Willow Street Wood-Fired Pizza

One of our "go to" spots after a Saturday bike ride. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything we have ordered from pizzas, salads, and sandos has been on point. When the weather is nice, definitely try to dine on their patio. It is sizeable and has heaters.

giving 3 stars because the manager worked well to resolve the issue but i still want to warn others: my bf and i went for vday dinner. our server was sweet at first, the food was great, and service was quick! we didn't ask for anything except to-go boxes. when it came to payment though, we had an issue. my bf usually tips cash, and after he paid with card our server just stood there with the card reader in silence. we started gathering our things hoping she'd leave because it was just awkward having her stand there not saying anything. usually after we pay the server thanks us and leaves. while we were gathering our stuff, she literally slammed the receipt down on the table and started aggressively clearing our plates and dishes. i was trying to hand something to my boyfriend (we were still sitting down) and she almost hit my hand grabbing a plate. we decided to just leave at that point. she said nothing until we got up where she raised her voice and said "thanks. happy valentine's day." in such a rude tone! we couldn't believe it. i've never been treated that way by a server! it was like a flip switched, she was so cheerful and friendly all night long. i get wanting tips, i get that it's annoying when people don't tip you, but you can't behave that way -- ESPECIALLY when we were planning to tip her CASH! i'm so glad we didn't tip her anything because that was so nasty. thankfully when i called her manager she was very accommodating and offered to mail us a coupon, but truthfully that's not what i wanted. i hope management trains her to not expect tips just because she's a server and to give people the benefit of the doubt so she doesn't lose out on tips in the future. she has potential to be a great server and make a lot of money but not if that's how she behaves when she suspects she isn't getting a tip. otherwise, we had a great time. this place has good food for a decent price and is a good spot for a date night. i truly hope not to run into this in the future.

I got the Potato Gnocchi, which was marked as the chef's special. I thought it was very good, but would have liked the sauce with less cream and more herbs. The blood orange punch wasn't too sweet and that was a nice surprise. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. This is a good casual place for families.

I had two spicy lime margaritas three hours ago and I'm still sleepy. I didn't have any of the miniature pizzas, garlic fries, artichoke dip, salad, and meatballs being passed around by my co-workers, but it smelled and looked good. Especially the meatballs, which I wanted to use as little pillows for a nap. Good pour.

Very cozy, inviting and pleasant atmosphere. The food is really good and the pizza from an oven wooden is super tasty. The good thing is the happy hour has great deals! The service was excellent and super fast - no long waiting to be seated and served.

What a fantastic place! My team and I came here to celebrate, and we couldn't have been happier with the food and service. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was absolutely lovely--perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.Our server was quick, attentive, and super friendly, making the experience even better. We started with two appetizers, followed by three incredible pizzas: Margherita, Vegetable Pesto, and Mediterranean. Each one was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors!This place is a true gem, and I can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely be back!

A wide variety of options, right in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. I ordered the arugula salmon salad and the salmon was cooked perfectly! Everyone I went with enjoyed their food which ranged from pizza to grain bowls. There is something on the menu for everyone. Server was also very friendly.

A great experience! We stopped going to Willow Street years ago due to rising prices & shrinking portions. We returned because my son requested Willow Street for his birthday lunch and it was wonderful.They now have a lunch special before 4p which includes a nice size salad of choice plus either a mini-pizza or a mini-pazta dish. The mini dishes are simply smaller portions of their dinner dishes, your choice(except ravioli).They take reservations for indoor dining and outdoor seating is first come, first serve. We made reservation for 1pm Sunday but an outdoor table was open so we grabbed it. Most outdoor seating is shaded by trees and you have a view of people walking the sidewalk and the park across the street.I had the romain salad and mini garlic & chicken pizza and both were really good. Others had ceasar salad, meatballs, etc... and everyone was happy.I would like to see a wider beer selection as they're mostly IPA, but this promising experience and updated menu/serving size/reasonable pricing likely puts Willow Street back on out list of local options.

Service great! Food is good! Able to accommodate allergies and food intolerances. Used to go years ago when they first opened and recently moved back and it's still consistently good!

Great experience for Saturday evening we arrive few friends to eat ordered mix food for the table pizza steak and few dessert the food was nice the drink was amazing,service was above and beyond the waitress Jenna was so friendly and served with big smile on the face so important see the care for each guest to make sure food was on time and Provides the service experience big respectful
