I saw this place on social media and realized it was close by and figured I'd give it a try! I was pulled in by the omakase box and was so impressed by it! The portions are fantastic, the fish is great, and the variety is amazing! To top it all off, they offer complimentary edamame to start your meal and ice cream to end your meal! So fun!!! The staff here is also incredibly friendly and we usually have an easy time getting seated. The restaurant is located in a big shopping center and has ample parking. I can't wait to come back here again and have been recommending it to all my friends and family! Thank you O Sushi for a fantastic time every time!

Sushi spot in Scripps Ranch that is very popular with locals. We went on a Friday evening and every table inside was occupied. We were promptly sat in a booth. Water and edamame were quickly provided. We ordered 3 sushi rolls to share between the 2 of us.- rainbow roll, the fish was fresh and not fishy- salmon lover roll, again very fresh pieces salmon, jalapeños, and so delish-lemon roll, this was our favorite, the fresh lemon, fresh salmon, and tempura inside. The service was also ok, you did need to wave down a waitress for refill on drinks. They also give you complimentary ice cream (dinner time only) after your meal.Minus 1 star because one of the waitresses dropped the menu on the floor and didn't wipe it clean after picking it up. It was dropped on the walkway that leads to the kitchen and restroom so it's a highly trafficked walkway. A tip to you is make sure you wash your hands after handling the menus.

This place is consistently very good with many sushi rolls, sashimi, and other entree items. Service here is very nice and friendly. They pump out rolls efficiently with very high quality. This is a Scripps ranch local favorite restaurant for sushi. The restaurant is big with lots of tvs, a patio and a nice sushi bar. We absolutely love those places time and time again!!

We came here to celebrate Father's Day. We got there just after 5pm and we were immediately sat down in a booth. Our waitress was friendly. The restaurant is clean. I ordered the samurai roll and teriyaki beef plate. It was all fresh and tasty. They gave us complimentary ice creams. I enjoyed our dinner!

Consistently delicious, high quality sushi with quick and attentive service. This has become one of our tried and true spots that we know will always hit right. We are always greeted and seated quickly then provided with salted edamame on the house. My go to is the 8 piece nigiri with roll combo for $30 (I opt for a spicy scallop roll). High quality fish with nicely seasoned rice. We always finish our meals with their complimentary ice cream cones. It's a small staff so we always see a familiar face, and they are so authentic and personable. It's within in a strip mall with plenty of parking in their private lot.

The restaurant is 10/10! When I'm in the mood for delicious sushi, I make the drive from Carlsbad to come here. The quality of the fish here is top tier, as well as the service! When you sit down, they give you edamame on the house and when you're done with your meal, they give you ice cream (also on the house)! I mean what other restaurant does this?! You really can't go wrong with the selection of sushi here. But DO NOT SLEEP on the toro special!! It's the best toro I've had and for such a good price! I've raved about this place to so many people and they've all experienced the same thing as I have after coming here. Try it for yourself, you won't regret it!

Out of all the sushi places I've been to, this place is the best! On the menu of wide variety, all of their sushi and fish always is fresh and delicious. It's also a great touch that they have a freezer with mochis as a nice optional treat to go with your food. The environment of the place is great as the workers are all nice and polite. Although the service isn't the fastest, as it takes a bit for the food to be ready, that's because the restaurant has so many customers who go there because they can all agree that the food is great and the workers are nice. One of those customers being my family who has been getting their sushi from this place for 2-3 years and not once has this place disappointed. Therefore, the service is delicately good for how many people go to the place. The sushi can be pricey but because of everything I just mentioned about the place like its food, workers, and service it's worth every penny. I would definitely recommend going here if you want to have a delicious and delightful lunch/dinner.
