When we got there they had someone managing the line which went by so fast and helped everything run smooth! Atmosphere was amazing and so fun. We had the crepe and it was heaven! We also tried the mocha Nutella coffee item, it said it was the most popular but we were disappointed that it tasted nothing like nutella and more like just cold brew. The only thing that was negative was the cashier, she was cold and just seemed irritated with her day lolother than her, this place is a must for Nutella lovers!

Truth be told, I didn't know this place existed until I landed in Chicago that same morning. I had plans to get breakfast elsewhere, until my friends told me that I "just had to check this place out". The moment I walked in, I was already mesmerized by the smell of crepes and Nutella, not to mention it was super cute inside. They have this selfie section for you take a pic with the giant Nutella Jar, and they offer personalized Nutella Jars for purchase which I thought was cool.I ordered the Crepe with Banana Slices and gelato. Although I knew I'd be full, I was feeling a little greedy per usual and also ordered the Nutella Espresso Gourmet. As I was devouring the crepe, I kept saying to myself "this has no business being this good" because I mean it was just so good, I was on a food-high from it. BTW: The Espresso Gourmet comes with a biscuit with warm Nutella inside...need I say more? This was a cool spot to check out, especially with it being my first time in Chicago.

Simply a tourist spot. I visited Chicago & wanted a sweet treat before heading on an architecture boat tour. There weren't honestly too many options where I was & I'm a sucker for nutella so I decided to try it out. I didn't expect much as it's just one of your average tourists spots and mostly that's what I got. However, the server who took my order had amazing customer service & the grilled baguette was a tasty unique offering. I wasn't impressed though with the general upkeep of the area I sat in. The air itself even felt sticky. And the nutella mocha I got was unfortunately undrinkable. I probably wouldn't go back but a one time visit for nutella freaks wouldn't hurt.

Daughter saw this passing by on bus & had to stop in. Online hrs till 9PM, but actually close @ 5:30! Dozens stopped by while we were figuring this out. Came back the next day for her fit. She got a crepe w/fruit & a Nutella drink of some sort, and a customized jar. I got the croissant. Constant stream of Nutella lovers while we were there.

We decided to go here for a sweet treat breakfast and it was pretty good. Upon walking in, the workers didn't pass the vibe check though, they didn't seem to welcome people. It was very off putting for such a happy restaurant. Anywho, we got the waffles, and the Panzanella. The waffles were pretty amazing, we did love the Nutella whip. The Panzanella wasn't great to me. The fruits were kind of mushy, not sweet, and the pound cake was very crumbly and "old tasting"... the drink were alright. The wait is a bit longer here so make sure to plan accordingly. The seating here is also very limited as well. Great experience but wouldn't go again! Try it at least once!

So disappointing. They were out of literally every gluten free option, so I had to get a plate of fruit. I could've had that at home, but we waited in the line for a while so we decided to just eat there. My husbands regular pancake was good, and the Nutella gelato was amazing. I thought my disappointment couldn't get worse until I tried the iced Nutella mocha latte. It was a top contender for worse latte I've ever had in my life. I thought they would've melted the Nutella under a shot of espresso, but, no, they just drizzled it along the sides of the cup, which meant that it didn't dissolve or mix with the coffee at all. So basically, it was straight black coffee with a dash of milk. I tried mixing the whipped cream with it to make it drinkable, but it didn't help at all. I wish I would've just eaten it off the top. Such a waste for something that looked so delicious. At least it was quick, fast moving line, and a really cute cafe area.Listen, it's probably a fine place if you don't have any dietary restrictions. So yeah I didn't pick the best place, but also how do you advertise gluten free options but then ONLY have fruit available???

Major tourist trap, but walking by and my 14 yr old immediately got excited about the prospect of everything Nutella. I ordered a Mocha Nutella Iced Latte. Very bottom tier latte. I didn't even taste the Nutella unless I scraped the side of my cup and the coffee was mid. It was really just okay. I did try her waffle with Nutella whipped cream and liked the bites that I had. It was an improvement from my latte for sure. Unless you're a huge Nutella fan or just love the novelty of it, I'd personally skip.

We HAD to stop by the Nutella Cafe, and oh my goodness I'm so happy that we did. We stopped by after dinner in the city for a sweet Nutella dessert. Thankfully the line wasn't that long when we got there, but customers started to come in right after (like around 8pm).We ordered a crepe, which was enough for the two of us. We dined in, so they gave us a number, and one of the servers brought the crepe to us when it was ready. The crepe was delicious and the perfect dessert in the city. Friendly workers and a very fun cafe.

So glad we finally got to check out this place! We waited in line for maybe 20 minutes but it was worth it. We were surprised that a lot of things we wanted on the menu were out of stock, so we settled with the croissant, gelato and liege waffle. So good and worth the trip! Seating is a little difficult inside but overall we had a great experience and would return.
