Noble Thai

This place use to be a Eckhart Park library 24 years ago. My husband and I use to work here then. It's where we met!! Cute story right!!!??? We came here for our 9th anniversary dinner in April. It's very clean. Not really busy dining in but had lots of delivery orders. (I saw the bags on the counter) We had great service, delicious food and great drinks! We ordered the tiger cry, shumai, pad kana moo krab, seafood fried rice, pad see iew and a coconut Mai tai. The Tiger Cry was charbroiled marinated beef with tangy chili sauce on the side. It was delicious! Nice and tender. It paired well with the dipping sauce that was on the side! The Pad Kana Moo Krab was crispy pork belly, Chinese broccoli and oyster sauce! It had crispy pieces and chewy pieces. The Chinese broccoli was cooked perfectly. A good solid dish if you're a pork lover. (I forgot to take a picture of this dish) The shumai are shrimp dumplings that are served with a Thai soy sauce. These were amazing and we could've eaten at least 30. lol! The Seafood Combination Fried Rice had , shrimp, squid, crab stick. It wasn't heavily saturated with soy sauce. It was light in color but very flavorful! It was very delicious too. The Chicken Pad See-lew had Flat rice noodles, Chinese broccoli, eggs and sweet soy sauce. My favorite Thai dish everrrr! Extremely well executed! Mine was extraaaaa spicy! My coconut Mai tai packed punch but was smooth! Street parking wasn't overly crowded. We found a spot right next to the restaurant!!!! Friendly, delicious food, solid drinks and very reasonably priced! This is our spot!!!!!! Check them out!!!!!!

This place is so cute inside. Walked right in during dinner time and it was pretty empty but the takeout orders were off the charts. We saw so many bags waiting to get picked up and so many delivery people coming in and out. We ordered a bunch of food and honestly it was too much. The shrimp fried rice was tasty. The fried wings were okay, I think they just lacked some flavor. The spring roll and dumplings were also okay crab Rangoon was so good! Would definitely return and try other things.

Cute spot, and was pretty quick!I got the crab rangoons and pad Thai! The rangoons were great! Crispy and full of flavor. The pad Thai let me down. All my noodles were stuck together, really lacking a lot of flavor. I didn't get the hype of this place.

What a hidden gem! Most customers here were coming for takeout, but the interior has an adorable bright seating area, so we ate in. Very friendly service, decent prices, good portion sizes, and excellent drinks! This place went above expectations for a neighborhood Thai spot and we'll definitely be back. They have a happy hour too- definitely get the deals!

I would highly recommend this place.I loved the decor, the space is huge, the staff is very friendly and most importantly the food is very good! They serve big portions at decent pricing.I think this is probably my favorite Thai food restaurant!

Absolutely delicious, authentic Thai food in a beautifully decorated building in Chicago. It was a nice walk here, and while much of the food was spicy, even though we asked for mild, everything tasted so good.The bar drinks are uniquely mixed, refreshing, and exotic. Try the crispy pork or any dish as your protein, and you will later crave it. It is THAT good!I look forward to returning to try other dishes.

The food was good and the cucumber martini was delicious, but was pretty disappointed in the service. We arrived for our 8:15 reservation on time and were immediately told the kitchen is closing soon so we need to order asap (which is fine, I understand that), but as we are still eating our dinner the dessert we order comes out and is just sitting there. Then the staff begins to start mopping the floors, turns on the lights and stops the music by 9pm. If your restaurant has a hard stop at 9pm, you shouldn't be taking reservations past 7:30pm. We were in such a rush to finish the meal, we ended up getting to go boxes.

If you're looking for comforting thai food, I recommend this place. The dining room is very spacious and clean. Has a nice modern touch to it.To drink, I ordered a thai ice tea and it was delicious and creamy. My friend enjoyed her thai ice coffee and said it wasn't super strong. For starters, we got crab rangoons and shu mai both of which were very good. I ordered the khao soy for my entree and substituted the chicken for shrimp. It was very flavorful and filling! To end the meal, we got the fried banana which was SO GOOD. I wish they had the mango sticky rice available but it's seasonal :( Id love to come back and try the rest of their menu!

All the flavors here are excellent. The only complaints I have would be that the curries have very few ingredients mixed in, so it's essentially just curry, a few pieces of the meat chosen, and a small quantity of vegetables. The khao soi is also low on meat and is almost entirely noodles. Nitpicky but I've had better khao soi and curry at a lot of places. Everything else, Noble Thai does well. The restaurant is clean and the service efficient and fast. It'll be a go-to but I'll skip the curries and the khao soi.

This place is a 10/10. You will not have any compliments when you arrive. My favorite dishes are the curry options, you won't regret trying any of them. The staff is friendly, the layout is very clean and modern , with nice lighting as well. Also the prices are very reasonable, maybe some of the best in the area.
