Nutrition Checkpoint

My first time at Nutrition Checkpoint was pretty great! I had a lot of questions about the menu and they were able to make some great recommendations for a perfect workout recovery shake. Their menu also has a lot of shake flavors. Parking was easy and the inside is nice and clean.I love that the shakes have countless of vitamins and decent protein content. The shakes taste light and fluffy and not too heavy or overwhelming sweet. Didn't have to wait too long for my order, just a few short minutes for two shakes. They also have a rewards card. Looking forward to this post-workout treat for many more visits.

So happy I found this place. I was driving down Black Mountain Rd when I saw a sign that said 'Caffeine and Protein' and I had just got done working out so I was heading home to make a protein shake lol. Since finding this place, I go multiple times a week just to try their different shakes. Every flavor I've tried has been amazing! My top 3 favorite so far is Animal Cookie, Butterfinger and PBJ (Last month's flavor). It's very clean inside and they offer shakes, teas and so much more. There is so many flavors to choose from and you get 24g protein for a regular and 32g protein for a Mega with under 300 calories!Amanda and David are the best, customer service is always 10/10. They always put a little extra love into the drinks they make and I'll be back again :)

Today we decided to try a new protein smoothie place and we were pleasantly surprised. They have an extensive delicious menu on protein shakes. I got a Java chip and bf got a banana one and we both added a post workout shot and fiber. I thought these add ons were unique! The best of all is that the shakes are delicious without any milk!!! Definitely coming back and 200% recommended!

Delicious drink. Tasted just like a Cactus Cooler I had growing up! The right amount of caffeine gave me sustained energy for my evening event. I'll be back.
