This is the best food truck! I have NEVER had a better mushroom pizza. I'm normally a carnivore, but not if this pizza is available. Love their gyros and hummus too.The couple that runs this place is amazingly friendly. Goody, the gentleman running the business is always happy to see you.This is a must not miss experience!

Great pizza. We had the pepperoni which comes with red bell peppers. Never thought of adding that to a pepperoni but it was very good. We also ordered a PBJ. Both were worth while. Friendly staff and easy location to get to. Have a few tables to sit at but we took ours to go.

Semi-permanent food truck serving true Woodfire pizzas and pasta. First time visiting I got a sausage pizza and it was solid. The dough has a bit of a whole wheat taste, which I enjoyed, and the ingredients were fresh with purportedly the sausage been house-made.I'll definitely swing by again to try another item!

Great local spot in Ballard! Super nice owners/staff. Quality food and super reasonable! Will absolutely be coming back. Tried one of their pizzas (fired up right in front of you) and their sandwich. Big portions and they do not skimp which I appreciate. Will be spreading the word to support!

Chicken gyro plate was great. Large portion, grilled chicken to order, chicken was moist, hummus garlicky. I'd go back for this. $15.50Sausage pizza was made to order in a wood fire pizza oven. I prefer a little more crunch to my bites but overall good especially for a $16 12in pie. Also, I strolled past this place as they were cleaning up and they were still very welcoming and willing to serve me. Great service.

This place was the most unexpected pleasant surprise, and I might now have found my go-to pizza spot in Seattle. It's a food truck that opened not too long ago and operates in the most unexpected place -- on a corner of this random neighborhood street in Ballard, with an accompanying outdoor seating area with a few tables and chairs under a tent. Easy to miss, but so worth the stop.The mushroom pizza... o m g. And the people who run this place are so kind and more than willing to customize or switch out ingredients for you, so we also got one of the red pizzas with jalapeno and pineapple. Both were so fresh and tasty and an explosion of flavors in my mouth with each bite. 10/10 would recommend.

A hidden gem in Ballard that I can't wait for more people to discover.The red pizza not only looked beautiful, its flavor hit all the marks. Delicious delicious crust with a sweet and buttery sauce. The mozzarella was so tasty and perfectly melted, much higher quality than I usually see. The basil added just the right herby notes. All in all it was a perfect pizza. Plus, we got a caesar salad which came with more cheese than I've ever seen on a caesar.I also appreciate they had seating right by the truck and offered utensils as well. The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly and joyful too.

I love the food at nirvana and my go to dish is the chicken kebab platter. Make sure to order at least 25 -30 mins ahead because the food wait times are pretty long even when you order outside of the lunch rush. The reason for 4 stars (vs 5) is because the hummus is very spicy but there's no mention of that on their menu. I have allergies and my little one didn't react well to the spice so good to know if you plan to order the hummus.

The food is delicious and a good value and people are delightful. We got the pepperoni pizza and lamb/beef gyro with fries. The hot honey drizzle on the pizza is something I have not seen before and it was such a nice touch (not enough to make the pizza spicy). The gyro was huge and so tasty, fries were also top notch and well seasoned. They've made the outdoor space accommodating (rain, cold, or shine!) if you don't get to-go. My dog also loves it here after the person gave her some bacon a couple times. We're both hooked!

Super friendly workers! The food was delicious and high quality. They have a nice seating area right outside the food truck with a hand washing station.
