Cute decor with fun upcycling artwork, 3 different dining room options (patio, bar, main), clean bathrooms, clean tables & chairs, nice ambiance, staff has great personalitiesMy birthday lunch treat from my aunt with plenty of time & space in a comfy booth to chat. Hostess (manager?) was very nice & let us choose our table since the lunch rush hadn't started on a pretty Saturday afternoon. Menu has a large variety of options: pizza, salads, sandwiches, snacks, burgers, beers, cocktails, non-alcoholic beveragesI had the waiter's favorite lunch special: Vodka Prawn Fettucine with a Romaine Gorgonzola salad (olive oil in the vinaigrette). Lots of attention to allergens & staff is quick to ask chef to make sure food is safe!! My diet soda 'no ice please' came with ice. Okay. He was nice & my refill was iceless. Everything was delicious. I wanted more, so I hope to return next time I visit my aunt!!Auntie had Willow Burger with alot of grease. Darn. She didn't notify the waiter immediately because she didn't want a negative experience to affect our celebration. Instead, she picked off the bacon & dabbed half of the burger dry with her napkin. She couldn't eat the 2nd half - just too much oil in the aioli & too much fat content in the beef. She loved the garlic fries. Winner!Waiter acknowledged the burger fail & that's why 5 stars are awarded to this restaurant. The overall experience was very positive & we enjoyed most of our meals. We'll return & we hope you try it out. This is a business that understands the value of customer service, hiring the right people for the job, cleanliness, and minimizing areas of conflict.

Hands down the best sit down pizza spot in town! My family has always dined here at Willow Street Pizza and years later I decided to give it a try again. Walking in and we were already greeted by the friendly hosts and sat immediately. I love everything about the interior here from the brick walls to all the decorations here. Right away we were greeted by our server Ben. We loved Ben and his great service. He was very friendly, attentive, and it just seemed like he loved doing what he was doing. Also, the shirley temple he made us was bomb. One of the best I've ever had. If you ever come and dine here you should definitely try their thai pizza. It has one of the best unique sauce topped with chicken, red onions, and more. It was the perfect mix of sweet and savory with a nice crisp crust. I would also recommend trying the bread with olive oil and vinegar. The bread is only $3 and is one of the best. You can really taste how fresh and doughy it is. It's also super soft which we enjoyed so much. Overall, this is a perfect date night spot if you don't want to break the bank. Each pizza is about $20 but is so filling and could feed two with some appetizers on the side! Again, thanks to Ben for creating such a great experience for us!

Had dinner here with the family (10 adults, 2 kids) and our waitress, Nova, made the experience seamless! She was super accommodating when it came to food allergies/sensitivities, sampled us a couple wine options I was torn between, and was prompt and patient with serving us. My son and I split a gluten free combination pizza with vegan mozzarella and it was delicious. Would recommend this cute pizzeria and would come back again

What a great pizza place for your family or even for date night. It has pizza, pasta, and more. I love the thin crust on their pizza, and I recommend the margarita pizza and any of their salads. Also, they have great desserts, and mud pie from Marianne's ice cream is in Santa Cruz! Which is my favorite. The restaurant itself is clean. They have great staff. It's pretty quick and we didn't wait very long. I definitely recommend this place for a birthday. Quick dinner, maybe lunch, or a night out for drinks.

I went here yesterday for a TimeLeft dinner and we had a great time! All of the staff members were super friendly and fast. I had the Fruitdale mocktail and it was great! I liked the dried orange slice that it was garnished with. I really appreciated that they had a mocktail menu since I don't drink, and it's still fun to be able to order something different. I also split the margherita pizza with my friend, and it was a great size for two people to share. The place itself is super cute and I'll definitely be back!

The food has always been so good. I don't think I've had anything I haven't liked here. I came here a few days ago celebrating my doggo bday I wanted a place that not only had good human food but dog menu so my pup could also enjoy. I ordered the mushroom pasta which was really creamy and pesto filled. I also added chicken to have more protein. I ordered for my dog a large salmon. They have 3 items on their dog menu which is chicken, beef and salmon. They offer small or large sizes. We of course ordered large for her. We also got garlic bread for starters which soooooo good. It's basically giant flat bread garlic pizza and for dessert the bread pudding is to die for! So save room for dessert or make room haha

Had a total Italian-American feast here & enjoyed everything for the most part. My party & I especially enjoyed the juicy delicious meatballs here! So good I could probably eat 20 of em in a sitting. The roast chicken had a unique sweet-savory glaze which I enjoyed and it was cooked perfectly; fall off the bone! I liked the vodka prawn fettuccine as well; really light but just right. I would say the same for the wood oven roasted cauliflower; yum! The pizza wasn't bad but the crust was a bit weak and therefore caused the toppings to drop. Warm brussel sprout salad might be great for brussels sprouts lovers. The warm chocolate cookie was a bit hard and not warm and gooey as I had hoped for, but the portion of ice cream given was generous!We were quickly seated upon arrival and our waiter was nice and attentive throughout our meal. I liked the homey vibe in the restaurant with the slightly dimmed lighting. Great spot for a family dinner, date, or even a nice dinner with friends.

The meatballs had metal wires in them like those in a metal cleaning scrubber. I ordered the meatballs "to go" and they took an extremely long, and in hindsight, suspiciously long time for the kitchen to make. On biting into the meatballs and starting to chew, my wife experienced pain in her tongue and scraping on her teeth. There were wires in more than one meatball, so does not seem like chance.I'm really disgusted that any restaurant's staff would treat people this way.Never going back. Recommend you avoid this place.

I absolutely LOVE the warm Brussels sprout salad. You must try it! It is out of this world and just so delicious! :) Love their fabulous infusion of sweet balsamic mixed in with this infusion of crunchy green and freshly roasted warm Brussels sprouts and the added herbs and seasonings and chopped egg. It's so good and never gets old..:) A good combo of everything yummy. I'll take it to go or in house any day of the week. :)We've also tried the romaine Gorgonzola salad, and lime chicken salad as well as their super great pizzas and all of these were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. Great selection of cocktails and beer as well....nice and friendly servers.
