I got the orange chicken with fried rice, and it's so good, better than their counterpart. It's a go to place near hesperian street, only caters for to go cause it's a small place but the food is great. They staffs work fast too, usual asian restaurants i might say. You're just telling them your order and immediately the food is already in front of you.I might try their other food in their menu the next time.

Their food service has gone terribly poor. At the same establishment where they would once fill up food until you could barely squeeze it closed, they are now checking pieces at the register and taking them back out!!! I kid you not, this lady took my bag back and took a piece out, yelling at the other lady for putting too many when she put 4?? Then proceeded to start arguing with us when we complained, as anyone would do in this situation, and threatened to fire the lady that gave us food, saying it's "basically what we are telling her to do". I had been going there for so long and it had been our go to local place for Asian food, well clearly NOT anymore.

We have come to this hole-in-the-wall place to get take out many times. The price is reasonable. If you are looking for a fast Chinese food to go place around Hayward, check this place out. It can get crowded on the weekends around lunch and dinner time as you would see a line waiting to order food to go. If you go before the lunch or dinner crowd times, there isn't usually a wait line.

This place is wack. Based on all the positive reviews, we came in for dinner. Sweet and spicy chicken wings were okay but 3 wing sections in a portion seemed skimpy. Kung pao was tasty, and steamed rice was good. My wife did not have as much luck. She said the fried rice had an off flavor, and the sweet and sour pork was not fresh and not kept hot in the steam table, so she didn't want to eat it. The temperature of the food was nowhere near food safe. Her fried fish was good. Definitely not worth the $30 for what we received. We would have been better off at Panda.

I love Asia Delight Express. The food was great, and the prices were very affordable. The staff were also warm and friendly. I hadn't been here for quite some time, and they were patient with me, especially when I had questions about the menu and trying to figure out what to get.I ordered the family dinner. It had egg rolls, three large entrees, skinny noodles, and wonton soup. The portion sizes were generous. The containers were full of yummy food. The food was tasty and very filling. I couldn't stop myself from eating.I recommend this place to people who want reasonably priced and fast Chinese food. The inside was small, and only a few tables were available since most customers got their food to go. I will definitely come back again.

Looking for good Chinese food and fast that's more authentic than others then try Asia Delight. This is my first time stopping by and they have a good selection to choose from. I settled for fried rice, beef and broccoli, and green beans and chicken. Service was quick and they get you out within minutes. Small little hole in the wall but has good food. My only gripe is that the chicken was very salty as well as the fried rice if they could have eased on the salt that would be great.

I love their food. I am usually very picky with Chinese food, but the food is delicious. I highly recommend it. I just wish they would redecorate their restaurant because that's what made me not want to come despite living here for so many years. The food taste so nice and clean and the service is great. The portion is huge and the price is just right. I hope the restaurant continue to do a great job

Quick lunch, got the job done at a good price. Service was fine. Lunch was good especially since I got there as some items were being replenished. It's a little unique here but the eggplant + tofu is recommended... so is their salt and pepper pork chops. Quick tip: There is a $10 minimum if you want to use card/tap.

This is one of the better steam tray takeout joints in the East Bay. Come here for the fried fish and thin chow mein plus a vegetable and meat dish combo. Service is always easy, fast and they box up your meals if you make a big order, plus they take debit/credit cards unlike some other takeout places. They also do party trays for anybody who needs a quick potluck item at work or a last minute party offering. They also have a good deal on large single items if you just want a box of fried fish to go. Some items like the fried rice are better off ordered from the menu rather than the steam trays and that's the only reason this place doesn't get a higher rating. Tiny hole in the wall places like these are becoming less common so it's good to use them whenever you need a quick Chinese takeout meal. I drop by here whenever I need to take the bridge nearby and it never disappoints. Did I mention the fried fish? Get it!

This is a great place to go to when you're tired, don't want to cook, and want a variety without spending too much. I've had the chow fun, beef broccoli, fried fish, shrimp, soups, green beans, and sesame balls. The service is quick. You literally go in, pick out your food, pay, and leave. This is where the saying "you get what you pay for" fits. It's not the best food but I've had worst that cost more. The place is small so it's not a place where you dine in.
