You can expect fresh fried goodness and welcoming customer service! The party wings here are are my comfort / relaxation food. They have party wings, chicken strips, fish, and shrimp and all of them are good. They offer combo meals if you're in the mood to try a little bit of everything. The sides include curly fries, regular fries, potato salad, and salad - my favorite is the curly fries. They often have special menu items, if you want to see those ahead of time then check out their Instagram page.They're usually out on Saturdays, parked in the Grocery Outlet parking lot. Sometimes they're at other events so stay tuned via their social media pages. You can also join the text list to stay in the loop. The food is cooked fresh to order, you can call ahead for convenience.

Haven't been here in a while. They were here today and decided to stop for lunch. Service is always friendly. Nice day to sit at an outdoor table and eat some delicious catfish, shrimp and curly fries. Everything is hot and cooked to perfection as you can see on the piece of fish. Nice looking cook trailer.

In a world where fried fish on this level is either hard to find or just plain ol' expensive, Blazin Cajin decided to return with some of the best friend catfish, shrimp, and wings I've had in a long time. I never bother frying catfish at home myself, I'm not that good at it and I don't care to make my place smell like fish for a whole week, so when I heard Blazin Cajin was opening up, I had to make my way over in order to decide if it was quality and they did not disappoint. Not only does the fish come out fresh (please be patient as it does take some time) it is very affordable and they don't cut corners in regards to using the top ingredients. You can tell this is a local favorite as people traveled from all over to get themselves a plate. I really enjoyed the banana pudding as well, as it really reminds me of what I used to eat as a child and it is very hard (almost impossible) to find great banana pudding. The owners and their team work tirelessly in the truck to serve the community and they do it because they enjoy it and you can tell by the way the food turns out, food just tastes better when you're enjoying the process and it's obvious that they do. For now they are only open every Saturday, but if you really enjoy it feel free to show them some love and who knows maybe we can get them out here more often!

They have the best catfish in town with friendly service. Their service is fast, friendly and alway consistently good.

They were at a motorcycle/car show event and I had their 3 pieces of shrimp 5 fish, and never again, I see why I've never came to their spot in Vallejo. Their fish is not cooked all that great. It was stringy when you broke it apart.‍

I called to find out their hours and where they were located about 30 mins before closing. They asked if it was my first time ordering and when I told them yes they kindly and patiently explained the menu, serving sizes and got my phone order placed.My very picky family of 5... plus my mom, we're all really happy with the food. Hot, fresh and flavorful!Can't wait to order from them again. They teased me with a sample of banana pudding but sadly they were all out for the day.

I came across this little gem and boy!!! Am I HAPPY I DID!! From the time I walked in, my experience was phenomenal!! Seriously!! Customer service was great! The food: I was born & raised in Louisiana! So when you say Cajun anything time...you'd better come correct...the DID!! I got 3 orders of Basa fish and prawns w/fries for $54!!! WHERE CAN U FIND THAT!!! My family and I LOVED the food!! It was seasoned well and fried to perfection! BABY!!! Yessssss!! So good!! Visit this spot!!!!

Flavorful fish/chicken wings & fries for a decent price in Vallejo! I spent $19 & some change for a 3 piece fish/fries & 6 piece/curly fry + a drink & 20% tip - not bad at all. Food came out in 15 minutes, steaming hot. Staff is friendly & grateful for your business & was even walking orders to customers' cars as they waited. The trailer hitch is located in the parking lot of 1701, parking is available in the lot and on the street. The menu is simple & I HEARD the potato salad is/similar to Safeway's deviled egg potato salad, and the side salad is not your average for a "food truck."Open ONLY Fridays and Saturdays until 7:30PM according to the posted sign. I'll be back!

Came to Benicia for the old classic car show. Ran into this food truck and we automatically thought "yes this sounds so good!" We ordered the 10 piece chicken and side of fries. We walked and sat down and in the middle of eating we realized we were short two wings:(. The wings and fries were extremely good. Chicken was nice and juicy! We definitely enjoyed our meal despite being shorted.
