North Shore Pub

I was just at the North Shore Pub in Kennmore, WA at These people were outside smoking with the bartender with in 3 feet of the open door. I was starting to smell smoke in the bar and then coughed. When the bartender returned I asked politely for here to ask them to smoke away from the door. I was then told she couldn't do anything about it and they just do what they want. I said are you not the one in charge of this? I was toldI could do it, so asked for my bill and left. If there is anything that can be done on educating the staff there about this please let them know. I find this unacceptable. When a patron asked them to comply with a request they should. I can't believe they would ignore the RCW and then give me some bs reason why not to stop it. I will not be going back to this place.

Great neighborhood bar. Very reasonable prices, with daily specials. Have a nice patio to enjoy your drink&cigarette,also covered area to enjoy sitting out of sun or rain. Music from jukebox also on outside speakers. Women's bathroom is ready for ladies,hair spray, deodorant, lotion,tampons, etc. a personal touch not seen anymore. Relax,enjoy,and feel welcome...I sure did!!!

Minimal parking but we luckily live close enough to walk! This is a cool little bar and they have good drinks and pool. Haven't been at a busy time but it's been fun when we've gone.

Great bartender Chrysta who is super friendly and kind! Also karaoke every Thursday at 9pm with Quality Karaoke which is the best! If you are looking for a karaoke spot, this place is great. Good sound system, great host Julia!

Drink drink drink drink drink. Drowned all your sorrows here. Not a huge selection of drinks to choose from... This place is full of regulars. BTW great DJ... He played some bands that no other bars are able to play.

Average at best. The drinks are good, the beer was stale and not the freshest. They were out of pizzas the two times I've been there. If you need a restroom, stop at the rest area. It's a lot cleaner. Bartender was more concerned about her tips than anything else, kinda rude and kinda angry. I recommend she thinks about anger management classes and customer service training.

Fast and friendly service, stiff drinks at good prices, but I cannot give anything higher than 1 star to any business that openly allows and encourages smoking on their outdoor patio. Especially when the back patio door is left open and the entire establishment is left to reek of smoke.

I am giving this little place five stars for two reasons: one is the amazing, welcoming attitude of the place, and the other is because I only drank soda and nobody cared. Mesh, the bartender was so amazing, friendly and approachable. I came into this little place with a feeling of history. You see, my mom worked here for years in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. I loved that the bar is modernized just enough to make it comfy, but with enough of the old feel to make it feel as though my mom was still there. As my mom passed away several years ago, I walked in with tear-filled eyes and Meesh totally understood and even allowed me to play my mom's favorite song on the juke box. So, with Lyin Eyes on the awesome and modern jukebox and the neon booze signs on the walls, I could actually feel my mom in the room, telling her infamous dirty jokes. I shared this with everyone, and we all raised a glass in her honor. Tequila shots for my companions and a water shot for me!I love that they serve hard alcohol here, makes for a nice variety in drinks and patrons. Now, on this particular night, there were only 3 others in the bar (maybe 4), but it was a great atmosphere. The entire place is super clean with updated bathrooms with the doors I'm sure were there when the place was built. Now, I don't drink and have never really been a regular at a bar, but the welcoming environment and friendly Meesh, I am certain I'll be back again & again. If you are in Kenmore, stop in for a nice beverage, good conversation and homey atmosphere!

Tried going to this bar again. Recently heard the owner 86's former bartenders just so they can't collect their last paycheck. Also pull tab bowls being pulled early? I dunno. Gambling commission should probably check this place out. Weird shit going on here. Place sucks anyways. 0/10 do not recommend.

The last time I was at the pub , was before covid. In fact it was around Christmas. The bartender completely ignored me at first. It was slow...Then she took my order and didn't offer me my change. TODAY, I drove by and the doors happened to be open and the parking lot was full. I stopped and looked in to the bar and observed no masks at all. Customers gathered. CLEARLY NOT FAMILIES. Thanks guys. Keep it coming. Your bar will be closed again in no time
