This place is amazing! The service is always good, Staff is very friendly, its in a good area, very clean and organized. The owner is always very welcoming and likes to check to see how you are doing. I absolutely love "THE RICH LADY" a sandwich with Turkey, Ham and Salami!? YES PLEASE!!! Another thing i love is the huge selection for drinks and chips. They also have cake and pies. I will forever recommend this place to everyone and i will continue to come here for a very very very long time! COME TO THIS PLACE NOW!!!!

Sandwich tastes are what you choose when you order. I do call in pick up and the sandwiches are always ready when I get there and service is good when it's not full. The space is like a cafeteria and cold. I wouldn't recommend eating there. Prices are about standard. I'd go here before Subway.

I always get the roast beef on Dutch crunch with everything. The beef was a bit tough and stringy last time though.

First, these folks are cool. Second, I feel extra healthy with sprouts. 3, the to go salads are super fresh and lots of dressing and the croutons are crunchy, 4, chips! 5, beverages! 6, dessert! Yay! I usually get a turkey on sour roll no onions, the red meats are also jamming, for when I want to indulge

Sandwiches are good here and service is great. The potato salad and macaroni sales are not real to my liking but that's ok. All around I would say this is a very good deli.

This sandwich was very good.This veggie sandwich had roasted mushrooms on it and loads of crunchy veggies on it. I didn't like that the sandwich artist didn't give me time to customize my sandwich because it needed some salt and pepper and deli mustard! My husband had a salami sandwich and a lemonade. We both had chips and two Ritter Sport bars and we left out paying $45. I guess.

My dad showed me this gem today and I can confidently say this is my favorite deli in Richmond. This place has been here since 1930 & it's run by a 3rd generation family. While I was enjoying my food, the staff were extremely kind and took time to ask us about our experience and what we thought of the food. I am a very big sandwich fanatic & I adore a stacked sandwich; the turkey bacon avocado (also known as one of their best sellers), was delectable! Each sandwich is filled with yummy veggies that add a great flavor. I always ask for extra condiments on my sandwiches & they were so generous, I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich. They also carry my favorite bottled Jasmine Green Tea-- an extreme dream. If you're looking for a sandwich that will not disappoint you & fulfill your sandwich dreams, THIS is the place. A no big deal place. $12.00 for a Mortadella & Swiss on rye. It wasn't a bad sandwich but it was certainly nothing special. Better off going to Safeway down the street and saving. They could drop the Gourmet from their name as I saw no evidence of that.

I been coming here for a while now. Sandwiches are usually good. Today after I change my order the ladies that work there heard them giggling and talking. I didn't appreciate that. Hispanic lady was rude and not friendly. After a long day at work and dealing with traffic this is the last thing I want to deal with.

Best Deli in Richmond and El Cerritos. Great service and great sandwiches. Always friendly and knows my order as soon as I walk in.
