First time in, I ordered the BBQ chicken salad and some French fries. I always hesitate when ordering salads to go because sometimes the salad gets soggy or the dressing gets warm, etc. but that wasn't the case! The salad was chopped fresh, all the ingredients were crisp, and it was really a massive salad - definitely big enough to split!The French fries were also really good. Not too soft, just enough crunch. I asked for extra season salt on the side just per a previous review saying they weren't salty enough, but I found them to be exactly what I was wanting.Overall, great food, really pleasant upbeat staff, and everything was put together in a timely manner. *only negative, is that you'll definitely smell like the restaurant when you leave. So if you're worried about smelling, shower when you get home.*

I love a good board head fresh cut but this place I tried and I won't be going back. I ordered my sandwich toasted and when I taste my sandwich I could taste everything else that is cooked on that grill as well it was disappointing and disgusting

I'm a super New Yorker that grew up eating sax deli sandwiches probably the best deli spot in the world and N.Y slicers gave them a major run for there money

I ordered a turkey reuben and it was missing half the ingredients. There's no sauerkraut and no swiss cheese.I called to get an explanation and the person on the phone said I had to bring the sandwich back in otherwise there was nothing they were gonna do about it. I work 10 mins away and can't just get back in my car for another 20 min round trip all because they can't make their sandwiches properly. When I explained this the person on the phone flat out did not care and said they weren't going to do anything without seeing the sandwich. Well here's a picture so they can see it along with a rightfully deserved bad review for insinuating their customers are liars. I will never go back here.

Went in and picked up lunch for the office last week. Their sandwiches all looked amazing. I should have called ahead but the staff was very friendly and many regulars that stop by. Great ambiance and the Ruben was fantastic.

I think I ordered wrong. I asked the woman at the counter what her favorite sandwich was and I ordered that. It was the chipotle chicken. First of all, look at that picture. What color is chipotle? Maroons and browns. Chipotle is roasted peppers. This is a white and tan sandwich. Not a lot of chicken, not a lot of flavor, a lot of mayo, and a lot of iceberg lettuce. Might as well be Jimmy John's. The bread is about on par with JJ as well. It wasn't the deli sandwich of my east coast dreams. It was also pretty expensive for a mediocre minus sandwich. I'd go back and try the Rachel or something with pastrami, slaw, and rye. Because how do you mess that up? I shouldn't have trusted the cashier who said she'd never had pastrami. In hindsight, that's the biggest reg flag I've ever seen. I must have been delirious with hunger.

10/10 delicious sandwich, authentic, and not overly expensive. Fresh bread and perfect amount of meet. Will definitely be coming back.

Very good deli location in the busy streets of Phoenix Arizona . The owner is a friendly lady who goes out here way with customer service
