O My Taco was absolutely delicious. The choice of meat and even the vegan options were all very good. To me its not only about the food, the story of this founder and his family where the recipe comes from was very intriguing and made it a truly authentic experience. This company will be the first vendor to be called for upcoming tech events around the city.

They were one of two food options at Quartyard's closing event (where they will prepare to move to a different site a few blocks away). The line wasn't very long for this pop-up, and it may have been due to the smaller bang for your buck in comparison to the other option, which was Monster Craft Food Truck.Basically, three tacos cost $8, and five tacos cost $11 (I think). I don't remember how much a single taco costs, but I don't know who would get just one since they are small. We tried the pork, beef, and chicken. They all came with the corresponding paper wrappers signifying what is what. And that is the best and most unique thing about them.I had 3 and my girlfriend had 2. The way it all played out, it was an appetizer to what we had immediately afterwards. In the back of my mind, I wish there were more options for food. They were good tacos, but not good enough to justify the price we paid for them. They have been frequently featured at Quartyard, so keep an eye out for them in the near future.

Visited: May 12th, 2016 Service: 3.5 stars. Food: 5 stars! The Good: Super fast service, absolutely delicious tacos with a unique twist of a shell. The Not As Good: Not a thing to complain about. O MY O MY O MY is right! The fun little name was blaring to me as I stood around at the Yelp Spring Break Welcome Party, but I kept telling myself that paying $8 for only three tacos when I know there are cheaper ones to be had in the city just wasn't worth the extra pennydollar. When I actually walked over to the truck to see why the shells were colored it immediately made me change my mind to give them a try - and I'm so glad I did! The flavorful shells are really what did it for me, the rest was great but the shell is what makes it unique. Traditional tacos with a little twist that makes it worth trying, even if just once.

O My! Is right! This place has great people and great tacos. Tortillas are handmade and the meat options are pork, beef, and soy. I didn't try the soy, but the beef and pork are pretty good. Pork was by far was my favorite. The sauces range in spiciness, so you can add whatever you prefer. The concept is simple, yet perfect and it's tons of fun to yell "O My Taco!" I asked about the name and was told it came from a friend after a failed attempt at having someone else create the name. I happened upon this place while at Quartyard, but you can check out their website to find out where they will be on any given day.

Great tacos! I tried the chicken and beef. The orange tortilla was unique and everything (cheese, meat, potatoes, beans) was very flavorful. Also they filled me up and I felt good afterwards. I try to eat healthy now, so my stomach is sensitive to junk food. They were in no way greasy and didn't make my stomach feel heavy. Definitely coming back for more!

I really hate to be negative-- but you have to understand that as a San Diego native, the Street Taco is like a Holy Sacrament. Not only that... But it's REALLY difficult to screw it up... Grilled meat. Corn Tortilla. Onion. Cilantro. Salsa. DONE! And yet...Uhhh... This review could be four words-- Over Priced, Over Rated. I got the beef, pork and chicken. Not only could I not distinguish between the three... I feel like in general they were so lacking in flavor and character that I imagine it would have been difficult even to distinguish them from the paper plate on which they were served. And I'm not convinced that their "Super Spicy Sauce " wasn't just Tabasco sauce. Now here's the thing-- I don't have some high placed standard for street tacos. But believe me, between my 27 years living in San Diego and my many travels to various regions in Mexico-- I know a good street taco. But THESE tacos were just empty, hallow shells standing in the place of what a good taco should be.

I was so bummed to not be able to give these guys 5 stars. I so wanted to after reading all the great review. Three tacos for $8 is just OK. Tacos were good, but not the best I've ever had. Very nice staff, though.

O My Taco! did my wedding in January at Moniker Warehouse and I was not disappointed. The staff was professional, efficient, and delivered amazing food. I can't express how much they did to ensure my wedding day went as smooth as possible on their end. They were the best choice and I'd choose them again for any large event or even small as I know they won't disappoint.
