I'm so convinced this place is paying for any reviews above one star. I am a real person that stopped by for dinner tonight. We ordered a Super Burrito, the bira quasadillas since the owner was saying it was so popular, and five different tacos. The total was around $60.Let me be honest and say, this place should go out of business. The food is nearly inedible. The people seem nice. The owner was trying his best to sell everything. The problem is the food completely sucks.The meat of a Mexican joint, and I love Mexican food, is the heart. You can have amazing guacamole, some special spicy sauce (like La Victoria), or maybe you just throw in a hunk of cheese in the middle like in Tacqueria Los Pericos. All I know is everything was burnt overcooked. I took a bit of the burrito and had to spit it out, I couldn't chew it. The Carnitas was really gross.The same can be said of the chicken and the Carne Asada. With the meat inedible, the entire bite is ruined.I looked in the burrito and I wanted to gag. This just looks disgusting.The owner also gave me a free sample of the mango agua fresca. Sounds good right? No, it was terrible. I had to swallow it because he was smiling and saying how its all home made and no syrups. My wife ordered the Horchata before I could stop her. The thing is disgusting. There's a film on my teeth after I drink it. I love cheering for the local business, but this is ridiculous. No amount of great service can throw slop on a plate and expect you to eat it. And it was costly, at the There's another joint I saw coming in, anything has to be better than this place.

Easy to find and easy parking. Fairly priced fresher cooked foods . Drinks have way better flavors than anywhere else because they aren't watered down.I comeHere for the bucce which is fireeeeee . Only place in the bay that I know serves this .

I ordered thru DoorDash. When my food came (dasher had to wait for the order for awhile), the beans were ice cold as well as the rice. To make my dining experience even worse the rice was mushy. You would think with all the Taquerias out there this establishment would pay attention to the reviews. Normally I do but was under the weather and now I wish I would have. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews until after I got a spoonful of cold beans The tacos (chicken) had absolutely no flavor. I will not order from this establishment again.

Ordered the enchiladas and tacos.Not the greatest or that good.Wasn't seasoned and was too bland.Won't be coming anytime soon.Read some great reviews about this place but they were years ago.

Seems as though maybe new ownership. Phone numbers are disconnected. The girl behind the counter did not speak English or Spanish. The dining area to the right. walking in, has produce in there.My Super Burrito was cold and soggy

Good service. Paid 12.99 for super burrito. Wanted a tasty tortilla. Received a super very very light toasty tortilla. Which turned into soggy burrito. Plus wasn't too much chicken. Thanks won.t be back again. Might as well order a veggie burrito .

If I could give you a zero I would. I placed a door dash order and you not only didn't follow the special instructions as plain taco- only chicken and tortilla, but sent me cold beans and rice with the taco plate, and left out the most expensive thing I ordered the camarones a la Diabla. Buyer beware. I will never order from here ever again!

almost forgot this place existed! what i liked:-the burritos reminded me of some really good street burritos with the fresh steak and hints of char-the spiciest salsa was on pointi noticed other mexican spots skimping on quality. some even use wierd meat thats not even pork or carne asada to cut corners. im glad this place still sells decent burritos with flavorful grilled steak.they could use a little more steak on the burritos. but i suppose it wasnt bad for $16 after tip. seems like hard times have hit this place, because they didnt offer chips and salsa, or any of the pickled jalepenos,carrots,radish,onions in a sandwhich bag they normally have.it was ALMOST as good as the burritos at Southland mall they used to have back in 2006something was just missing. the business owner of this place needs to go out to other successful burrito places and take notes to stand out. 3 stars is the best i can give this place....seems like the owner doesnt care enough to try and improve to get more customers and the only people giving 5 stars are the people who feel sorry for this place

People are right this place is very hit or miss the tacos and Birria are good but the tamales are the worst I have ever had. The issue is that the plates are also not cheap. There are so many terrible restaurants in union city this is just another. The Owners really need to get it together or pack it up.

i primarily get burritos and everyone is great. the hot sauces have flavor without being too salty. I recommend this place very highly!
