Yue Club is part of the cool Saga Kitchen offerings, serving up dim sum in a no frills, no vibe, no "experience" environment. Still, we ate in the common dining area, very clean and lovely. I really liked the staff -- very friendly and helpful. The gf, pooch, and I ordered a smattering of items:==========================================* Deep Fried Shrimp Ball [$7.45, 5.0 stars] -- Best of show. So bad, but so good.* Shanghai Pan Fried Bun [$7.45, 4.5 stars] -- Loved the 3 buns.* Fried Rice with Shrimp [$7.45, 4.5 stars] -- beautiful HUGE portion, delicious.* XLB [$9.95, 4.0 stars] -- good, not great...and not a lot of soup. I liked that 2 of them had an injectable "liquid". Pricey for 6 pieces.* Spare Rib in Black Bean Sauce [$7.95, 1.5 stars] -- inedible. So fatty, and mostly bone.* Hong Kong Har Gow [$6.95, n/a] -- didn't try, but the gf was silent. In conclusion:============Probably best "to go", but then again, I don't like lukewarm/cold dumplings. But, I didn't know prior to coming in.

The last time I ordered Potstickers and dim sum from Yue Club, they were from frozen. Very disappointing to see the quality and size. Last night I stopped to get a bowl of noodles. I asked the young lady if the dim sum is from frozen, and she said yes. Oh well, don't order it. It's nothing like it used to me.

When I first walked in, I thought the interior was pretty cute. We sat down at the bar and ordered via QR code, where you could order from any 1 of the 4 categories (or "sub-restaurants"?) that serve food here. I also had to pay at the time of ordering. I chose Yue Club (of the 4 different categories) because I had a hankering for dim sum. Since this was just for myself, I got just one Hong Kong Har Gow and one Siu Mai. The portions were large, but I just didn't enjoy eating it. I think it just lacked flavor and having so much of it kind of made it worse. Also, the Siu Mai came with shrimp on top, which is interesting, but also redundant in my situation since I already got the Har Gow. The mediocre dim sum, combined with the above average use of single-use plastic, leaves me less likely to come back in the future. Hope it gets better in the future!ECO NOTES (Dine-In)Dine-In Dishware: Reusable plateNapkins: Single-use disposable paper napkins (in a plastic packet)*Utensils: Single-use plastic (in the aforementioned packet)*Water cups: Single-use plastic*The upside is that this was self-serve, so if you bring your own utensils, it's easy to use those instead.

I was craving dim sum so badly so I decided to try the dim sum set from here! I'm so indecisive so getting the set meal was the perfect option for me. It came with: Shrimp Dumplings (4pcs), Black Truffle Siu Mai (4pcs), Salted Egg Yolk Buns (3pcs), Shanghai Pan Fried Buns (4pcs), House XLB 6 pcs, Deep Fried Shrimp Balls 3pcs. You can order online and it's super easy! Pick up was also quick, the interior was super cute and inside had other food choices such as sushi! I will come back to try other food options. Lots of parking in the front. The dim sum set was really good! -1 star for the packaging because everything was pretty cramped together and it didn't look like other yelp reviews or the menu photos :(The shrimp dumplings were juicy and packed full of shrimp! The siu mai were flavorful and very delicious. The salted egg yolk bun texture was really good and soft, I love the interior salty egg yolk. The fried buns were yummy, I could taste the ginger and meat harmony. The deep fried shrimp balls were good but looked different from the photos lol. Finally the XLB was my least favorite because it was dry and the skin texture was pretty hard. However the rest of the dim sum was really good!Definitely give this place a try!

