Wine & pies! How fun is this place? It's located in the fairly new seattle wine district/ industry district. There are about 10-15 wineries / tasting rooms in this area. This next door to nine pies pizzeria, Patterson wine and then some. You can park and wine tasting room hop right here. Or better: Uber! They have everything from rose to reds. I'm a fan of their reds. Malbec, Syrah and Cab-Savug being the best. Their tastings usually gives you a nice variety of the wines: Pinot Grigio pairs well with their pizzas! And can-savug!The tasting room itself is high ceilings, open! We had a private room once and that was fun! So fun that you can spend a whole afternoon here and not notice! Also, Nine Hats was born out of the renowned Long Shadows Vintners - they make the best wines here in Washington! Nine hats wines are more on affordable, everyday wine. Reserve Pinot Grigio is around $35 and Cabernet Sauvignon is around $40 with their dazzling rose around $20! Can't go wrong. Let's wine & wine some more! Also, try the nine pies!

Went here two days in a row! First time was for a Holiday event. We tasted few bottles of wine and food was catered from Nine hats pizza(next door). Well both places are adjoining. Food and wine didn't disappoint.Next day came here after visiting a nearby distillery. We were a group of 10+ without reservations and the team was very accommodating and managed to squeeze us all together. We ended up purchasing few bottles of red- Malbec , cab Sauvignon and a GSM red. All these bottles range from $20-35. All wines were delicious, Cabernet Sauvignon was my favorite. Very easy drink, light, not your heavy bold red. Of course with wine, pizza is a must, got few pizzas from next door and a charcuterie board. If you have dietary requirements, they can split your pizza with different options, half and half. Pizzas were New York style and yum. Something about their crust Both places had exceptional customer service and was very clean. The staff came by and continuously checked up on you. We probably drank about 8-10 bottles Every bottle was worth it! Definitely headed back here for a girls nite.

You feel like family when you walk in and are treated as such. Now let's talk about the food... you can't go wrong. The pizza is fantastic!!!

We were looking forward to Nine Hats Tasting Room for several months, being fans of their Red Blend! We haven't found any of their other wines in AK, so it was nice to try so many of them. We arrived late afternoon and had the place to ourselves for the first 20 minutes or so, then several others trickled in. We enjoyed hearing the history and a bit more that was not on the website. The usual bar tender was out ill, however there was a very sweet young lady was filling in for him. She let us know she wasn't as good as him with all of the information, but she was sweet as pie and was very attentive. She had laminated pages about each wine, giving us all the information we could ask for and more, regarding each wine. We even tried a few others that were not on the tasting list, which was good, since we added them to our case! We went through the lists of wines we tried and came home with all but two of them, including the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, which we really enjoyed! There is a wine club you can join, which we will most likely be doing and have the cases delivered right to our door. And whenever in Seattle and out and about, it'll be easy to grab a case and check with our luggage... remember, cases of wine fly free on AK Air from wine regions! Woop woop!

Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I stopped by 9 Hats Tasting Room as we were about 15 minutes early for an event at the San Juan Seltzer nearby. There are so many wineries and eateries in this complex that we after we peeked in the window and saw the cool red studded armchairs and couches for seating and unique art on the wall. We thought "this is a cool setup, let's go in". I was able to taste the GSM blend that both smelled and tasted fantastic. The woman pouring the wine was super nice and very knowledgeable about the company and it's history and why it's called 9 hats. Even though we only had a short time to visit, 9 Hats made a great impression on me and we will return here for a longer visit next time.

My coworkers and I started attending Trivia and Bingo at Nine Hats and it is always a blast. The wine is fantastic, we love the rosé and the pizza from Nine Pies which is attached to the winery. Jaiden is always so friendly and hospitable and does a great job running a busy event. All of the staff makes you feel welcome which is rare in Seattle. Nine Hats is a gem and we love it!
