Babsi's Viennese Treats

Very delicious, not overlysweet, well-made baked treats with good ingredients! Hard to find these days.

First and foremost, Babsi's baking is yummy, plus, healthy ingredients. Gluten free does not always equal healthy if it is made with refined carbs and gums. Babsi uses lots of nuts and seeds and coconut sugar, fruit, stevia and other better alternatives to refined sugar. She also includes lots of organic ingredients.

Simply delicious! I'm not even gluten free or anything and these I would eat all the time. They are so tasty and made with so much love!

Babsi's treats are are not only much healthier (than the typical other desserts) due to their great properties depending on the batch (organic, raw, gluten-free, low or no-sugar, etc. with a number of these present for a given batch) but also they are heart-filled, made with love. They are pretty satisfying. No wonder! They are also typically very fibrous to begin with. You could go for hours without being hungry unlike other low-quality and cheap desserts, which will be devoid of fiber, spike your blood sugar and get you crashed down & make you fat and leave you with no energy! Try Babsi's treats and you will see what I mean, even a little goes a long way!!

I had a boxful of these delicious treats over the holidays and I thought to share them with some friends...but, I couldn't wait and I ate all of them within a few days! If you are gluten free, she also makes special treats and I found them to be tasty and unique. Give them a try and support a local small business too!

Ooooh, the chocolate cake is melt in your mouth perfect! And with its orange flavoring, it is to die for. I love the cookies and don't even feel guilty when I'm eating them! I never expected so much flavor and such luscious texture, it's hard to choose, so you will just have to try them yourself! You cannot go wrong with these yummy treats. They make wonderful gifts too, and Babsi will pack up a small gift box for you to pass around to your friends who'd love that special something and who care carefully for their health. Babsi sells at many local events and Farmer's Markets, so there are lots of places these treats can be enjoyed.

recently attended a workshop where someone served babsi's chocolate pie...i'm not sure what it was called, but it was DELICIOUS! i think made from potatoes. you wouldn't believe it, tasting it. i am not a strictly glutenfree person...but this beats out any gluteny dessert!! try her wares. amazing.
