Again disappointing. Just oily noodles. No sauce.---Instead of a rich brown combination of oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, red chili sauce, this is just an pale sauce that tastes oily with some heat.

My husband and I regularly go there -- probably weekly. Regular orders are Pho Ga, drunken or garlic udon noodle, shrimp-rice, and a couple other dishes. We also enjoy the dumplings, crispy rolls and Rangoon. Chicken in Pho sometimes is a bit dry but the broth, noodles, basil etc. are perfect IMO. Service is great. Servers are very nice and attentive. Very reasonably price. They do serve wine and beer, and have some desserts as well.

Main pro of this place is location: right in the middle of Arlington, for times when you're just not up for a drive down usually-clogged I-93 to Chinatown (where parking is scarce) or Dorchester (more parking just twice as far) for more authentic Asian food. It doesn't compare with those two relative meccas (at least for New England) of more decent (not exactly Westminster, CA or Houston, TX level) Asian food, but is at least a decent alternative to sad sack fast-food Chinese places or overpriced yuppy-trap "Asian" places that abound out here in the 'burbs of Boston.Pros: very pleasant/cozy ambiance, and fast, friendly and attentive servers. More authentic Asian places often lack that, esp. the second. Portion sizes are decent not tiny yuppy-boutique type places where you're paying for pretty presentation rather than a filling meal. Prices are higher than in Chinatown and Dorchester, but not exorbitant for the area.Cons: the food is a bit on the sweet/bland side, probably to cater to the predominantly WASPish local clientele as opposed to a predominantly Asian one. We found this to be most noticeable in the broth for the pho and Tom Yum noodle soups, which were competent though lacking in flavor complexity. Upside is that they clearly do not abuse MSG here, if at all.

Nice ambiance. Very friendly staff. Quick and attentive service. Many options on the menu for everyone. We ordered 3 apps and 3 noodle dishes. All were good!Edamame perfectly salted and steaming hot. Potstickers were reportedly good, but not hot (temp-wise) enough. Chicken satay was reported to have good flavor and appeared plentiful.Hubby's pad thai was reported as very good, great flavor and the noodles lighter than what he's had in other establishments- which is a good thing, not leaving feeling too stuffed. Mom's drunken noodle was fine, she says...but she said it was more a fusion and not authentic enough for her taste. Still good though! My pho ga hit the spot perfectly. Chilly and windy afternoon was remedied with very hot and fresh pho. Too much chicken, but that is not a complaint for others I imagine! I couldn't finish mine, but brought leftovers home for dinner later that night.I would recommend this establishment if you're looking for some basic asian cuisine...fusion-esque . Very clean restaurant and our waitress/hostess was super sweet and all smiles the entire time. Good food that hit the spot!

I ordered delivery and got the wonton soup and grilled beef salad. The food is terrible. The grilled beef is not grilled, it is more like shaved beef. Plus the salad was swimming in dressing, which I didn't know. When I went to take it out, all the dressing came out. Worst of all I found hair in the salad. This was horrible. Then the wonton soup was ok but for a regular order of wonton soup the average is 6-8 wontons, there was only 4. Talk about skimpy portions of food in both these items. Obviously, I will not be back, nor do I recommend this place.

This has to be my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the greater Boston area. They are really friendly, food is made quickly, everything is extremely delicious, and they are so good at accommodating vegetarians and vegans.Every time we try another dish, we are blown away. Thank you for such great food!

I ordered from Noodle Market on UberEats. I got the Grilled Beef Vermicelli Bowl and thought it was fairly tasty, but I've had better. The meat itself didn't have as much flavor as I would prefer, but the vinegar it came with helped to spice it up. I would probably choose another Vietnamese option like Le's in Cambridge next time.

I ordered the tofu spring rolls to go, which were filled with 80% iceberg lettuce and maybe 1 small piece of tofu per roll. And barely any herbs! I've had better spring rolls from a vending machine.

This place is so bad. I only go here because I love Vietnamese food so much and it's close. They skimp on the meat and use Italian bread instead of French bread for their banh mi. It was so soggy tonight it was inedible. I had to pick up the meat and vegetables and eat them in a bowl. The bread was just a soupy mayo doused MESS. I used to gi go here once a year every time I forgot how much I hate it. No more!!
