My friend and I had such a good time here! Was easy enough to find (lol) but I definitely recommend a reservation! It was packed on a Tuesday evening when we went. We had no idea what a drink would cost but ours were each $17, so $34 total & worth the experience!

-Located in Neighborhood (look for the keg wall near the bathroom)-No menus: bartender asks for your preferences and it's their choice!-$18 per cocktail -Make a reservation because it's small Now that we've got the logistics out of the way, would highly recommend Noble Experiment. A great San Diego speakeasy mixing up delicious drinks. I love the concept and the bartenders were able to make me drinks that I absolutely loved despite my less than coherent likes and dislikes! The place is beautiful and I was shocked that the drinks were so reasonably priced for how nice it was.

Such a cool spot and everyone who worked here was pretty friendly for how busy it was Wait was a little long but they apologized which makes a huge differencewould go again forsure or reccomend to friends!

Since this was a speakeasy, I hadn't considered making a reservation;!however, Fortunately, we were promptly seated. The speakeasy takes a unique approach: the server comes to your table, inquires about your cocktail preferences, and then crafts a drink tailored to your liking. There's no menu, so you describe your cravings--an experience that felt refreshingly distinctive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

A catacomb inspired speakeasy. Inside of the restaurant Neighborhood. Push the drum barrels near the restroom to get into Noble Experiment.There is no menu, the bartender asks you what you like and makes something based on what you tell them.I told bartender Zac that I loved Chi Chi's and Pina Coladas and he made me "Coughlin's Diet" which was amaro, rum, coconut, banana liqueur, and lime. It was light and refreshing.Highly recommend making a reservation, because it was packed on a Saturday night. I was a walk in and they had 1 spot at the bar, so I was lucky.

Surprised that there are two speakeasies within Neighborhood, and out of the two, Noble Experiment was definitely easier to make a reservation for. I love the name- it reflects the bartenders' efforts to create a cocktail based on your personal preferences of spirits and flavors. In comparison to the other speakeasy, Youngblood, the drinks were a lot less sophisticated and tasted more like cocktails you could get at a restaurant. We tried two drinks, and my boyfriend asked for a more dimensional (rather than straight) cocktail the second time, but was still disappointed with the result. Bartenders were quick and efficient, but didn't spend as much time with each party compared to Youngblood. Overall, would still recommend checking out this super cool dark gothic catacomb inspired lounge, especially if you can't get a reservation next door!

Quite sad about this place, especially because I love me a bar that's *supposedly* a good dealers choice.You go through the Neighborhood (Yummy Bone marrow here!) and walk straight back to get to Noble Experiment. We had no reservations and came around 615 on a Saturday. We were seated right away. Interior has a wall full of skulls, its dimly light, there's a large alcohol selection on the bar wall, and small seating sect. I was incredibly specific in the drink I had wanted. Creamy, frothy, whiskey forward, nutty and chocolatey. Bartender asked if I wanted a sour, and I was clear in that I do NOT like tart and sour flavors, but I do like egg whites.When my drink was presented to me, it had all tart fruits in it and was super acidic/sour. Not at all what I asked for. I'll leave it at that.Would personally not come back here when the whole point of dealer's choice is to curate based off what you say. Totally missed the mark :(

Had such an amazing experience at Noble. We couldn't get reservations so Friday around 6:30pm we walked right in and they were able to seat us. Getting to Noble was very interesting and fun in itself. Once seated, you're surrounded by a dark and moody room with skulls filling a whole wall and paintings on the ceiling. It's very well lit and fits the ambiance well. There's no menus, our mixologist just asked the type of spirit we like and any flavors we prefer and made the most delicious cocktails for us AND were the cheapest cocktails we had in the night, but still the best. I highly recommend getting reservations or stopping by to try to get in because it's an amazing experience.

I really was hoping to give this place a 5 stars but now I wish I could give 10 on 5! It's such a cool fun vibe with all the skeletons and all. Drinks made based off of a vibe.Great bartenders and food service.Highly recommend!

For anyone who loves a surprise, this place is for you! There are no menus, only the bartender's magic, and our bartender was a magician. As soon as you're seated, the bartender comes to the table to inquire on everyone's individual preferences regarding choice of spirits, flavors and inspire ideas what would appeal to each patron. Every single drink we received for the palette perfectly of the person it belonged to, and many of us found new drinks we would gladly order again.
