A new (cute) mom and pop coffee shop located on the shoreline of Embarcadero. The baristas were super friendly, the coffee is amazing and really well priced! They have outdoor seating and plenty of a parking in the area. Will definitely be coming back

We ordered Orange blossom matcha & Rose latte and both drinks were so good. They make their syrups in-house & I could definitely taste the floral notes which were very well-balanced with matcha and coffee! It's right by the harbor which creates a nice ambiance to sit outside or walk around the harbor when the weather is nice. Service was quick & friendly.Overall, definitely coming back to also try their other drinks!

Super cute little coffee shop. It's a little bit in the middle of nowhere, but it is right by the water and so cute! They have a plenty of parking and a few tables/chairs out front (it's outdoor only). Coffee is delicious and so are the pastries - what more could you want? Also, the owner is super friendly and their doggos are adorable!

I go multiple times a week and multiple times a day lol. Gotta have that caffeine fix. The owner is super friendly and the baristas too! I've been making my way through the menu and everything has been a hit. For sure one of my all time favorites is their ice orange blossom matcha. I also love their pastries, the fennel currant croissant is so good! There's a cute seating area to the side of the shop and it's right by the water.

Such an adorable little cafe shack! Our barista was very friendly and she was kind enough to bring it out to us while we were seated. A 16 oz iced latte is about $7.75 with a $.50 cent charge for nondairy alternatives. It is a little pricey in comparison to a coffee chain but I enjoy supporting small businesses. My latte was pretty tasty overall. It was not too sweet and the rose syrup (which I believe could be house made) was not too overpowering while adding a lovely floral after tase. It's a pretty peaceful area right by quinn's light house so it would be a worthwhile coffee stop if you are near the area already. (:

Just opened - new little coffee shop with croissants and coffee and tea. Cute little yellow building friendly staff all near the embarcadero marina. A little bit of seating in and out and a window to get the coffee but a fun place to grab some fuel for the day. Can walk down by the channel a few steps away and sit in a park bench.

Recently, I heard about a new coffee spot and decided to give it a try. Normally, I don't go out of my way to find coffee places, but the rave reviews piqued my interest, and I had some free time this morning. The place was smaller than I had envisioned, but it was well-kept, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I hope this isn't just an initial impression but reflects their consistent treatment of all customers. With a few tables and chairs in front, and a charming dock area it's situated in, it felt quite inviting. While I typically avoid gourmet drinks like Vanilla Lattes, my son ordered one, and my daughter tried a Rose Latte--though I might have the name wrong. They both loved the aroma and taste of their drinks. I went for a Cafe Americano and was pleasantly surprised. The Cafe Americanos I've had elsewhere tend to be acidic and sharp in taste, but the one from Boats & Beans was smooth and less acidic, which I really enjoyed. Coupled with the friendly and skilled barista, Mario, I will definitely be returning. This place might just become one of my favorite coffee spots!
