I've never had Nepalese food before but it's very similar to Indian food (I didn't know this). Coconut chicken curry was amazing. It came with rice and was so flavorful! Garlic naan was perfectly garlicky and doughy. Service was great too! Definitely will be back!

I decided to get food here based on someone from the UK stating on a review this was on a par with the amazing Indian food we get there. Whomever wrote that needs to go to the local consulate and surrender their passport immediately because blimey they were wrong. This isn't even good by local standards.The Butter Chicken curry we ordered was tasty enough, nothing special but the sauce was split and left a watery mess in the bottom of the bowl making the rice soupy and unpleasant to eat. The Lamb Curry had been over braised and the meat was dry. Both curries had unremarkable flavours and the Onion Paratha was undercooked bread studded with far too much raw red onion.Overall, not a fan. My husband enjoyed the Mango Kulfi though.

Ordered pickup and it was delicious. The spice is just the right amount so that there's a kick, but not overpowering the flavors. The momo were REALLY good. The wrappers taste fresh and perfect density. The meat inside was flavorful and moist and well seasoned. This was a really pleasant meal and nice to find when traveling to town. It exceeded expectations. Oh and naan was very soft, which I appreciated.

Located at the corner of 10th & Clay, I've walked past this place many times and opted to have lunch here with a colleague.As shown in the photo, this place serves Indian and Nepalese Cuisine.The Chai tea is decent, the interior decor clean and fresh with a gorgeous bar and a pleasant vibe excellent for one on one conversations.For appetizers, we tried the mixed Nepalese dumplings (chicken, lamb and vegetarian) or Momo. They are served with a tomato based sauce and were excellent.For the main course, I had the chicken Marsala which tasted delicious.For lunch, this place is a tad pricier costing $80 for 2 after tip but you'll leave filled up.Excellent and friendly service. Would come here again.

After month of passing this, and noticing it says nepalese food, decided to try. I ordered dahl makani and since they had momos decided to try and mixed or and also vegetable briyani as I wasn't sure if regular rice came with it. The momos were ok, definitely need the sauce. Wish they had chii momos.I was quite suprise with the color of the dhal makahni, because I'm used to the black dahl and kindey beans in it. This was made with mung beans and the color was like a light/yellow avocado green. It was tasty, but definitely made for the non-indian palate. The briyani, I've had better, and was a bit dry. I would come and try something else and if I have time, eat in, as I love the decor.

Beware. I found a hard and sharp piece of metal in the mint chutney that could have caused serious injury had I not caught it before swallowing. It was like a staple but thicker and harder and sharper. When I showed it to the waitress, she just said "oh" and cleared the plates (before we were even done with the food). No acknowledgment or anything. It looks like they charged us for a dish we didn't even eat, too. The sound in the restaurant also has a pretty bad echo. We could barely hear each other. The food was good, but I don't want to risk swallowing sharp metal or being overcharged again.
