I think 4.5 but I will round up to 5.I came here on my birthday two nights ago. My friend made reservations for a party of 8 at 7:30pm. We got seated right away! When you walk in they have all their beautiful cocktails on display.I love all the sides and salads provided as well as the sauces and condiments. They refilled it all for us as well. I really enjoyed the green onion salad! The service here was amazing, the food and meat quality was really good and the wait staff cook everything on the grill for you! Full service. They cook allt he food and cut everything for you. They even poured out the tofu soups to individual bowls for us. This place is a bit pricey, but i think it is worth due the full service they give and the quality of the meats. We ordered a good amount of food:Tofu soup with seafood: tasty! Tofu so nice and softTofu soup with beef: Same as above, good amount of beef in it too. Japchae: noodles were perfect with plenty of flavor. Seafood pancake: nice big chunks of seafood and the pancake was crispyWagyu Briscut: really good! I loved this one the most I think! So delicious.Rib Fingers: I liked this one a lot. It was marinated so the flavor on this was bomb.Wagyu Short Rib: I'm not sure if it was because this was the end and i was full, but this one was only ok to me. They gave me a nice display of dessert and candles for me for my birthday. That was nice. :D

Ambiance - 5: The place is modern, went ventilated, and quite roomy. Food - 5: One of the best quality korean bbq you'll find around the area. Not AYCE (all you can eat) but you'll get what you pay for. Lots of options on various cuts and meats. Their side dishes are fresh and can definitely get full off of them! Love the two types of salads they also give with the BBQ - green onion and pickled onion. Everything I've tired here hasn't disappointed me.Drinks - 5: Hawaiian Martini is probably my favorite drink there! All of the drinks I've tried are absolutely delicious and don't let the looks or name fool ya - they come with a kicker.Service - 5: They cook the meat for you! So nice to eat in peace instead of having to cook for the table. They're also good at portioning out the food for a bigger party for all fairness. This place does get packed so if you can make a reservation early, do. We went on a Saturday around 1pm expecting a long wait but were seated right away so it's a hit or miss! Good to go with the expectation of a wait and be pleasantly surprised.

Quite possibly the best Korean BBQ (or anything Korean) outside of Korea.Upscale ambiance, service person cooked at your table, A5 Japanese and American wagyu, and different cuts.Lots of young couples, seems to be popular love spot. Wagyu wise the number 3 (brisket?) was similar cut to my impression and experience of Wagyu (had a shipment of Kobe beef from Kobe when touring Tokyo, arranged by tour guide). Number 1 seemed to be good quality beef, but didn't have the melt in your mouth texture. The gobijjim (short rib stew) was of pretty high quality beef as well.Overall was a great meal, but also didn't pay for it, personally the $100+ pp price tag is hefty for beef (even though it was Wagyu) essentially meal. The pancake appetizer was also very enjoyable.Great service (though make sure you arrive on time or they will not give you seats 15 minutes late, firm, even on a Thursday.

Still doesn't disappoint! This time, our server, Sky, made the experience much more enjoyable than the last time we were here. Meat was cooked to perfection and he was engaging in conversation while handling his section so we always felt tended to despite how busy it was. The food was amazing, especially the banchan. I LOVE the sweet potato, kimchi, and kimchi pancake. :) the additional sides were great but those were my favorite. We came just before the dinner rush so it wasn't as loud and we were able to hear each other but it does get loud. However, everyone was mindful and the restaurant is spacious. Grill changes were also frequent so we didn't have anything burnt tasting or looking. Don't skip out on the wonderfully crafted drinks, either!Looking forward to coming back! $$$ but for quality meat and experience!

~tldr~Highly recommend, amazing quality food and service! pricey, but worth it. ~Waitlist~Came here for a Valentine's Day Dinner as a group of 2 people; The restaurant opened at 5:00pm for dinner, so we arrived at about 4:40pm and there was a short line outside where staff was adding folks to the waitlist. Once we were added to the waitlist, we were told that the expected wait time is about 1-1.5 hours after they open at 5pm. They told us that we can expect a call from them 15minutes before our table is ready. We received a call right at 6pm and told us that they would hold the table for us for 15mins. We got to the restaurant in time with the entire party and were seated promptly! We actually didn't mind the wait, since we were already emoting it especially with it being Valentines day, but also they called us at an accurate time and we felt that we were able to plan accordingly. ~The Food/Experience~The overall experience of 10 butchers was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, handling all the actual BBQ cooking for us at the table and despite the place being very busy, I felt that the service was very quick and efficient. We ordered the following for two people: - Marinated Bone-in Short Ribs: This short rib melts in your moth; it was so tender, perfectly cooked, and the flavor was just perfect. The marinade was the perfect balance of sweet and savory and the quality of the meat was amazing. The short rib (by nature) is more on the fattier side, so we had plenty of leftovers that we took home and it was still just as tender and flavorful the next day as well! - Pork Jowl: I believe this is a cut from a pig's cheek? We asked the staff to help us choose between Pork Belly and the jowl and they suggested the jowl, which we really enjoyed! The pork jowl which is less fatty than pork belly was kind of like a less fatty, more meat, but tender bacon. We really enjoyed it and were glad to get this slightly less fattier meat especially because the short ribs were on the fattier side. Again, this dish was cooked to perfection and came with some king oyster mushrooms and peppers that were grilled alongside the meat. Highly recommend this one. - Dolsot Bibimbap: We decided to order this dish as sort of a rice based dish to go along with the meat and this was also a great dish to share! Lots of nicely cooked bulgogi meat inside the rice had a nice crisp bottom. - Banchan: One of the highlights from the night was the amazing banchan that came along with everything. Not the typical banchan you get at regular Korean restaurants. I could tell that each dish was slightly elevated, like the potato salad used purple sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes and the kimchi pancake had seafood inside. - Strawberry Ice cream (complimentary): This complimentary sweet treat at the end was so perfect to close out the dinner. It was light, creamy, and refreshing. It was like a light strawberry soft serve and even though we were so full at the end of the meal, this ice cream was just the perfect ending. ~Parking~ During non-peak hours (right when they open), parking shouldn't be an issue. However, when we came back to the restaurant at around 6pm the parking lot was quite busy and it was actually a little bit of a challenge to get parking. Maybe this isn't an issue for other days, but I'd say be sure to plan accordingly, especially when returning to the restaurant after getting a call that your table is ready as they only hold for about 15minutes. ~Pricing~Pricing is definitely on the higher-end for kBBQ, but I think it was definitely worth it. The quality of the meat and service that you are getting just doesn't compare with the standard AYCE KBBQ restaurants. The total (with tip/tax) came out to be about $200 which I think was still worth it, especially since we left with plenty of leftovers which they pack so nicely for you! Overall, could not recommend this place enough. We love the food, service, and overall experience.

