Five stars all the way for their fresh watermelon drink with added boba. I dream about this slushie, perfect healthy drink ever since. It's so refreshing and made with real watermelon - I watched them scoop sweet watermelon into a cup and add the boba. Can't wait to come back and get it again. Best bubble tea drink around! 5 stars!!!!

Matcha Tornado was really good. Oreo crumbs added a nice unique texture. We ordered online and it was easy. Will be trying orher flavors next time.

I ordered the Coconut Zero on the kiosk and the kiosk said they were out of coconut pudding. There was no option to substitute the topping because it was greyed out so I just continued my order. When I received my drink, it tasted so bland like it was missing something, which was the coconut pudding. I asked the cashier if they can add boba since they ran out of coconut pudding. Originally she said I would have to pay extra but that doesn't make sense if my drink comes with a topping that they ran out of. She spoke to her manager and they were able to add boba to my drink with no extra charge. I appreciate they were able to resolve it but there was just so much back and forth.

Zero& is a pretty solid boba option in the Stanford Mall. It's a small little shop, but the ordering process is pretty simple with their kiosk or ordering at the cashier on a busy day. I ordered the Ube Taro with boba and oatmilk so that added up to being over $7 as a drink which is standard for boba shops and this location in general. It was good enough for walking around with on a hot day at mall. It has chunks of taro in the bottom which is also nice. It honestly tastes a lot more like taro than ube, but it is still good. The boba had a nice chewy texture and you can tell it is fresh. Definitely worth the addition. My mom ordered the Two Grapeful and not gonna lie it doesn't really look like how it does in the picture. She ordered it with no sweet and didn't enjoy it too much, but ordering a drink without sugar is wild so I can't give an opinion on that. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back to this location again!

I like going to the Zero& here since always feels a tad healthier than the normal boba I get. Good: - The zero-sugar options still taste good - especially the baby peach and mango - I like how the app shows you how long until your order, and the pickup is very fast - Clean interior and very modern as well! - Grape drink was also good and had real grapes in it too Bad: - There sometimes are longer lines- Can be expensive for a single drink and not much service Overall this place is a staple that I like to come back to for a feel-good dessert.

Get the Matcha Tornado! You won't regret it. Zero uses high quality matcha, quality you can taste!!!!Service is friendly. Order through the app for a little discount or at the kiosk in the store. There aren't seats inside, but there's plenty of nice outdoor seating at Stanford Mall.

Shop is located in a shopping mall with a bunch of parking. We arrived around 5pm on a weekend but they were closed and had a sign that said will reopen at 5:30. Not sure why they closed in the middle of the day but we had to waste 30min so luckily there were other shops to walk around and see. Came back right at 5:30, ordered on the kiosk, and got drinks in about 5-10min (8drinks). Pretty big line formed after us so other people were definitely also killing time for them to reopen.7/10 Coconut Zero $ - A really refreshing drink that feels healthy and natural. Not too sweet, slightly creamy, and coconut meat was medium firm. Although a solid drink, I don't think it is outstanding especially for the price. You could get coconut juice/water that is almost as good but for cheaper.

I came here with my co-workers last week and it was not that good of an experience. There was only one person working and she was running back and forth with drinks from the kitchen to the front. I can tell she was stressing but she pulled it together. Our 3 Ube Tao drinks took at least 15-18 mins which was long. The pay machine was barely working so that had to get fixed as well. The place was a bit dirty; crumbs on the floor and counter tops, pastry case looked old with stale looking croissants, etc. it was not a good look. The Ube taro drink was plain tasting and had chunks of taro which was ok but nothing exciting. This place got too much hype for me. At least I got to try this place! I won't be returning.

I have never heard of this place before so had zero expectations when I walked by. We walked in and ordered the two green-tea based drinks that sounded the best - one grapefruit and one peach both "less sweet." It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks, but it was a busy Sunday. I had no clue what to expect and these drinks were soooo good. It was basically a fruit slushy and the grapefruit one had chunks of grapefruit in it. Tasted super refreshing and wasn't too sweet. Drinks were about $6 each and were pretty large. Overall, great experience and can't wait to try more of their menu next time.

The 0-sugar option tastes way less artificially-sweet than I was prepared for (good thing), and the Thai-tea/creme brûlée/oreo drink Thai me Up was the perfect transition drink for a white person (me) to try new flavors besides the go-to brown sugar drink. With a lot of boba places to compete with, I believe ZERO&'s interesting menu and 0-calorie options distinguishes the tea store from everyone else.
