I honestly thought this place was super fun and all of the staff members I interacted with were great. They do have a small parking lot and street parking outside, but it was a little hard to find parking. I had to walk over a block but that's fine. The ocean is right next door, which is awesome. Manager and bartenders were super cool. I was actually pretty impressed by their food.

Decent place to go bowling.Came here for a kid's birthday party. We requested to adjust the lane but it took 2 requests and about 30 min wait. They have a bar where you get refills for your sodas but they only have one person manning the bar at that time that it took forever to get service. The arcade area is pretty small. Had the basic games but nothing exciting. Kids somehow had fun.Small parking at the back. If you fancy bowling this place is not bad. For fun things to do I'd skip this place.

no answer when called and website lacks of useful information. I would go Round 1 if I need to spend the same amount in here, but enjoy more entertainment options from Round 1

I recently came here for a playdate with the kids since school was out for the holiday, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I hadn't been here in a while, and the vibe has definitely changed since Bowlero took over.As soon as we walked in, the manager came up to my friend, who had a coffee with him, and told him to throw it away--no greeting, just straight to that. It felt unnecessary and set the tone for the rest of the visit. When we got to the counter to rent shoes, the cashier wasn't any better. He had this sour look on his face and asked us if we were bowling or playing arcade games in a way that made us feel like we were bothering him. I tried to lighten the mood by joking, "Only if you smile," but all I got was a forced smirk, which didn't really help. Then, after we got our shoes and were getting ready to bowl, the same cashier came over again to tell us to keep all our stuff on one side because my son had put his jacket on a nearby seat. What made this even more ridiculous was that we were the only people in the entire bowling section!I've been to other Bowlero locations and never had this kind of experience. The staff here made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in, like they were doing us a favor by letting us be there. Safe to say, we won't be coming back.

Solid spot to hang out with friends! We bought a Groupon beforehand for the 4 of us that includes 2 hours of unlimited play + shoe rental for ~$16 per person. That's not bad at all! With the Groupon, you have to walk in. Luckily, when we came Saturday afternoon around 3:30, there were plenty of lanes available.Ambiance was good. It was comfortable inside with red and blue lighting and pop hits blasting over the speakers. Everything looked new and clean.Ordering food and drinks is easy. You can see the menu and order from the machine at your lane. We ordered a pitcher of beer to share, which cost around $35 and was enough for 4 glasses. We also shared a large order of fries for around $11. My one complaint is that they cut you off right at the 2 hour mark. We were trying to squeeze 3 games into the 2 hours, and we were so close! Literally it was the last person's 10th (i.e. last) ball, but the game cut off and wouldn't let him bowl, so it felt a bit unsatisfying to end the game with one unfinished roll. There should be a little bit of leeway around this.

I had a great time with my friend here :) We had originally planned a night out but decided to come here instead. Y'all, the music here was better than the bar we were at LOL.SO FULL FOR A FRIDAY NIGHT. Even at 12 am! There was some deal running for 3 rounds, but for the sake of time, we decided on just one which was only $19/person. Includes shoes.Inside, there was an arcade (pretty up to-date games), food truck-themed eatery (food was... impressively creative for a bowling alley), a bar, and billiards tables. We grabbed a few drinks from the bar before settling in on our lane. 20 mins passed SO fast. I'm so glad we ended our night here!Side note... The place itself is a little grimy... And the balls and shoes have seen better days. But expected of a bowling alley. Staff were a little grumpy (except the bartender, she was so nice!!!) but I'd be grumpy too if I were working Friday until 1am ^^;Will have to be back on a weekday with their unlimited bowling deal!

Really wanted to like this place perhaps I'll try in a different city. Me and my husband were out for a date night and thought to try a new bowling place other than our local bowling place. First off we were greeted by a metal detector and 3 security guards so me and my husband looked at each other like where the hell are we that they need airport level security? Anyways then we get our lane and we're seated next to a party of about 8-10 teenage boys we saw how they took up both booths/lanes and requested the check in desk if we could get our lanes changed so we wouldn't be intruding/interrupting the boys. They said no even though there was multiple other leaves open. We decided to just stay and tough it out ordered drinks that were supposed to get delivered to our lane... an hour later of no drinks my husband went to go check what was taking so long they claim they had been delivered... so no IDs were checked to match the card used? They don't double check it came to the right lane?? I found that ridiculous they remade them and sent the manager to personally deliver them he dropped them off and quickly left no apology/explanation for having us wait over an hour for a beer and a cocktail. And the ambiance of that place just doesn't feel safe when ordering the drinks that never came on the kiosk in between the lane screens one of the teenage boys "discreetly" tried to tell his other friend to take a picture of our debit card... and then having all those boys standing around because there was no more space to sit just was not a good experience from the beginning to the end. Will probably not be back.

Came here for the first time with my friends and we had so much fun! The staff were super kind and helpful with the questions we had. It was a weekend so there were multiple groups and events happening. The staff were very busy but made sure we were attended to and we were able to get a lane rather quickly along with the rented bowling shoes.Afterwards, we decided to play the arcade games. We loved that there were a variety of games to choose from and they were all functional. Overall, although super packed on a weekend, the staff are attentive and ensured that the building was running efficiently. Would definitely come back to Bowlero with friends again!
