This was absolutely SO GOOD and I have not stopped recommending it to people!!! Portion sizes were good, and the flavor was on point. Came here around 12 on a Sunday and got seated immediately. As we ate though, the line began to form quick.Haven't stopped thinking about it, will be back!

Came here with an Asian Family Market coupon :)The star of the show here is definitely the Ma La Mao Cai - its the first I heard of mao cai, you might be familiar with ma la tang and this is pretty similar. The soup is insanely flavorful, and with 6 items in it, its a huge portion for ~$22. We brought half home, added some broth, and ate it for 4 more servings - no kidding. Definitely coming back for this. A little much chili oil on top though. The wontons were solid, better than average but nothing extraordinary. The noodle was quite nice though, a good bold flavor while having a nice bite to it.There's a few solid places with some menu overlap now - 19 Gold, YGF, Dough Zone to name a few. But this one was memorable!

The noodle dishes are so good here. You can customize the dish too, so I added a fried egg, pickled mustard greens, and bok choy to mine. I did not find the food very spicy and the cucumber salad was just okay though.

So yummy, the perfect Asian comfort food. Had the dumplings in spicy sauce and it was great! Small restaurant, that will be on my regular list.

This time around, I tried their Braised Beef Noodle Soup and it was sooooo good and delicious! The flavor of the braised beef was really tender and juicy. The texture of the noodles was also very good and light. What made the whole experience more pleasant was my kind and sweet waiter. She asked me that she recognized me from before, which we were both happy and surprised to know at the same time. She helped me from before when they accidentally over charged me. I remember then when I called the restaurant and she answered and solved everything in a very kind, professional and friendly manner. Now she is my good friend and I have to say I admire her attentiveness and kindness to me and everyone else in the restaurant. It is always nice and pleasant to come here from listening to soft Chinese music, to the perfect waiter who is serving the best winter food you can find around the Eastside of Bellevue. Do yourself a favor and come here and try their soups. I have tried them all now and they are all wonderful and delicious. Enjoy!

I have been wanting to try Nine Way in Redmond, WA for the LONGESTTTTT time, and now I finally got the chance. The space of this place is not that large, but it's cozy. The hype here, though, was REAL: legit and authentic Sichuanese cuisine. We got both dry noodles and wet ones (with broth) - both dishes were packed of flavor. Spiciness level not too bad. The cucumber salad was refreshing and crunchy, though I wish the amount of garlic and vinegar flavor were much higher (you can never have too much garlic!). The dumplings in ma la soup was a nice mix of 2 Chinese staple items, with a decent spicy kick. They have other dishes as well, especially the side ones, that I will try next time I'm there. The server was really friendly, and seems that she recognized my friend from last time (since he's a regular (ish)).Price wise, it was not bad! $48 for two. Here's my video of the place and food for better visuals:https://youtube.com/shorts/BLXGtTeDa8A?feature=share

Oodles of Noodles! Eaten here several times and satisfied every time. Recently had the braised beef noodle soup, a hearty affair, with a rich, flavorful broth with tasty chunks of beef. Perfect on a cold, winter day to chase away the chill in your bones and warm the soul. The noodles could be a bit more al dente to my liking, but still good. Also don't miss out on the sliced pork with garlic sauce. The garlic with chili crisp sauce was delish. The service was prompt and the place felt homey.

Food was good for those who love Asian noodles. Free edamame that they served along with water.Ordering on mobile for those who prefer no physical menu. You would still pay with the waiter. We ordered Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Spicy and Sour Vermicelli Noodles, and Sichuan Style Steamed Pork Belly with Sichuan Yacai. In general, the dishes were flavored but not heavily flavored. The restaurant was clean; the waiter was friendly. Free parking in the plaza.

Outstanding! It's the only Chinese restaurant in the Puget Sound I would take visitors from Mainland China. Since discovering Nine Way two weeks ago, I've been recommending it to everyone I know. The minced beef with green pepper noodles here is better than what I had in Beijing. Once you try their handmade Chengdu style wontons, you won't want to have wontons at Din Tai Fung :)