Came here Saturday morning with a group of 6. We initially made a reservation via the website but due to an illness, we reschedule for two weeks later via phone and the person on the line change the reservation quickly and efficiently. We were slightly late and they did inform us via text that they only hold the reservation for 15 min, but they gave us a little bit of grace and saved our table for a few more minutes. We were immediately seated once our whole party was present and our waitress Lisa brought us water and gave us some suggestions on what to get. She suggested ordering one portion of meat/one dish per person. We got the prime rib eye, brisket, pork jowl, the marinate bone in meat, beef tongue and the beef mandoo. While the brisket didn't seem like a big portion, each piece was big. Our waitress cooked everything for us, starting with the rib eye and ending with the marinated meat. Someone came by to change the grill three times. You also get a variety of side dishes and onion and green onion salad. We asked for some perilla leaves but were told they do not serve that, except Lisa came a little bit later with some marinated perilla leaves and some soybean paste, garlic and jalapeños. Since they do serve premium meats, it can be expensive to dine here, but I've never had a bad experience here so far. The parking lot was packed before noon as there are some popular boba stores in the same plaza and some other stores. I would definitely recommend this place to people who love KBBQ, but want a more elevated experience compared to a place that does AYCE.

This place has such great service and high quality meats. I went here with 4 other people and it was so delicious with all the meats and drinks we got. The food gets cooked by a server so it is always cooked just right and consistent. We order a bunch of great meats! There was a Bossam order we put in that honestly I did not like as much as the rest of the menu. It was dryer than expected and it might just be me but I did not like the flavor profile. Other than that everything else was perfect. Great food and great service. The interior was dark and had a modern look which was nice. Everything given was clean as well!Overall a 5 star place to go to. (A bit pricey though be warned!)

10 Butchers is hands down one of the best KBBQ experiences I've had! The atmosphere is top-notch--modern, clean, and comfortable. The quality of the meat is outstanding, easily some of the best I've ever had. What really sets this place apart is the service--the staff helps cook the meat to perfection, so you can just sit back and enjoy. And the best part? You don't leave smelling like BBQ! If you're looking for a high-quality KBBQ spot with great service and an amazing dining experience, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

short version: if you got $$$ and want to try some wagyu, don't wanna cook, and have great service, this is your spot! if you looking for ayce, this is not the spot LOL. i recommend you try the A5 wagyu short rib once (it has more marbling, the portion is larger than the ribeye, and it's cheaper), marinated short rib and the chuck flap! ~~we made a reservation for 2 to celebrate our anniversary on a sunday. restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly. we had a reservation at 4:30pm and the restaurant was pretty empty, i think if you walk in before 4pm, there should be no wait. the servers are great and they are very attentive. they cooked our meats to perfection and changed our grills everytime they cooked a new cut of meat. our bill was about $350 before tip for 4 cuts of meat, 1 appetizer, 2 drinks, and 3 orders of rice. We ordered 4 cuts of meat, i think we would have been good with just 3 since after the wagyu we were so full from the fattiness. i was confused cause i thought they would serve us the wagyu last since its the best but i see why they served us the wagyu before the marinated shortrib because we would not be able to eat the wagyu after eating the huge portion of the marinated meat. Below is the order it was cooked in: Beef Tartare: 3/5it's beef tartare, nothing really crazy, it was good, the sauce they had made it really fresh taste. i wouldn't order it again because it's nothing special Beef Chuck Flap: 5/5very soft and tender, i think this is a really good option if you don't want to spend the $$$ on the wagyu. this cut is affordable and delicious. you can really taste the beef flavor in this cut. great marbling and flavor for the price Pork Jowl: 4/5it's pork jowl, can't really mess it up, tasted great since we are big fans anyways. it does not have a pork smell, it's really fresh and cleanA5 Wagyu Boneless Short Rib: 5/5very generous portion considering how fatty it was. it was very tender and melted in your mouth. sadly it was very fatty so after eating it, i felt very full. don't forget to put some of the wasabi they give you on the wagyu! it really enhanced the flavor and it was not crazy spicy Marinated Boneless Shortrib: 4/5yummy but sadly didn't finish because the wagyu killed me with fatiness so i wasn't able to savor it all. their marinate is different from other places, i taste more asian pear and less salt. it tasted really refreshing since it wasn't just straight up salty and sweet like other places. very big portion! kinda wish it was a little saltier but that's what the dipping salt is for! i would come again and probably just get the chuck flap and marinated short rib! the wagyu i would say is for a once in awhile thing since it was sooooo fatty, but also sooo goood.
