The barista was nice and made a hot cappuccino in 5 min. No extra charge for oatmilk which was great! But they only have to-go cups and the milk was over-aerated. Can't expect more at a grocery store cafe

I had a good experience here until I encountered an issue with the barista who had colored hair and piercings.I ordered an iced S'mores latte, but they made it hot. I kindly mentioned the mistake, and they aggressively remade the drink. When I got it back, I noticed it only had milk and espresso--no S'mores flavoring at all. The barista handed it to me and, visibly frustrated, raised their voice, saying they had written down "hot" and indirectly mentioned that it was my fault for not saying I wanted an iced coffee.I usually try to be understanding when mistakes happen, but the way the barista responded was rude and unprofessional.

I called on a Saturday morning - I got connected to the bakery section. I politely asked if the coffee bar had the coffee I wanted. The guy I spoke to was kind & said he'd put me on hold, so he can ask the worker(s) at the coffee bar. A lady picked up & she was RUDE. Did not even say hello. I couldn't hear her at first. So I said hello a few times & she said "Yeah??" I brushed it off even tho I was taken back by her attitude & again, I politely asked about the certain coffee on their menu & asked if they serve it. She rudely said "Yeah, we do" & HUNG UP. LOL. To top it off - my bf went to Whole Foods to try & get the coffee for me. He went around noon to find that they were CLOSED. Uhh, so why does their yelp say they're open til 3pm? UPDATE YOUR HOURS THEN. I don't like writing reviews like this.. & I understand that customer service can be stressful or workers may be having a bad day.. BUT IT TAKES A QUICK SECOND TO BE KIND. Don't bring that attitude around a work place & leave it at home - THANKS

This is the amazon whole foods in store coffee shop with some strengths but mostly weaknesses. The ambiance is pretty good considering this is a grocery store. There is both inside and outside seating but the outside seating is sidewalk seating with a great view of the all asphalt parking lot. The inside seating is mostly in the amazon whole foods bar area which while being comfortable enough is still a bar area, even if it's a grocery store bar. That sounds like it'd be weird-and it is-but I actually liked the seating options. One of the more pleasant aspects of my visit really. The coffee was decent enough-I had a plain jane cuppa-and wasn't too badly priced coming at just under three bucks, which is a deal for the area. I didn't get a crack at the latte's etc because the machines were own. Ditto for the smoothies. And the cash register. And the food. So for a basic cup of coffee I had to order at the coffee shop while waiting for them to go through a not very plausible explanation of why they couldn't really do anything to help the folks in front of me, then go stand in line at the fulfillment center line(the line for people picking up amazon packages) pay for coffee, get a receipt and a ticket (those little raffle things that church fairs do) go back to the coffee shop area and exchange ticket/receipt for my coffee. Not really all that great a process compare to say, brewing my own at home or going anywhere else. Presumably it's a smoother operation when everything is fully functioning but note that this is not the only time the register/smoothie/espresso machines have been down. More of a good idea in theory kind of place.

Came here to grab some coffees before a meeting I had as this was the most convenient place to grab one. We had pretty good experiences with Allegro at other whole foods; my coworker and I each ordered a coffee, plus a third one. I didn't mind that they were training a new bartista, but we waited almost 15minutes for our coffees -- which as a result, made us late for our meeting. I know that starting a new job and training a new employee are tough, but the customer experience shouldn't suffer significantly.Drinks: 7/10Staff: 2/10Atmosphere: 6/10Value: 4/10Overall: 9/10

The latte is cheaper than most coffee brands and it is much stronger as well. I come here most of the week in the morning. Not too crowded and the latte is prepared quickly.
