Stopped in here on the way to the Cap hill farmers market for a snack. I am gf and it is always such a treat to go somewhere that is all gluten free!!!I had their quiche and my friend had some of the hand pies. I tried both and they were lovely. The crust for both was flaky & flavorful and the fillings were delicious. When I checked in on Yelp I got a $5 off coupon which the cashier said they couldn't use :(. If you can't use it or they changed their mind about the Yelp offer they should remove it from Yelp.

This place is really solid. It is nice to have so many gluten free options. The sweet potato hand pie is great as is the berry crumble thing. It could use some salad or soup options. Hope to see it expand over time. There's too few gluten free spots.

A wonderful little bakery that is gluten-free! There are a couple small tables inside and the decoration was comfortably hip, with hanging whisk lights, tarp fabric plants, and cookie cutter string lights hanging at the window. They have a large selection of sweet and savory pastries, breads, cakes and more along with drinks with creative names like "Bioluminescence". I settled for a jalapeño cheddar quiche and a vanilla lemon donut; both were so tasty! They warmed the quiche up for me and it was flavorful and spicy, though the dough was a bit soggy. The donut was pure melt-in-your-mouth crumbly bliss. My friend loved her chocolate eclair and muffin. I would be happy to return to try their tiramisu and maybe enjoy a dinner of my own with their frozen pizza dough!

The brownie is the best I've had in Seattle. It is on the darker side, that may or may not be your jam. But the density and texture are perfect. I like dark chocolate, my wife did not.

I am absolutely, completely, and utterly obsessed! As soon as I learned that Nuflours was an entirely gluten-free bakery, I knew I had to stop by during my trip to Seattle. I was completely blown away by all the options they offered. I stopped on a Friday afternoon, where the place was surprisingly empty, and was able to ask the cashier for her recommendations. I didn't catch her name but she was literally the sweetest and her recs didn't disappoint. I ended up getting a slice of their tiramisu cake, a cinnamon roll, and a lemon bar. The cinnamon roll was by far my favorite, and the best I'd ever tasted, gluten-free or not. Getting the cream cheese frosting on top is an absolute *must*. I wish the tiramisu had a slightly stronger espresso flavor, but it was still an amazing treat! The lemon bar flavor was also great - super tart and refreshing. It can definitely get a bit overwhelming looking at everything in their display cases - they have donuts, muffins, scones, eclairs, brownies, and quiches just to name a few, not to mention all the other breads they make. Ultimately, I truly don't think you can go wrong here! I wish the prices for every dessert were a bit more prominently displayed, but overall, my only regret was not being able to try more of their items before I left Seattle. This was truly such a gem to visit and I know I'll definitely return if I'm ever back in the neighborhood. Nuflours deserves all the support in the world :)

Tiramisu here is no longer as good as 5 years ago. There's very little mascarpone cream and the cake is not moist. Should be dunked in espresso to be called a tiramisu, but it was dry.5/5 nice people though!

This place is always busy. And I can't help but think that it's not because there are so many of us searching for gluten-free baked goods. It's mostly because it's just delicious. Wonderful selection from donuts to hand pies. And everything in between. If you are gluten-free, this is going to be a mind blowing treat. I couldn't get out of there without at least five different items. Person in front of me got at least 15 items.I got a loaf of olive bread, 2 hand pies, ginger snap cream cheese cookie sando, and I blueberry peach pastry. All of them extremely delicious and the pastries were so flaky and buttery. There is maybe a table or two to sit down but mostly it is a take away.

Was looking for a good fully gluten free bakery. Gluten free can be tricky sometimes, it can be hard to get that soft, fluffy, and moist texture when making anything gluten free. With great surprise this place nails it perfectly. Their desserts were all moist and soft, nothing was dry at all. Obviously some of the desserts you can tell have a bit of a "gluten free" taste to them but when looking for an alternative to gluten, a slight taste difference is no issue. Just glad my stomach won't be hurting!!

The brownies and on time delivery score a TEN! absolutely delicious! The customer service post delivery gets a minus 5. I placed order through DoorDash the night before. Order was delivered exactly on time on a Saturday! However, I ordered 4 and got 3. I still paid for 4, so if one brownie option was not available why not give me something else? I selected the box that said I was okay with this option. I called on Monday and whoever answered the phone kept tell me I needed to go through DoorDash and if it was an error, they would refund me the cost of the missing item. I asked if my friend, who lives nearby (whose house we were at), could walk in and pick it up, he said I had to go through DoorDash first. So in the light of maintaining a good customer service attitude of giving up a brownie for a mistake made, he wanted nothing to do with fixing this. If you are a business and are struggling with the DoorDash system, stop doing business with them. I get it, the business doesn't get the order until hours before the pick up (according to the guy who answered the phone) so they had no idea that all my brownies in my order would available since I picked that last delivery of the day. Give me the brownie that I was shorted and I will write an amazing post AND return to your establishment. I purposely picked a locally owned business and will continue to do so, but not this one, even though their brownies are delicious.

I had a gift certificate from several years ago that I had been meaning to use. I never go to that area of town. Today I made the trip, however they did not honor the valid gift certificate. They said that they have a new owner and that there was no way for them to get the money for it. I had already ordered a warmed quiche and several other bakery items. After they told me "sorry" I paid for my quiche and left without getting the other items. The quiche was good, which is why I added a couple stars
