Average to-go chinese spot. Didn't walk in thinking service would be top notch whatsoever but MAN was the two ladies attitudes awful. I think it was combination language barrier, but also just an overall rushing and not answering questions I and other customers had. Example is asking what a certain dish was, becasue the label wasn't aligned with what was in the tray. She just rudely tapped a label on the other side of the warmers to indicate what it was. The food was decent. They were out of a majority of items I wanted at 7:30PM (they close at 8:30) - so I settled for chow mein, lemon chicken, and beef and broccoli. Chow mein was average, lemon chicken was over breaded but the sauce was decent, and the beef and broccoli was 80% broccoli and slightly stringy beef, but taste was average. My partner did enjoy his shrimp with vegetables and short ribs with black bean sauce, though. Overall, I'll probably try other chinese food spots in the area because San Leandro has SO MANY. The only positivie thing I'll say is the pricing is great especially with inflation the way it is right now.

This place was solid for Chinese fast food. There's plenty of parking and a lot of things to choose from around the area in terms of drinks and dessert. It's a small restaurant designed for to go orders only. I came in here, asked for a Combo B which comes with either chicken fried rice or chicken chow mein and 2 sides. The service was quick and efficient. I was literally in and out within 5 minutes, that was considered long because I couldn't decide what I wanted. I ended up getting the fried rice, salt and pepper fish, and sesame chicken. Fried rice was pretty good. Salt and pepper fish was neither salty nor peppery. It was fried batter with fish texture. They give you a side of sweet and sour sauce to dip it in and it helps. Without it, the fish is definitely fishy aka not fresh. But I also wasn't expecting too much. The sesame chicken was basically popcorn chicken fried and coated with what tastes like a mixture of orange and lemon sauce and sesame. This was better than the salt and pepper fish but much heavier despite the fish being fried batter. If ever i need a quick cheap Chinese food meal, im coming here. My full, stacked, leaking box was $12. It's good for 2 or 3 meals and super worth it for the price.

156 W Juana Ave San Leandro, CA 94577Asia Delight #2 is located in San Leandro Plaza, across from the Safeway. I was here on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm. It was bright and sunny, with temps over 70*F. I was on my break, and decided to try this restaurant. I did look over the mixed Yelp reviews, and I sort of knew what to expect. Asia Delight #2 is the Chinese version of fast food. Prepared foods are kept on warmers or steam trays. You tell the server what you want, they pack it, you pay, and it's ready to eat. When I was there, I was in-and-out in under 5 minutes. Tip: Go to this restaurant when it's busy. Better chance to get fresher foods. There were 3 servers, and they didn't say much. She just said "next customer."I asked for: Fried Rice, Black Bean Spareribs, Sesame Chicken. Menu Price $10.88, I was charged $12.15. (Why? Prepared Food To-Go is taxable + bag fee)They have a few tables for eating there. But I took my food to-go. How was the food? Portion size + Value, this place beats Panda Express. The Sesame Chicken was fresh. The chicken was crispy, and the sauce was sweet. Not the healthiest thing to eat, but it was delicious. The Black Bean Spareribs were also good. Tender, tasty, and a little fatty....good chinese style riblets. The fried rice was not too good. It was drenched with soy sauce. It was acceptable, and better than the other choice of ropey chow mein. The negative thing about this place are the panhandlers right outside the door. As I tried to walk inside a lady stepped in front of me and asked for change. As I exited, she did it again. But overall, I had a good experience here, and I would return. free parking in lot

