Nicki's Bella Marina

I'm from CO and this is the first place on my list to visit when I come to Bellingham. The service is amazing and the food is as well. I fell in love with the fish and chips and on my last visit I had the fish tacos. YUMMY!!! I'll definitely be back

Hubby and I came for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. It was a sunny day, so perfect weather for lunch at Nicki's. This time, I tried the Buffalo Wings and got the Shrimp apps instead of the meal. My husband ordered the fish and chips again. Service was as great as usual. The wings, on the other hand, could have been better crispy for my taste. Sauce was okay, but I preferred a bit more spicy to them. Probably won't order them again. The charboiled shrimp apps were not as good as previously ordered. Great view, great service, still my new favorite place.

OMG! Nicki's has the biggest and best burgers in town. It was so large (2/3 lb) that we split it and were still stuffed. The fries are the biggest I've ever seen and you get all you can eat with the burger. View was fantastic and the service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was fun and festive. This place is amazing!!!

First visit to this waterfront gem in Squalicum Harbor. They are famous for their burgers and fish n chips. My bride has the fish and I had the burger. As good as the food is I would have to say the gals working the floor were the highlight. They looked like they were having a good time. They were efficient and good natured. They comp'd my bride's Lemon Drop because it was our first time there. Was a very nice gesture. The burger was messy and tasted very good. The bun actually lasted longer than I did. The fish was very light and breaded just right. The cocktail sauce was very good. The horse radish in the cocktail sauce was forward but it fit right in. We will be going back.And guess what? We went back the next day for lunch. So good.

Good food, good drinks, great service, great view when it's light out. They hand cut all their fish in-house then batter and fry on order. Same thing with their onion rings. Their burger selection is good and they are fresh and delicious. They also have a build-your-own burger option. Bottomless steak fries. Their boards show all sorts of specials, especially desserts, and they all sounded very tempting. The decor is "fishing town chic". I think it fits in with being right near the marina. Drinks were good pours, our server was super friendly and knew what she was doing. Pro-tip: if you order the fish and chips, flip the fish over immediately and blot it with napkins to keep the coating crispy. Otherwise they'll steam on the bottom. Keep in mind their fish pieces are large. They *will* fill you up!

We sure loved this spot! Cant beat the patio view with the boats! My husband said it was the best fish and chips he has ever had. We enjoyed the story on the menu about the owners and facts about how majority of the menu is fresh ingredients, homemade and grass fed steak. Try the chili, you wont regret it! Our service was fantastic and love the friendly vibes from all the employees from the moment we entered to departing! Check it out!

Great place to grab a beverage, enjoy the view of the water, and our server was amazing and funny. A ton of food options as well. Have the fried twinky for dessert!

On beautiful days in Bellingham, Nicki's is the first place that comes to mind for lunch with stunning views of Bellingham Bay. Stopped by this week, and just as always, the portion sizes were huge, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended for a comfortable, tasty dining experience by the water!

In my opinion, this is one of the most underrated restaurants in Bellingham. The waterfront setting is amazing, the service is friendly, the drinks are strong, the prices are great, and the food is top notch. Not to mention they have amazing specials and a kick-butt happy hour.I recently got to re-visit when I was in town to attend the Downtown Wine Walk and we were looking for dinner-with-a-view. A wrong turn took us to Nicki's completely by accident, and while I hadn't visited in a couple of years I was reminded (some may say by fate) to check them out again. We ended up sitting outside and watching the sunset while nomming on their phenomenal fish 'n chips and sipping on a couple of tasty post-wine-walk beers. Our server was SO funny and friendly!Yeah, the decor is a little outdated and the bar has an 80s vibe, but really...this could be a good thing as it keeps the crowds away, right? And you really can't beat the views!
