it was so pleasant. We were shielded from sun and wind; not to mention all the food the baby threw on the ground was easily cleaned. The menu was not overwhelming but still had lots of variety. The food came out quickly, which is always a huge plus when you have hungry kids. What we ordered:+ Roasted Brussels sprouts - a nice mix of Brussels sprouts, onions, and bacon.+ Shaking beef lettuce cups - tender beef in a slightly sweet soy sauce with hearts of Romaine lettuce cups.+ Chicken Two Ways, Pomegranate Soy - a roasted chicken thigh over shredded chicken on top of brussels sprouts, red onions, and fingerling potatoes. This was very delicious. I only wished there were pomegranate seeds like the picture from their website. + Apple crisp a la mode - this was quite a generous portion and very sharable. It was warm and delicious. Highly recommend adding the ice cream.+ Blueberry cheesecake - very tasty but I found it a little dense. They also brought out a couple of chocolate birthday cupcakes since we were celebrating 2 birthdays that evening. Overall, a wonderful evening.
