If you're looking for a historic feel, this is the perfect restaurant. It's romantic, vintage, elegant and sophisticated. Great for a date night or a nice restaurant to dine with your in-laws. Point Richmond is also great for parking and the location is right across the Richmond bridge. Convenient and easy to get to. We ordered the steak and lobster ravioli as our shared entrees and I loved the lobster ravioli so much that I sometimes order it on Doordash, lol! For our appetizers, we had the beef carpaccio, clams, and kept stuffing our faces with the bread, lolFood was definitely a 10/10. Can't wait to explore their menu a bit more!

Located inside the historic Hotel Mac in Point Richmond, Biancoverde is a great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. It's been awhile since I've visited so I'm glad I got a chance to check it out. The service was a little slow even though it wasn't very busy but overall we enjoyed our lunch. I decided to try one of the lunch specials and I ordered the Polpette Panini, which is filled with meatballs and marinara sauce. It came with garlic fries. It was good and super filling. So much so that I didn't have room for dessert. Maybe next time!

We haven't been to Hotel Mac for a meal in years, but this new Italian iteration of their restaurant had a delicious looking menu for both cocktails and entrees.I made a reservation through their app which connects to Open Table, but somehow it didn't take. We were lucky to be seated for 7:30, on a Friday for six. This was for my birthday on 2nd of January, so holiday decorations were still up and they were beautiful. It just gave off the most warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very enjoyable. We had bruschetta, steamed clams and beef carpaccio for appetizers. All were amazing - nicely plated and delicious! It would have been nice to have more than three pieces of bruschetta for the order, but they were tasty.Entrees included - chicken Alfredo, mushroom risotto, pepperoni pizza, lasagna, tortellini and on their holiday menu - the pappardelle di aragosta. The sauces were all so flavorful. The cream sauces on the Alfredo and tortellini so smooth and creamy, in a good way. The aragosta was loaded with seafood, even lobster, with sweet tomatoes and a creamy herb sauce. To die for!!! The waiter was friendly, but seemed short staffed, since he had to bus his own tables. It took him a while to take our entree orders, and my drink order was not right. He offered to make it right, aearersr

Biancoverde is located in the historic Hotel Mac. From the entrance you immediately see the large bar with plenty of stools for seating. There are other seats sprinkled throughout the dining area as well. The friendly bartender gave me a few menus; the regular menu, a drink menu and a lunch menu. Everything looked inviting, but I opted for the fettuccine gamberi from the lunch menu. The lunch menu is offered daily and has a variety of items to choose from. The lunch menu is a great value for the portion received. I also ordered a deliciously crafted cocktail. Both the pasta and cocktail were excellent, and the restaurant has the feel of nostalgia so definitely check them out.

Excellent place for a date night. Fantastic service, fantastic food and cocktails. I had the Scampi Di Gamberetti and my wife had Salmone Alla Griglia, both which had great flavor, the chili in the pasta was really good and the sauce on the salmon was also tasty. Fritto misto was also good.

A perfect reminder that great places exist outside of San Francisco and Oakland. Welcoming vibe the minute you walk in. From the look and feel to the smiles from everyone. They handled our party of 6 with grace and ease making sure we all felt attended too. The two dishes I sampled in this trip with the classic Chicken parm served with mashed potatoes and sautéd mixed vegetables with still some "bite" to them. Which is how I love them. The chicken was good and moist. The sauce wasn't too sweet and layered with plenty of cheese. My partner had the risotto with halibut and shrimp with lemon and spinach. A nice size portion and the aroma was as tempting and the dish tasted. My hint: order the mixed olive appetizers. Perfect to snack on over cocktails and catchup.

The food was OK. I really like this seafood risotto. It was delicious and the people were friendly. my deduction of the one star is regarding the building itself. I understand it's pretty old... But it's really in need of a revamp/renovations. My main concern is the bathroom. It smells so terrible! The odor is mostly due to an old building smell with zero ventilation. Just going into the bathroom just made my stomach churn and the food however, delicious... it made the experience bleh...Oh, and the fries... I wish they labeled it as potato wedges and not truffle fries. I thought they were actual french fries and was pretty disappointed. Wedges just are so much more heavy and wasn't the taste that I wanted. They were not bad... it just wasn't what I was craving.

I met Lori and Toni here for lunch. I have wanted to try this restaurant since it opened. It did not seem like a place I would want to go and order takeout. I was delighted that Lori chose this restaurant for our monthly lunch. The Biancoverde is located in the historic Hotel Mac in Point Richmond. The majority of the tables are located upstairs, there is not an elevator. We sat in the bar area.Everything on the menu was tempting me to over-order. As much as I wanted to have at least two dishes, other than my final choice, I knew I could only eat one, and that I could return and order another dish. I finally decided on the build-your-own pasta. My choices were spaghetti with meat sauce and added sautéed buttons and shitake mushrooms. It was delicious. I was pleased that there was a lot of sauce. The serving was so generous I had a full meal the next day. We shared an order of Frito Misto. The squid was tender and not the least bit oily I did not try the prawns.I had to park a few blocks from the restaurant. After lunch, I took a walk around this small hamlet to my car.

We had a delicious dinner last night at Biancoverde. The interior of the beautiful Hotel Mac building has been artfully lightened and brightened and divided into more private dining spaces. Every staff member with whom I had contact did their job well and was welcoming. The food was excellent. I had a beet salad with an interesting mango vinaigrette dressing, bits of Gorgonzola and chunks of mango. Tasty and healthy! I also got Fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms that was wonderfully al dente and had the perfect amount of sauce, not a greasy mess like some Alfredo dishes. Quite exquisite. My friend got a Pizza Calzone with mushrooms. I'll be back for the Calzone myself - I got a taste and it was light and tasty - wonderful cheese and mushrooms inside. You can choose among many sauces and types of protein for the calzone and various types of pasta - you can really customize your meal to your taste! All around, I was really impressed and I'll be back!
