We are SF locals, but this was our first time here. Speakeasy vibe. We really enjoyed this place. Ryan was our host. He was always checking on us. Entertainment was great. Loved the music. Food was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

We used to go to B&Bs quite often before they closed. We went last night. I am wondering if they were having staffing issues. We got there 40 minutes early, ordered a drink as soon as we got there. Took over 30 minutes, looked like the bartender could have used some help. There were 4 of us for dinner. It took about 45 min to get 2 Caesar salads for dinner . I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. I had 3 small pieces of chicken. The pulled pork sandwich and fried chicken for the other 2 people came about 20 minutes later. It's a great venue with good music. I will definitely try it again.

Biscuits and Blues is the best! Great music, tasty food, attentive staff and distinct drinks! Love this place! Can't wait for the B&B Fan Club! I want the t-shirt, decoder ring and commemorative mugs.

Great venue for jazz/blues. Stopped in for a Lavay Smith show. The band was top notch. Had appetizers, drinks and dinner plates (southern fried chicken and pepper brisket). Excellent faire. Andrew was our server, very efficient and nice. So glad live music is back at B&B.

Decent prices, small , quaint and no matter what it's like you're part of the show because of how close the stage is . The earl Thomas show was great . The sound quality was excellent.

The service is not that great and I believes it's due to the lack of staffing. Food took forever to come out, we ordered at the begging and my sister didn't get her plate until 10min before the show was over. The drinks were horrible we ordered margaritas and a lemon drop. They tasted like lime juice, no alcohol. However the blues show was pretty good. That's why I gave the extra star.

I was expecting very little entertainment venue inside the basement club with $40 cover charge for Blues band. But, when we sat down to sparsely attended club at the far corner of the big basement restaurant and bar, we were pleasantly surprised by the professional Blues Band with above average performance by the singer, lead guitarist, bassist and drummer as well as the conductor/pianist. The initial drinks were watered down and weak but the second set of cocktails were totally different from the first. We were all blown away by the concert and the proficiency of the musicians overall. The sweet potato and garlic toasted asparagus and their famous biscuits with honey butter spread were all decent. I have to say that the band was pretty good. They played nonstop for two hours. The lady was truly amazing blues singer who also sang some of her original songs that were very good. Nice gem. I hope that they will have more audiences in the future.
