Black Cherry Mocha for the win!! I suffered a serious withdrawal (haha) when Starbucks discontinued this flavor years ago. This place has it AND is right by my office!! The ladies working here are really friendly and upbeat, and the coffee doesn't taste burnt like at Starbucks. The added chocolate covered espresso bean on top of my cup was an awesome bonus!

NW coffee company is a coffee stand right along the main street in Monroe and in the morning's there's usually a line of cars patiently waiting for their coffee. A plus about this stand is that they have windows on both sides and usually 2 baristas during peak hours. I stopped by for a vanilla latte and the coffee was decent, a tad sweet for my tastes, but next time, I may just ask for minimal syrup. The barista helping me was nice and efficient. They also asked if I would like a straw and chocolate covered coffee bean. Of course, I said yes as I never say no to chocolate or caffeine. The chocolate coffee bean they gave me was different than what I expected, it was fancier. It was a coffee bean in dark chocolate in another chocolate (mix of white n milk chocolate)? Nice surprise.

I go to this coffee stand once in a while. The coffee is good and they have good customer service. The only thing I don't like is I think the prices are a bit too high compared to other coffee stands and when I use a debit/credit card, the charges go through 2 or 3 days later which is inconvenient.

I love this place! The coffee is great(I just get my usual) and the price is so much better then Starbucks. The girls are nice and they do have a card where if you get 10 drinks you get one free. Worth a try to check them out.. I'm currently drinking my coffee from them as we speak.

Yummiest coffee in Monroe! I love their bean selection, totally not a white bean lover but they swear by their white coffee lucky charm. I will stick with my americano white chocolate with toaster marshmallow and hazelnut regular bean with them. Their staff is great and super awesome and caring. They also make a yummy biscuit and gravy bowl for those special kinda mornings.

I stopped by for a 20oz Americano with 1 inch of cream. It came to $4.00 because of the .25 cent charge for extra cream. With tip $4.50. On to the coffee. It was very good, no odd aftertaste. It was full and rich with a complex flavor. The staff seemed to be friendly and they were fast.Decent all around experience.

so i went to the coffee stand because it was closer to where i was. i saw they had breakfast sandwiches and i ordered the french toast sandwich, i've had the same exact sandwich at lord hill coffee stand. so when i ordered this it sounded like the same, this had to be the most poorly made sandwich. it game with egg that was barely edible and sausage that was definitely the same. then it was swiss cheese right on top, this cheese hadn't even been melted and it's like having a piece of cold deli cheese on a breakfast sandwich?? after this it makes me feel like they don't take their time to meet consumers needs.

I stopped for coffee last Saturday, I was sitting in my car behind a minivan, the barista saw I was waiting in line and she kept talking and talking to the person in the minivan that standing outside her car. They talked for over 10 min. Finally I couldn't wait anymore and left. I was upset at the way the barista saw me and didn't even make an effort to tell me to wait or to be patient. I clearly saw the barista was done handing her coffee and they kept talking and talking. I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service. Not coming thru here again.

I love coming to NW coffee before work every morning. The baristas are friendly and fast, as they have two working during busy morning hours.They have lots of good and cheap breakfast options including biscuits and gravy $3, bagels and cream cheese, breakfast burritos, and tons of muffins for $2.50.Their drink prices are also very reasonable. I usually get a 16 oz iced mocha for $3.75.

I love the ladies here! Always so sweet even on the earliest of my mornings. Coffee is always good and made the same way every time. Thank you all for helping me start my Morning the right way.
