A Tasteful Affair Catering

Wow wow wow. I plan events for a church in Livermore, and quite a lot of those events are funerals/memorial service. Families always have food brought in, and it's usually just fine. However, today was the first time I've coordinated a service where the family used "A Tasteful Affair" and I am BLOWN AWAY. Every single element of their service has been above and beyond any other company or restaurant I've worked with here.Let me list off the things: they showed up early, they were friendly and professional, they worked hard on setting everything up, the food looks INCREDIBLE (pictures for evidence, despite my crappy photography ability), and it smells SO GOOD. The ladies that set this spread up were truly masters of their craft - everything is so beautiful, and every little thing looks perfect. I can't say enough good things about this company, and I will be recommending them to EVERY client I have from here on out. Bravo!

Multiple emails and phone calls/voicemails to inquire about catering and never heard from them.

This is a very overdue review!I was thrilled to find Peggy and Chef Kevin when I built out Zoho's events out of its new flagship headquarters in Pleasanton. I've spent nearly 6 figures with them myself during my three years at Zoho and brought them with me to my next company. A huge favorite of our many events together were the breakfast stations for fresh omelets, pancakes and waffles. It was just amazing. Very funny and attentive crew all across the board. I've never had to worry about hospitality when I know A Tasteful Affair is catering. All-in-all, definitely look into working with A Tasteful Affair. Peggy and Chef Kevin worked with my challenging needs, budget concerns, had great culinary ideas and made me look like an event superstar when all I really did was just play the music.

I am writing a 1 star review in hopes to get in contact with the company, I have an event planned with them but maybe Covid 19 had them go out of business? But if so, why keep your website and phone number and email account live? Why not tell people who had outstanding orders? I need to know if ya'll are still in operation or I need to find a different vendor for my wedding. Please I am running out of time!!!Edit: Iv'e been calling and emailing for weeks.

I do not even know where to begin with how pleased we were with A Tasteful Affair and the service they provided for my daughter's brunch wedding. Peggy was such a saint as she worked with us through a Covid postponement and then a venue change on top of all of our menu requests. The food was fabulous and the coffee/tea bar was the perfect touch to the brunch. The staff was so professional and kind. We were beyond impressed!

The weekend of 11/3/18 I had birthday party for myself. I hired a Tasteful Affair catering company to host "Past" appetizers. It was a very successful party! Peggy and her staff were wonderful! Everything was done so professional and the food! Oh my goodness the food was FABULOUS! The hot appetizers came out hot and delicious! And the others came out like they should. Everyone was so pleased and raving about the food! Thank you Peggy & Staff at A Tasteful Affair I will definitely be using you again! Made a birthday very special!

I kept reading all the reviews how reasonably priced this company is, I'm going to have a small brunch for 30 people in December he told me it would be at least $85 a person because his minimum is $2500. How is this reasonable?!It's crazy, I am so glad I found a great company to carter my event and not rip me off!

The food was delicious and fresh. The presentation was superb. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I could not have asked for more.

Huge thank you to A Tasteful Affair Catering for providing food and beverages for our Celebration of Life. We were in need of a truly authentic buffet that would show the culture and roots of our honoree's Portuguese Hawaiian heritage. They knocked it out of the park and provided not only amazing food but exceptional service as well. The entire team was friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. They all went above and beyond to assist in multiple areas of the event, provided linens and set up assistance, and brought additional decor and risers to elevate the food presentation. Big shout out to Peggy for her incredibly fast and thorough responses! Her attention to detail and clear communication made such a difference. Very excited to use A Tasteful Affair Catering again in the future.

I used A Tasteful Affair Catering for a leader mixer this past week, and they were excellent! Peggy was great to work with from the onset, and the staff that came on site were so friendly and professional. Their set up looked great and everyone raved that the food was excellent as well. I will definitely be using them in the future!
