Wow this place gets busy. The two times we came here the place was slammed. The place is very cool and modern. A lot of natural lighting and very spacious. Food has service both times were perfect. Service was very friendly and attentive. Italian food in the West isn't nearly as good as the North East but for Arizona, NI is as good as it gets. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Let me preface this by saying I usually love north! Before Sam Fox sold it, the Arcadia location was my go to birthday dinner spot.In Gilbert you get the same beautiful coolAtmosphere and lots of natural light.I was put off when we asked for a high chair and they told us it was a bad table to have a high chair (I asked for the high chair before we were sat, so why didn't they offer us a different table?) We went for lunch on a Sunday, so I got the chopped chicken salad which I usually love. The salad was so over dressed it was almost inedible. It is a great dish but order the dressing on the side! Also wish they chopped the chicken into bite sized pieces. I don't love a salad you have to use a knife on. The zucchini chips are usually a go to as a starter. So salty and crisp! I did miss the lemon aioli it used to come with. I guess they don't have that anymore - darn! My husband's spicy meatball pizza was really good, and the kids meatball and spaghetti portions were huge for my toddlers. Service was slow, but they were kind! I would try it again, but honestly wasn't the best experience this time!

The restaurant has a large indoor dining area including an intricately decorated "gallery" room you can dine in. Outdoor seating features a shaded pavilion and open-air tables. I went in the evening where the dim lighting brought an intimate atmosphere despite the bustle of a busy dinner service. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant, thoughtful of our concerns with our experience. Raj served our table and made some choice recommendations to our party of four. He was patient and charming and didn't leave us scanning for him when we needed anything.I had the Braised Short Rib Lumache. Every component was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were a nice mix of salt and savory. Every ingredient complemented another and I couldn't take a bite without stacking 3-4 components on the end of the fork.They also serve Peroni on draft, so I couldn't pass up on that.The experience was what I would expect, and the attention to detail was top to bottom. There are more expensive, more swanky and more lavish options I'm sure you could find, but if you just want a place that serves great Italian food, in a comfortable and warm setting, with staff that cares about your presence, give it a try.

We've been here a few times and always really enjoy it! Great location with tons of parking and the wait is always manageable! Delicious cocktails! We love the spicy vodka pasta but she packs a whole lot of heat so if you don't like spicy spicy, I would not recommend but she is so so good!!! we also love the meatballs app! The grilled bread and olive oil is so good and delicious on its own however the white truffle garlic bread is just chefs kiss!! TO DIE FOR GOOD!!! service is always good, staff is always friendly! We love coming here especially great service from Tressa

My partner and I came here as a celebration of my new job. Since we did not have a reservation, there was a 30-40-minute wait. It was also a Friday night, which made sense why this place was that busy. We walked to the living space next door and shopped around before heading back to the restaurant. We got seated at the outdoor seating. The inside of the place looked very modern while the outside seating looked cozy and romantic. The patio was covered and decorated with fairy lights and candlelights. We started the night with a round of whiskey cocktails. They were delicious and had reasonable prices. We ordered the squid ink pasta and the chicken parm paste. They were both solid and awesome. We could tell the pasta was made fresh, and the sauce of the pasta was perfect. We finished the night with another round of cocktails. I had to order the espresso martini because I saw it on almost everyone's table. It was indeed delicious. I like that the cocktails here were classic with an Italian twist. I have not been able to come back to this place but I heard they are opening another location in Tempe. I am excited to give it a try as soon as they open.

If you need good pasta, this is a great option. Out of the three we tried, my favorite was the short rib pasta - the short rib was unreal especially mixed with the pasta. Everything was very good overall and so was the service. Very nice people and good seating inside and out. I hear everyting is made in house which is also nice - including the pasta. A little pricier than your average place but that comes with the quality.

Probably my favorite Italian place ever! Service is amazing everyone is so nice, food doesn't take long, and it's very clean inside. Bathrooms are fancy!My favorite is the Braised short rib lumache! The meat is so tender and goes so well with the sauce. If you're a huge fan of pesto you'll love the chicken pesto, it's so fresh and delicious. Honestly all the pastas we got were so good 10/10 So excited to go again!

Having traveled to Italy and very in step with good Italian food, I was very happy with this visit here with a friend colleague.The place is gorgeous and when we arrived for dinner at 6:45pm, the place was swarming with lot of people! That's a good sign.We made reservations and were seated in a booth in the middle of the restaurant. This place is huge and also with a nice bar area and big TVs.We had a lovely waiter and my dining mate was interested in a glass of wine and since it's the summer, we went with a sparkling rose and my friend wanted a new bottle opened. Sparkling rose was great!We both also opted for the branzino and that was just delicious, reminded me of the summer I was in Sardinia and plenty of meals I had in NYC.There was a squid ink pasta on the menu and I would've loved to try that and I'll be back to have that next time.What was the cherry on top of this dining experience was the tiramisu. I'm not a fan of the typical tiramisu but this was made more like a pudding and that worked really for me! I loved this dessert and would come back just for this!Overall, an amazing dining experience, excellent service, solid meal and lovely company! I will be back!

Decided to pick up from North as I was in the area. I had a $20 bonus card from a gift card I bought a couple months earlier. Unfortunately I found out that it expires shortly after the date the original gift card is purchased. L. I ordered the crushed meatball wagu. Tasty yes, but oh my, I wish they didn't list the amount of calories on the menu next to this one. North is generally delicious every time, but next time I'd likely go with another dish.

Went in for dinner the other night to celebrate my anniversary for moving to AZ and had a GREAT time! Our server, Crystal, went above and beyond for everything we asked for. I eat Gluten Free and Crystal was very helpful in making sure I knew what I could and couldn't order. She is the reason we will be coming back to eat here! Ask for crystal as your server whenever you go, you won't be disappointed!!