This place always seems to have a line from open to close. No, you're not going to get a gourmet meal here. Service is sparse. English is questionable.Walk in the door and the line begins to your left following the wall. It would be to your benefit if you come with another person, that one gets into line and the other moves forward to see what's on offer. That way, you'll know what you want when it becomes your turn to order. You can order ala carte, one, two, and three item plates and simple meals or family meals. Simple meals are Steamed Rice and one Entree. One, Two and Three Item plates get Chow Mein or Fried Rice and one, two or three entrees. For those getting Three items, the third item will be placed in a small take-out box as your clamshell will probably already weigh two pounds. How's the food? Most items look shiny so probably a bit greasy. Many items are battered and deep fried. Those items are often more batter than the primary ingredient. The flavors are good. Any dish that has protein and veg together will have more veg than protein. We both ordered Three Item Plates. Here's what we got:Fried Rice - 3 - Rice that's been fried. Not particularly flavorful. Peas and scant amount of egg. A great vessel for absorbing any sauces that you may have ordered. Curry Chicken - 4 - Larger pieces of Dark Meat Chicken with Potatoes in a Curry Sauce. The Sauce was thick. I would have preferred a looser sauce. The chunks of Chicken and Potatoes were cut large. I would have liked smaller pieces. The flavors were good. Salt & Pepper Fish - 4 - Thick breading, skinny fish, good flavor, not too greasy.Sweet & Sour Pork - 4 - Nice crunchy breading which really absorbed the flavor of the sauce. I liked it, others may not care as much for it. Chow Mein - 4 - You can order either Vegetarian Thin Noodles or Chicken Thick Noodles.Fried Chicken Wings - 5 - I could eat these all day long. Green Beans with Chicken - 4 - They looked good but I didn't have any. Broccoli Beef - 3 - Not a real Chinese Dish but yet known around the world. It was okay for what it was. Would we go there again? Of course. Would I make it part of our rotation? No, there are plenty of good Chinese Restaurants that we haven't tried yet.

I wanted something quick and they delivered. Not exactly tasty as I probably won't order food here again. Everything taste the same and the food was cold by the time I drove home.

If you want good authentic tasting Chinese food, this is the place for you. I eat here 4 to 5 times a year and they are very consistent with their dishes. I got the 2 item combo which came with your choice Fried Rice, Chow Mein with thin or thick noodles. I got the thin noodle chow mein with salted pepper fried fish and pepper beef. The batter on the fried fish was seasoned perfectly and the fish was fresh. The pepper beef was very tender. They give you a generous portion of everything. You can't go wrong with this place especially when the prices are very reasonable. Less than $15.00 for this combo.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. My daughter decided to host Thanksgiving and serve Chinese food. Quality/Quantity - All very generous portions, definitely what they are known for.Unfortunately the flavors and quality has diminished. Our same guest that used to RAVE about their food ate so little, which means my daughter and I will be eating leftovers for days, which means less going out and less Yelps for the next couple days...We got the following:Large Combo Chow Fun.Small Orange Chicken.Deep Fried Fish - Very breaded, minimum fish.BBQ Pork with String Beans - Some of the BBQ pork was burnt and not edible, but the string beans were good.Mongolian Beef - Was a hit among the majority of our guests.Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables - See the picture, very few shrimps, but again the vegetables were very fresh and cooked well. Atmosphere - Take out business only still, they do not seem to be interested in opening seating back up.Holiday hours posted, please see my picture.Plenty of parking today (not usually) as it is Thanksgiving and many of the other businesses are closed, including Fieldworks. Was hoping to get a beer while waiting for our to-go food, LOL. Service - We arrived early and had to wait approximately 6 minutes extra, but well worth the wait to get our food piping hot off the wok.The owner was very nice, gave us a sincere thank you, small talked with us a little, and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving. Price - $373, and no more cash discounts.Good value for what we got, but my suggestion is to get the quality back up to your previous standards. On a side note/joke, look at my posted menu prices on 11/16/22 and again on 11/24/22.Either I got the wrong menu, or they just raised prices. Either way a good value for the quantity of food we got, just not the quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your continued success. When I used to frequent you, you had approximately 7+ locations...? Then you started branching out to Japanese restaurants and full service restaurants. I hope you have maintained your success since I left. I suggest getting a website and including online and mobile ordering.
