North Buena Deli & Wine

Great sandwiches at great prices. This part of Lincoln Park sorely needed a sandwich shop like this.Fair warning though - this place gets very crowded during lunch time, so expect to wait a while during peak lunch hours.

Pros: fresh tasting, good serviceCons: bread was hard and chewy, not much seatingOur family didn't hate it but didn't love it either. Prude was kinda high for portions.

My favorite item I got was the pasta salad. It tasted just like a classic pasta salad with an oil & vinegar dressing - so fresh and the perfect lunch to bring to the beach! The sandwiches we tried were pretty average. The bread didn't taste fresh & my boyfriend said his bread on the Italian sandwich tasted like it was frozen and then thawed. I got a veggie sandwich that was really lacking in substance - they could've loaded it up with way more cucumbers and tomatoes so it didn't feel like I was just eating bread. You order at the counter & then pay when your sandwich is ready. The line was super long when we got there, but it moved quick. Once we ordered it was about a ~20 minute wait for our sandwiches despite the place being filled. It's very casual inside with a small amount of seating. They also had lots of deli items, wine, various baked goods, and a large chip and drink selection!!!

Yummy sandwich spot in Lincoln Park! I especially enjoyed the menu option to build your own sandwich from scratch and the French bread was super fresh. Also a few spots to sit and eat outside. A bit of a line/wait to receive your order, but worth it :)

service was fast even with a long line and they have a great variety of sandwich's. Got the italian was very filling and not dry at all bread was delicious. Wish they had more snack options though there was a small row of chips and sweets but a ton of wine options.

This place is the real deal. This is the place you pop into on the way to Montrose beach for a quick sammy and a cold soda with a bag of chips on the side. Truly one of the best sammys on the north side of chicago.

Great addition to the neighborhood! Large menu, affordable prices and high quality food. Even on a busy Air & Water show weekend afternoon, our online order was ready as promised and handed off with a smile. Both sandwiches were big and delicious we'll definitely be back!

Was hoping for a warm, moist garlicky corned beef sandwich. A REAL Deli has meats, breads and pastries cooking in the back. This is an ALL BOARS HEAD meat sandwich shop. Go to your local store to get it for 1/3 of the price...if Boars Head is ever cleared to Sell after recent problems. A HARD PASS!

Perfect stop before a beach day. Sandwiches are amazing. Friendly staff. Clean space.

Tons of cheese and toppings. Barely any actual meat. For the price, this is definitely not worth it. Someone needs to teach these folks how to make a real deli sandwich.