Duplicate Yelp, one for each concept/business???Sorry, but I am so confused...Was I in the city (SF)? Or LA?Way too trendy for Alameda. SAGA - "Locally-owned virtual food hall"Slurp shop - Ramen Yue club - "Authentic Cantonese Dim Sum Cuisine"Koharu - Japanese Cafe Quality/Quantity - Food was 5 stars! We ordered one dish from each business concept:Kohara - Chicken Karaage, hit of the meal. Deep fried, so slightly biased... If you are following, you know I love deep fried food. Good flavor, and the sauce was the bomb. Slight hint of heat, but NOT overwhelmingly spicy. SAGA - White Tiger, smaller than expected, but the flavor was on point, better than expected.Slurp Shop - Meyer Lemon Shio, flavors were good, including the broth. Expected serving size for the quality and price, but more than enough for a single meal.Yue Club - Beef Ball Dumpling, plating could have been better, but again the flavor was spot on. Additionally, the quantity was expected for the quality. Atmosphere - Food hall concept??? Virtual food hall concept??? First time here, but the lady that greeted us did not seem to care. Was told to NOT move chairs around and order through the app on the table. Normally it is pretty easy, but since there are 4 concepts/businesses here, it was not as user friendly as one would expect. Small local business or businesses, not sure how many businesses are here.Cool decor.Robot to deliver our food, which was NOT necessary??? So other than the entertainment value, no additional service. We also watched a couple other customers NOT know how to "finish" their service with the robot, etc. Plus one customer ordered ramen and it spilled on the robot.Street parking, no problem as we came late at night.Numerous to-go orders, very consistent, congrats.Kitchen staff working hard, and plenty of kitchen staff. I saw at least 5 team members. Not sure if that is due to the 4 concepts/businesses. Open 5 days a week from 11:30am to 8:30pm, closed Mon & Tue. Service - N/A, self service. Had to get our own sauces, utensils, and napkins from a self-service station. The phone website where we placed and paid for our order predicted our food to arrive 29 minutes after ordering. After 30 minutes, our food started to slowly arrive. We got our last dish almost an hour later. And it did not come in the order of appetizer and then entree. It came as it was made. Price - $54 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2020. We will be back for the food. Can I suggest adding some human customer service? At least say hello and smile as customers walk through the door.

The vibe is not so welcoming, i feel like i need an invitation to come in, no hi or welcome in! the lady behind the register made face when i asked for the receipt. Food is ok. Mediocre to say. Packaging and presentation is nice.

Their egg blossom soup is the best . I've only gotten soup here but the best I've had coast to coast hands down. So fresh, add veggies and extra green onions. You won't be disappointed, oh and the vibe is real hip and cool too.

3 stars for the food. 4 stars for the delivery convenience and the packaging! Saw the 4 stars for the Yue Club and had to try it. The har gow was a good size and tasty. Truffle Siu mei meat seemed kinda airy to me -- not like real pork and I didn't taste any truffle flavor? Loved the black bean sauce spare ribs. The fried tofu shrimp wrap was a surprise to me as I was expecting it to be pork with shrimp but was purely shrimp with a drier tofu skin wrapper. The Shanghai dumplings were good. The potstickers were good as well. Nice to find a new place to order dim sumIn Alameda but I thought it was ok. The packaging was adorable though and delivery was quick.

Yue Club is one of the restaurants located within SAGA Kitchen which operates Koharu, Sachi Sushi, Wok Chi, and Yue Club. It may be confusing at first but you can order from any restaurant menu when you're there, they also serve coffees. The restaurant is decked out with Supreme which gives off a pretty hipster vibe. Parking isn't hard and there is plenty of street parking on both sides of Lincoln.I came here for a Yelp Elite event and I ordered from another one of the restaurants but I've been on search for the best place to get XLBs in the bay so I had to try these out. It was almost $10 for 6 pieces and it came out pretty quickly. They also take Apple Pay which is always convenient. The XLB came with a small side of red vinegar sauce and I accidentally poured it all on my XLB. It was still pretty soupy But didn't burn my tongue because it was cold out and not piping hot. I'd definitely want to try more of their dim sum in the future!

Ordered delivery from Yue Club last night, as they, along with the rest of the SAGA Kitchen restaurants are some of my family's favorites. What we got was old reheated food - gummy barely edible shumai, buns with filling that separated into oil and paste, reheated rice. I will not be spending any more of my money here to my disappointment.
