Black Car Booking

We hired Black Car Booking this week for my family's trip to Hawaii and we were extremely impressed. I compared dozens of different car services, and this one was the best for the price. Our driver, Mr. Yankov, was extremely professional. He showed up on time (even though our flights were at 12 and 3 AM!) dressed in a suit and he was even waiting for us at the gate when we returned to the Oakland air port! It was great that he helped us with our luggage and got us home quickly and comfortably. Black Car Booking has a well appointed brand new Escalade ESV and I think they will be getting a BMW later this year. I definitely recommend this driving service and will be using it again in the future.

Ilya was extremely professional and punctual for our day in Napa. Pickup arrival was early, Escalade was immaculate, and he helped keep us on schedule for the day shuttling us from tasting and lunch reservations.

Ilya, from Black Car Booking just dropped us off at our home in Danville. I don't normally write reviews, but Ilya was such a professional driver, so helpful, and a joy to talk with, I had to sit down now and write the review.Ilya was easy to book, was on-time to pick us up, drove professionally, had a clean and large SUV (there were five of us with lots of personal items for the concert), and on-time to drive us back home. I know who to call next time the need arises.

Excellent service!!! Recently used Ilya for a trip from Concord to SFO and a return 10 days later. He was great about communicating to set up the reservation, kept us advised of the time table and his location, contacted me to reconfirm the return (usually with most other services I have to call them to do this). He was early on both legs and met us at baggage claim on the return. Rates are terrific and service is great. Will use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Took trip to SFO airport last week. Great service, driver was very professional, showed up 15 minutes before pickup time, wearing suite and a tie. Car was huge Cadillac Escalade SUV, very clean and spacious. Will use him again!
