generally thought this was fine -- probably a 3.5/5. service was kinda terrible, but to be fair, the guy was new it seems, so i'm not too concerned about that. the spot is pretty informal and kinda rowdy, and i was into the general vibe. the dan dan noodles and the half chicken were fine. not sure if i'd be back for them, but might try some other options. the corn fritters and milk tea were good. i was mostly excited for the pastel de natas (the Portuguese egg tarts) -- but they were maybe some of the worst i've had. maybe because this is a fusion Chinese version, but the custard was broken and it was not very sweet at all. these are one of my favourite Portuguese baked goods and i was disappointed. would come back and try some other items.

I've only ordered delivery from here so I cannot speak to the ambiance... but I've been mostly happy with everything I've ordered to date. Is it my favorite spot? No. Do I keep trying it hoping to find that dish that will make me rave about it? Sure do. Had the little passion fruit filled donut today- that was great if you're into passion fruit.Char siu bun- 4/5Steamed minced soy beef with rice noodles- 2.5/5 (noodles are too thick and it was bland)Shrimp and garlic dumplings- 3/5 (they were super thick) Steamed chili peanut noodle - 3/5 There are better options around.

Food here is pretty tasty, the service fine for it being a fast casual spot, and the interior is cozy and highly decorated. We ordered the corn fritters, half chicken, dan dan noodles, milk tea, and some egg tarts. The corn fritters and entrees were both very solid dishes and full of flavor. The milk tea is definitely on the less sweet side. The egg tarts were ok. The pastry of the egg tart is flaky and baked really well, but the custard is not nearly as sweet as I would prefer. If you like portugese egg tarts or typical sweet custards in general you may not like the ones here--they're just not very sweet. I felt like the custard was a slightly sweet scrambled egg. The texture was a little broken and not as smooth as I believe they should be. Overall a good place if you're looking for some Asian comfort food.

Super tasty & trendy Asian fusion find! We loved their entrees & desserts (not pictured because we got too excited and ate them before we could photograph!) You have the ability to order everything through a QR code at your table, at the counter, or through a member of the wait staff. We had a great experience with the team on site and will definitely be back!

Excellent food and drinks, fast service. Music was kinda loud but they turned it down (a little) when we asked. Best dumplings I've had outside Chinatown, and the egg tarts are YUM (though you can only order them in quantities of 2 or 6). Will go back again and again!

New menu and happy hour update: great drinks at great prices. Also discounts on dump and chicken. Better value even than most fast casual places these days with inflation. Will be back soon!

Delicious flavors and friendly staff! You can order from the register or via a QR code at the table. There's more menu items such as other noodles dishes on the website. Definitely check out the menu on the website! I really enjoyed everything we ordered. The half charcoal chicken was so juicy and flavorful. I would recommend to share with someone! The Dan Dan Mian was a little spicy and my favorite. It had a nice basil flavor. The smoky fried rice lived up to its name. The corn and jalapeño fritter plate is a good size to have as an appetizer. I liked the cornbread like texture of the dish.I've already been here twice and want to come back again soon to try the other dishes! I really enjoy all the flavors.

I expected to really like NoodleBird but was disappointed.Pork & ginger dumplingsVery good. Lots of flavor, tasty sauce a the bottom. I love dumplings... who doesn't?Girlfriend got a non-alcoholic drink that she likedGinger cabbage saladSuper lame. The cabbage was cut into big pieces as opposed to shredded. Because of this, there wasn't enough surface area for the thin dressing to cling to it. The dressing just dripped off, so you're just eating a big bowl of rough-chopped cabbage. The dressing was tasty but either it needs to be thicker or the cabbage needs to be shredded so they'll stay together.Fat noodles with minced beefThe noodles were good, they were fat and enjoyable, but overwhelmed the beef by a long shot. They had no flavor, and any sauce just dripped off of them so you're just eating a mouthful of plan noodles. The flavor of the beef was good but there was way too many noodles for that little beef. Somehow you need to get flavor to stick to those noodles and that didn't happen.Ambiance was good. We sat at the bar. The waiter was nice but after not coming back for a while we ordered at the counter, no prob, it was busy. A little on the loud side for me, but not a big deal.I don't plan to go back.

Run do not walk to this restaurant! Went there last night with my husband for a pre Father's Day splurge meal and it was just fantastic. We ordered from the QR code menu at the table which I would recommend as there are more options on it than the printed menu. Got 2 drinks- Birds word and Lake Street Bird. They were both delish. Can't remember which was which but one had rum and several tropical juices and was on the regular menu and the other had gin and strawberry slurry and was on the special list. Drinks came out well ahead of the food and were potent. Got the char sui and cheese roll which was epic- crispy, cheesy, porky and just so good. Wok seared pork noodles were great as well- just a terrific sauce, tasty meat and good noodles. Smoky spicy chicken fried rice was made special with the crunchy rice pieces and intense flavors. The only thing that wasn't the best was the coffee chocolate cookie cake - it was ok but nothing special. You do get table service when you order at a table with the QR code menu, and they bus the table as well and give you carry out containers. The only thing you have to do is fetch your own silverware and napkins and hot sauce. Service was good- took a bit to get the food but they were busy with tons of carry out orders. It was not busy inside at 6 pm on a Saturday night but by the time we left after 7 it had filled up. There are tons of things I want to try on the menu and we will be back for sure!
