Ninja Sushi Japanese Grill

We went for lunch & had attentive service from Yancy. The sushi was fresh & there was a variety of choices. I had salmon, crab sushi after a house salad. Additionally, I had tuna sashimi plus salmon skin handball.I enjoyed a hot saki & iced tea. The cost met what we enjoyed.The surroundings were simple. There were supply areas in the middle of the dining area that should be relocated. Overall, a good experience.

This was a delicious little find in the back shopping center of Smyrna! Not to pricey and was a hit for my kiddo and myself. The service was wonderful and attentive to our orders. She filled drinks and checked on us during the meal, so we never worried over being helped. The place is a bit dim in lighting and could definitely use and upgrade to their sushi station but in all it was a great quiet little place to sit back and enjoy our first rolls of the new year. Booths and tables available, plenty of seating no matter the size of your party.

I must say I was disappointed in this place. The fried rice was plain rice with some meat added. But definitely not fried rice. The sushi well we ordered 3 rolls and for the first time ever I left 3 rolls uneaten. Very disappointing for sure, guess it is called Nina so the flavor was stealthy.

Excellent sushi. Cold Sakai, which is weord, but good tho. Large variety of sushi and fantastic prices as well. I'd give a 5 if they had more of a selection for the grill part and hot Sakai. They are lacking in that area, but just opened a Mongolian grill I'll check out. The sushi in general tho, 5 stars for real.

I had to take away stars because they just lied to me about when lunchtime ends! Let me leave out the establishment, and it was still lunch hours!!! So I went to the parking lot and ordered my LUNCH off Postmates and it was done within five minutes. Went in to pick up my food and the guy who lied to my face had the audacity to have an attitude about the situation!!! I guess it's only Tokyo and Karen's Thai from here on out.... Ninja only gets 2 stars because their competition, Thida Thai across the street, has much worse service (believe it or not )

I came here for lunch with some coworkers and this place was fantastic! The lunch specials are super affordable with large portions. The shrimp hibachi was well flavored and the Yum roll is DELICIOUS!! Omg! Definitely my favorite item there! I'm looking forward to trying the rest of their menu.

So first and foremost... I just can't comprehend why they put a random rotini noodle in their clear soup. Why is this here? I'm a soup connoisseur, like I LOVE soup, especially Japanese soups and this is the first time I've ever seen this. I had salmon and ebi sashimi as well and it was just okay, the customer service was slow and just didn't meet expectations. The fish want the freshest or best, and the cuts were very skimpy. This place cuts corners which is why I won't be back. Bummer.

We went for lunch and there weren't any ninjas so I'll go back for dinner and if there's no ninjas i won't be back for sureFood was 4/10

On 04/28 I ordered a "yum yum roll" . .. I got down to my last two pieces of the roll . I noticed a piece of hair sticking out from the middle of my sushi roll. I immediately informed them of the situation. I assumed that they would at least correct their mistakes by getting me two fresh pieces of the yum yum roll that i had not completed. Minutes goes by, a waitress started to clean my table and i asked him about the yum yum roll i had not completed and asked about a having two pieces of the yum yum roll come out fresh. The waitress informed me that it's nothing he could do and i would have to go and complain to the manager at the register. Which didn't make sense because if I as the customer found a piece of hair in my sushi and I'm only asking for two fresh pieces of the ones i did not finish, not even the whole roll... . The guy at the register which is to believed to be the manager gave me such a hard time as if he did not want to own up the restaurants mistake. He kept saying things as if it goes against their policy to make a fresh one because they look through their food and make sure to have nets on their heads. I dine at this restaurant a lot so to have this experience is very disappointing. I can honestly say that because of this experience that i had this go around at this restaurant made this the LAST time I eat here. It's clear to see that they do not value their customers when it comes to finding hair in the food they make. Eventually I got them to give me two pieces of the yum yum roll I had not finished. I asked for fresh ones, not too sure if they gave me back the ones with the hair on it or two fresh one's . But they seemed kind of irritated with me for calling them out so I wouldn't put it past them if they didn't make me fresh ones. .. but instead gave me the ones I had with hair in it.

Good food. Quick service. This month 50 percent off all sushi rolls! Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Wait staff is very attentive.
