They have so many options for shakes! I've tried three of them so far, today I tried the meal replacement Butter Pecan shake and it was tasty. I usually pair my shake with a $3 juice as well for energy

Nice family run shop that offers healthier alternatives, dairy free treats, and community workout/events. Open plaza parking lot, with some indoor tables and ADA accessible entrance. Cool spot by the Lemon Grove area for an energy boosting drink or pre/post workout treat.

Delicious and healthy dessert options. This sweet dessert shop is located on Broadway in Lemon Grove. They have a variety of options to choose from like protein donuts, protein waffles, with strawberries and bananas, and a variety of shakes. We ordered a sprinkle and oreo protein, donut, a strawberry and banana, protein waffle and a snickers protein shake. Everything tasted good. You can taste that you're eating something healthy but this place is a great place to have a sweet, treat, and not feel so guilty.

This is my second time coming to this place and still amazing protein shakes are great if you're someone like myself well works at the gym and either want to meal replacement and extra protein with probiotic and fat burner within the protein shake amazing! Sidenote, if you drink the shake, odds are you will not be hungry, so definitely does satisfy the stomach for meal replacement if you're someone that really is focusing on the gym heavy.I do recommend to try this place Also great vibe in there, love the music and customer service from Jocelyn, along with the atmosphere :)

This place is incredible!! The smoothies come with 24 GRAMS of protein and taste amazing! The guy who runs the place was knowledgeable and VERY kind. There's lots of flexible seating inside also. Update: just got the dragon fruit juice and it's the most flavorful juice I've ever had. I'm so impressed with this place!

Small family owned business! Definitely stop in to support. Helps that the smoothies are delicious and reasonably priced. Great service and very friendly.

Me and my husband are doing an anabolic diet and we found this place near by on here and thought we would try it out! First the people in there were so welcoming and explained their menu to us after telling them it was our first time there! We ended up getting the Cinnamon Crunch Protein shake and the sprinkle protein donut! Both were amazing! Will definitely be back to try the other flavor shakes!

This place is awesome. First time coming here, the lady explained how they do heir drinks and the add-ons. Everyone was super friendly and polite. Got the Mazapán shake and the Mango Peach refresher, both were super delicious! The Mazapán shake tops from all other shakes I've ever had and shake was very filling. Will definitely be coming back.

Came in on my break from work. All I can say is this place is my new spot for my protein needs.

Super cute place!! The girls were super nice and the food looked really good. I was craving an açaí bowl and she recommended the berry bowl. I personally thinks it's alright but next time i'll try a smoothie instead. It was like a smoothie in a bowl it was kinda funny and cute. I'll still come back!
