An oasis. After a long week of working in the heat, digesting yet another mass murder, a big death anniversary and just everything I stopped by to stock up. Love this store ..!!Selection This store has a huge variety of pretty much everything you want. In particular I love their wine selection. Price.The prices are high but they offer good discounts and promos. Their 2nd bottle for 5 cents if you buy two is amazing if you are a wine lover. They also keep sending $10 off $100 or sometimes even $10 off of $50. So that's a real deal saver. Customer Service.They always greet you when you enter. I had a particular wine in mind and I asked them if they have it in store. They helped me find it and even offered help if I need to find anything else also.Parking Parking is huge and even on a Sunday afternoon it looks like the picture shared and Empty aisles. I would def not worry about parking here. Bonus - if you don't know it already, if you subscribe to their emails, they send you emails on special offers. These offers are valid for same day delivery/ pick up. So if you like any offer and can avail the same day then they are good savers too..!!

Because the prices are good, the coupons and sales make it great, and the selection often saves a lot of time going to a range of multiple stores.Having said that - not all BevMos are stocked the same so use your handy dandy phone to check inventory of the bottles you need before you show up or even better, buy online and pick up in person. I usually find great deals on reliable everyday wines because wine with dinner is a must In my world. Vintages that make dinner extra special can be found at K&L. I can also find my fancy aged whiskeys as well as my favorite, Hangar One Vodka here which makes me pretty happy. Porter, stout, and sour beers that I love are always easy to find here. That makes me happy!I have always found it a funny thing to have people go out of their way to tell me why they don't drink/don't like to drink. I personally don't judge people who don't drink. If anything you're pretty much asking to be the designated driver next time we go out! If you do drink this is the perfect place to stock your home bar. If you don't? You probably have zero interest in this review ...so there's that. I have been blessed with a palate that makes wine and spirits something I enjoy as immensely as beautiful cuisine. Bevmo. It's where I indulge in one of my favorite perks of adulting! Stocked up for my 4th! Make sure you go today to avoid the rush! Cheers!

Been to this location several times, today was my last visit here ever. Came with my wife and one of our friends, cashier was super rude about asking for all 3 of our ID's, normally only one of us provides and ID and it isn't a problem. I left my wallet at home today, I'm 33 and very rarely get carded anyways, had he been kinder about it maybe I wouldn't be as upset about being turned away. No problem, I'll never bother setting foot in there again. Plenty of other liquor stores nearby that have everything I need.

This is about BevMo's customer service as otherwise booze is booze. Anyway, twice I've had issues with delivery via a third-party delivery service (Drizly, Shipt, etc...). Both times I've had to reach out to BevMo as support with the delivery services gives you a generic reply and seemingly cannot help. Yesterday, I was supposed to get my order between 3-4 PM, yet Drizly took 5 hours to deliver (60 minute delivery my ass). Drizly wouldn't respond to my requests and wouldn't let me cancel. At 7:30 I called BevMo and they had to reach out to Drizly to get a driver to pick up my order. Finally received it just after 8 PM. Two weeks ago, same thing happened and someone from BevMo actually delivered it to me. I've been shopping here for years and though I've never had issues with BevMo, I've never left a review until now. It's been their great customer service that made me realize there is more than just a beverage store here. Thanks!

BUYERS BEWARE-Always open the box to check the item. I am disgustingly disappointed with a recent experience at this store. I purchased what I believed to be a bottle of Macallan 18 which costs $432.99. However, after opening the box to double check at the cashier which I normally don't do, I was shocked to find a bottle of cheap whiskey inside instead. They did exchanged it to the right bottle after I confronted with the store manager. I asked what would have happened if I had walked out of the store and come back later? They explained that they would have giving me the correct bottle if I had come back later which I find hard to believe.This incident has shaken my confidence in this company. It is unacceptable for a reputable retailer like BevMo to engage in deceptive practices that mislead customers and tarnish the integrity of the brand.I understand that mistakes can happen, but this goes beyond a simple error. Placing a bottle of cheap whiskey in a Macallan 18 box is a deliberate attempt to deceive customers and is completely unacceptable. Not only is it dishonest, but it also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.I urge the leadership to review the inventory management and quality control procedures to ensure that similar situations are avoided moving forward. Another disturbing issue was that I was notified 2 hours later by Chase Fraud that there was an unauthorized attempt to use same credit card. There were too many coincidences to simply brush this off as being an unfortunate occurrence.

Update: Since writing the original review this morning (11/18), a store employee reached out to apologize for the error. The computer system had a glitch where it dropped some of the order to them but it was not complete as it lacked the pickup information. They canceled the order and put the items aside for me to pickup in store. So it was all resolved. Hopefully BevMo will fix this issue so no one else goes through this.==I have been to this BevMo several times without any issue. Now I placed an online order for pickup (before the store opened). I got back an email saying when ready an email would be sent. No email came, so I called up the store to find out it was "scheduled." Huh? This was a pickup. The store associate found the order and the items were pulled but could not change or access the system to tell it to pick up. He said he would call be back in 5 minutes. As of this writing, it has not occurred
