Came here for a quick drink after getting some Indian food at a local restaurant in the area. Why does everything in Edmonds close so early? Only had time to grab one drink since they were closing soon. Drink was good and was immediately acknowledged by owner. Server was a little socially awkward but I expect nothing less in WA. Drink menu online needs to be updated with their current prices on the restaurant menu. Would like to come back and try their pizza. It looked good!

Basic pizza to be honest, also pretty pricey. Though the service was great, I can't get past the pizza. I ordered the Breakfast pizza and it lacked the pesto it claimed it had. Then the Nutella dessert pizza with blueberries was very chewy and under done.

We love Niles' pizza bistro! The vibe is cool, busy and fun. The drinks are excellent (duh...it's Niles). The pizza is creative and craveable. It's a small joint but that is partly why the energy is so great. Wall to wall noshing foodies!

First of all, my apologies for not taking more pictures! I was here with a group of 7 and we tried SO many pizzas and drinks and every one we tried was better than the last! Niles Peacock is in an unassuming strip mall, but don't let that fool you. This pizza will change your life! We started with the meatballs, because you cannot miss out on these meatballs! Three huge meatballs come in an order with a rich tomato sauce. The margherita pizza really showcases how good the sourdough crust is, and the cheese, sauce and basil ratios were perfect. The hot date is this delicious combo of Gorgonzola, dates, and a balsamic drizzle. I couldn't stop eating this one, but I had to leave room for the Brussel Wilson pizza that had bacon, Parmesan and balsamic drizzle. The BBQ chicken, pesto, and hot wheel pizzas were also devoured, along with expertly crafted cocktails. The bartenders are mixologists, so don't hold back.

Ordered the Italian Job pizza. Although photos in these reviews look as if the pizza crust is thick, it wasn't we prefer thin crust. The pizza was very dry and salty ( understandable on the salty issue, ingredients) Asked for additional olive oil to drizzle. - No substitutions allowed- No sweetener for the iced tea-service so-so, answers to our questions seemed a bit curt. The plus- ingredients were fresh-May return and try again since it's so close to home.

The pizza I think is ok I know the owner got some pizza award congratsBut....Pizza needs more spice to their red sauce and they are stingy with their toppings overall it's not bad tasting it just could be better with at least more toppings.

Staff 10/10. However, the two times I went and the one time my parents went, Niles completely ignored us and focused on what I assume are his friends. It's kinda rude to be completely ignored but whatever.Pizza 2/10. There is never enough sauce, the no substitutions for me a no. It's obviously not family friendly if you can't make subs for a child but whatever. It's small and overpriced. We have had undercooked and overcooked. The drinks are 3/10. They are pricey and there's not enough variety. Plus the food takes so long to get out, they plan on you drinking more.Again, service staff is great. Friendly and attentive. But the place thinks they are something they just aren't.

Pizza fit for a princess. The service was friendly and attentive--a far cry above what we've come to expect as post covid low staffed. Cocktails were unique and delicious (Miss Pamplemousse my personal fav). The pizza that we knew was award winning didn't disappoint! The flavors were unique combinations with great quality ingredients, the soft poofy crust was the highlight! The owner and namesake stopped in to our table and was super nice and personable. Definitely will be back!
