I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here. The Baker Nisha was very proactive and patient with me in planning. I ordered one cake and two dozens of cake pop ice creams. The cake was a Feroro rocher cake and it was delicious AF and so were the cake pops. Just look at the packaging. I mean it's so cute and pretty. I'm so glad I found this business. I'm hoping that I'll get to order more for more occasions. The service was clean and right on time. She is so available amidst her schedule. One thing I wish she had were cookies. Hopefully in the future.

Bad service, I called yesterday to order a birthday cake. When I called, all I hear is hello on the other side and then hung up, I called again and it went straight to voicemail then called again no one pick up

I wanted to get a fancy cake for my mom's 70th birthday and Artbakeflora hit the nail on the head!! I sent in an inspiration photo and they replicated it exactly. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and professionalism were top notch. Everyone at my mom's party kept saying how pretty the cake was and how delicious it tasted! I ordered their strawberry cake and it had fresh strawberry jam (or preserves?) in it! So good.The cake was also carefully packaged which made it easy to transport. I even arrived an hour later than my designated pickup time due to traffic, but they reassured me it was not a problem. They were very communicative which eased my worries. I will definitely be ordering again! The baker (Nisha) is very talented and will exceed your expectations!!

Kind of rude. Hours of operation says 11 and I thought it was odd but ok. I called at 10:00 and she literally hang up on me. Not even to explain what's the right hours or nothing. Everything looks really good, good reviews and everything but really bad service. Anyway I guess they probably make enough and don't need customers.I see that you do have time to respond to my review. I guess your emergency is not that important, would've appreciate it if instead of responding we are close, talked over me and hand up, at least you said hello and explain quick and kindly I that way I could have called another day. But you responded me right away to my review proves my point. Kind of rude. Thanks. Have a great night.

We order this cake for a family Dinner at home. We picked it up, because we were out of area for the delivery. The cake was beautiful and delicious! Literally disappeared into everyone's belly after serving in minutes. Give them a try. We are definitely ordering again!

The cake was replicated just as I had requested and better than I had imagined it to turn out. It melted with every bite and we got so many compliments for the cake. It was packaged such that nothing could ever ruin it before it was opened. Nisha is a pro! We will definitely be going back for other occasions

I called a few times with my questions before placing my order. The communication was fine. My order was placed with less than a weeks notice. Nisha was the only place I could find with such short notice as I was flying into the Bay from So. Cal to coordinate a b-day party. I placed an order for the salted caramel cake with a name written on top as I had other decorations to place on the cake. I was nervous as I had never ordered from her but she had great reviews. She definitely delivered all around and I am thrilled everything worked out.The cake was beautiful and everyone raved about the flavor profile as well as how smooth & creamy the butter cream was. My almost 80yr old uncle shouted at me from opposite ends of the table as he needed to know what the deliciousness was that he was consuming. His face told me all I needed to know. Every age group at the party loved the cake and the people who don't love lots of sweets were looking for more cake. I will definitely order again when I'm in the Bay. We even shared with the wait staff as they were great with our huge group and they wanted the details too. I highly recommend ordering the cake flavor that sounds good to you and even trying a new flavor. Thanks again Nisha, you made me a rockstar for pulling this off with such short notice.

I reached out to Nisha (the baker) about a 6-7 days before my sisters birthday. My sister had a specific birthday design she was looking for, so I sent it to Nisha for confirmation that it was something she could do. Her responses were quick so it helped moved the process along quickly. After confirming design, we moved on to the flavors. Nisha offers a great variety of different flavors; however I had no clue what I was going for so I asked her for her top flavors. Among some of the fun top flavors was "Pistachio Rose". That was the perfect combination as my sister has always been a fan of the two combined. I ordered the cake with ease as Nisha takes online/email orders with half the cost of the cake down for deposit (via Venmo which was super convenient). I picked up the cake the day of effortlessly and it was just PERFECT. It looked gorgeous and also taste soooo good. The buttercream frosting is just perfect... not too sweet or too bland, it's JUST PERFECT!!! And the Pistachio Rose had the right amount of flavor in every bite. I highly recommend Artbake Flora. Can't wait to try the rest of her flavors.

I ordered a cake for gender reveal and Nishanthini did an awesome job by bringing the imagination to life. The cake was beautifully decorated and turned out exactly how i wanted. It tasted delicious and you could taste the freshness of a homemade cake, all the guests loved it. I will definitelt recommend trying it.Thank you so much artbakeflora for accomodating the last minute request.

This review is long overdue. Nisha made our daughter's first birthday cake. A vanilla cake with a strawberry filling. When I first contacted her with a theme in mind, she was extremely quick to respond and also made sure that the elements I was looking for were incorporated exactly the way I'd asked for. The cake was delicious and moderately sweet. My one year old absolutely loved it. Her pricing is very reasonable and her work is of high quality. Would definitely recommend her if you're looking for custom cakes from an incredible home baker.
